We stayed at Delicacy Hotel Hoi An on 4-6th April 2023.
This was our 5th hotel in Vietnam and it was far better than all others. The room was spacious and the extra bed (3 of us travelling) was very comfortable not like in other hotels.
The stuff was helpful, carrying and very friendly, even warm. At times we felt like we were visiting a family.
Sofia was just amazing. She sorted out everything for us. I have food allergies and from our first breakfast everyone was briefed and I was told what I can and shouldn’t have and a great care was taken that my food wasn’t contaminated. The chef surprised me by going out of his way to prepare suitable food without me even asking.
Our washing was done the same day at a fraction of money other hotels charge and delivered back to our room nicely folded in bags when we were on a trip.
When my daughter had a bad headache everyone asked about her and when she wasn’t able to join us for our excursion Sofia cancelled her space last minute. I was so worried about my daughter that I wouldn’t even think about it but Sofia was great at being helpful.
I was looking for a special kind of tea and Sofia offered to order it for me from Hanoi and have it delivered to our next hotel.
Sarah at the front desk was also amazing with organising our washing and our Spa appointments.
Spa experiences were of a very high standard. The therapists are properly trained, polite and skilled. We had several treatments and packages and every one was spectacular. I would highly recommend this service especially as they also offer a happy hour every morning- 40% off all treatments.
The nice man in the lobby was wonderful. He got our luggage sorted, talked to our taxi drivers, gave us directions and got us the bikes (another service the hotel offers) when we wanted to go for a solo trip.
We only wish we could stay longer as we felt truly cared for.
We would highly recommend Delicacy Hotel Hoi An to anyone wanting relaxation, rest and a pleasant stay in Hoi An.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights at the Delicacy Hotel and we must say the experience was complete from this hotel and perfectly topped off by all the helpful and especially passionate staff there from reception, concierge, spa and bar/restaurant. Mia was very helpful in respondign quickly to with any enquiries we had and was taking great care provide all sorts of insight and suggestions to the place

Rooms were well kept and looked after and daily cleaning service was impeccable. The hotel's location is ideal for us as it is not far from the old town yet in a peaceful and quaint part of town. Breakfast at the chestnut cafe was plentiful and delicious, having a good variety of local and western choices, the rooftop bar was a nice escape too and the hotel provided services like airport pickup and the spa treatments which were most welcome

From the moment the staff greeted us on arrival to our checkout we were treated fabulously here and had an amazing stay.

The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the courtyard pool which was an amazing respite after walking around the old town in the heat of a Vietnamese summer.
The room was beautifully appointed and always spotless.

Breakfast buffet was varied and tasty, served in a tasteful dining room beside the pool.

We didn't try the spa services but in the morning happy hour they looked well priced.

The rooftop bar was a nice spot to sit in the evening and watch the storms roll past with 1/2 price cocktails/beers from. 4-7pm

The hotel location is just out of town, about a 1-1.5km walk. Otherwise you can get bikes from the hotel and we rode into the old town a few times and out to hidden beach (about 6km). This was a nice trip as we took back roads out through the rice fields and water buffalo.

The highlight for us was the warm and welcoming staff. Chloe was amazing and taught us quite a bit about life in Hoi An. Stelle was also amazing, but a special thanks to Victor who was always there to sort out the bikes, luggage, taxi etc with a big smile.

Definitely would stay here again if coming back to Hoi An as this has been a highlight of our Vietnam trip so far.

The staff were more than helpful and always ready to serve. The breakfast had a tremendous variety, and if you wanted something different and they could cook it, they would. The room was nice with a king-sized bed, and there was a walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head that had great pressure. If you needed anything, you could just call and ask for it. Victor was on his toes trying to help with anything you had in your hands. I left my water bottle back at the front desk when we left, and he hopped on his motorbike and caught up with us to bring it to me. The only drawback was that you had to take a Grab to go to Old Town and Ancient Town.

