Stayed there for 3 nights in the Dorm, a bit expensive for Vietnam but I think hoi an is more expensive compared to other parts. The dorm room was nice, everyone had a single bed, bathroom was clean and the staff was helpful all the time and very nice people. Thanks a lot

This place has changed ownership very recently and is going to rebrand itself. The staff were all smiles and came across as extremely warm and welcoming. By far the best customer care we have had in 4 months in south east Asia! They gave us fruit when we came in soaking. They fixed our umbrella, without us even asking, after...

This was one of the more expensive places we stayed while backpacking across Vietnam. It wasn't worth the money. The matrass was really bad, they did not once clean the rooms nor change the towels also the shower water didn't go away. We paid for laundry there and I think they just soaked it in some water and threw it...

We have arrived couple of days ago, And asked for a good price on a room. The bidding started at 15$, while we asked for not more than 10$. At first, she offered a room at the entrance floor, for 10$, but the smell was awful. When we turned to leave, she offered another room, at the 3rd. floor, in...

Ive read the other reviews about the conditions of the room, varying room prices and over priced tours and I can see where they are coming from but my experience here was pretty good. We got pulled in off the street whilst coming back from a different hotel we weren't happy with, she offered us $8 each a night in...

A perfect stay! the staff is really nice and helpful. They take the time to help you to go around the city, to chat about what you are planning to do. Really nice touch! The only thing was that the mattress wasn't comfortable. Otherwise, very clean room, and bathroom with a proper shower cabin! Thank you!

The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean, not the comfiest mattress but definitely worse out there however I would NOT recommend booking any tours/tickets with them. We booked our bus ticket to da lat with the receptionist Ty as she frightened us and told us some horror stories of guests booking at travel agents in the...

Lovely new hotel in a great location with AMAZING staff. I pulled into Hoi An on my motorbike and drove around a little looking for places to stay. There are lots of large more fancy hotels, but they cost much more. For only $15, Hoi Pho was the spot to be. Clean and cool rooms where everything worked, very friendly...

We came to Hoi An as backpackers on a tight budget and didn't expect much because of that. But this hotel really surprised us! The rooms are nice, they got all you need (the only negative was the hard beds) the hotel and the rooms are also really clean. The location is good, with only a short walk in to the...

we had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Rooms were spacious, airy and everything really clean and well working. Even the AC was silent and WiFi did work properly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They organized everything, gave useful hints what to do and how to do best, and even organized all requested tickets without charging any...