Our favorite hotel in Vietnam!! Dora first greeted us and she gave me and my mom so much information about Hoi An and checked in on us at breakfast each day for us to ask our questions or for her to book things for us. Sophia and all of the women (and staff) at this hotel were so helpful and attentive to me and my mom to make sure we had everything we needed and helped us book many excursions, day trips, classes, evening shows and even other hotel bookings when we left Hoi An and went to Hue and then Hanoi. They really went the extra mile and it took so much of the stress from traveling away! The rooms are very nice and the entire hotel is very clean and modern because of how new everything is which felt really luxurious. The bed was the softest and most comfortable we have had in Vietnam and the location was great, just central enough while not feeling overcrowded or having loud noise late at night. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the kitchen staff even kept the restaurant open twice just for me and my mom to be able to eat something even when the restaurant was technically closed. The kindest people and best hotel service we have experienced here in Vietnam and the new high-end facilities were so enjoyable, hopefully we will be back soon!!

A jewel of a hotel. The hotel is beautiful and photos just don’t do it justice. We had interconnecting rooms as a family traveling and it gave us lot of comfortable space. The rooms are decorated beautifully and cleaned to a very high standard. The beds are like Westin dreamy beds if your familiar to those. The bit that makes this hotel extra special is it’s staff …… each staff member provided incredible service but I have to mention Victor at the front door and Selena in the restaurant and bar….. they really went above and beyond each and every time we encountered them, if I could remember all the staffs names we encountered I d mention as they all deserve praise. The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes walk from the bustle of the old town and night market and an easy cycle to the beach (the hotel provide complimentary bicycles which was great and we used them daily). Recommend to all, we were thrilled to have chosen this hotel . Our favourite during our entire trip to Vietnam

An extraordinary stay at Delicacy Hotel & Spa, 4 days/3 nights. This hotel is located very central in Hoi An, ca. 500m away from the famous old town ( UNESCO World culture Heritage) and night market. Nevertheless, inside the rooms are silence. The rooms are designed very stylish but even efficient and comfortable, with a beautiful view from balcony to the pool. 🤩 the hotel restaurant ‚chestnut‘ offers very delicious, fresh meals. Vietnamese as well as intercontinental products for breakfast, lunch and diner with really fair prices. Also the spa is inside the hotel, it’s very comfortable. They offer everything a stressed woman (man) need.
From the very first step into this beautiful hotel you will feel very welcomed and very well cared for. The staff is very lovely and try to make all your wishes come true
thank you so much for my extraordinary experience. I’m coming back, for sure 👍

Best regards
Andrea

This is a well organised hotel with professional, friendly and helpful staff. The room was immaculate, with crisp and clean bedding. A variety of food was available for breakfast, although at times it could have been more speedily topped up. We eat in the restaurant twice in the evening and the food was well cooked and good value. We were disappointed on the first evening, however, as we were told they had run out of fish; the staff were very apologetic about this. We enjoyed the rooftop bar as well as the downstairs, outside eating and drinking area which was undercover. This was a bonus as one night it was stormy for an hour or so. The pool area was relaxing and well maintained. The hotel was a ten minute walk from the old town and a 15 minute taxi ride to the beach (which the hotel arranged). We were able to use the hotel towels for the beach so this was also a bonus. The staff were always interested in our well being and went out of their way to assist our needs. Overall this is an excellent hotel and good value for money.

Great small hotel with exceptionally friendly staff, the rooms were very clean and price was reasonable. They also upgraded the room to a pool view and gave us 30min free massage voucher and 40% discount coupon, which we redeemed by adding 60 min massage to make it 90min - 30min free + 40% discount on 60min massage. The massage was great and the swimming pool is shaded by the building so we could relax when the weather is too hot to go out and do anything. The breakfast is included as well - not exceptional but it has everything that you could eat in the morning. :) Lastly, they also brought a small cake to our breakfast table for my niece’s birthday morning, she was extremely happy. I was very happy to find this hotel by reading reviews, so I am also sharing my experience as well. :)
