We really enjoyed a two nights stay in this lovely hotel close to the beautiful ancient lampion city Hoi An. The hotel is placed at the main road which enter in the centre and the pedestrian zone of this heritage. Rooms are modern, equipped with superior beds, a extremely large bathtube, rain shower and balcony to the inside and pool areal. Breakfast was a delicious mix of vietnamese and international style. Shuttle bus service almost every 2h until 9:30PM to bebe tailor but you are flexible with walking or free bicycle for the 2km to the city centre.

Beautiful exterior and interior. Clean, gorgeous and spacious rooms with comfortable beds, soft linens and comfy pillows. Bathrooms are fabulous. The most gorgeous pool area. Reception staff are the nicest and most helpful ever- especially Gloria. Very limited shuttle service and needs to be pre-booked so we found it easier to get a taxi for $1-3 each way. I wasn’t impressed by the dining room staff at breakfast. They were disinterested, unwelcoming, and did not refill basic items like sugar bowls, fruit platter, breads, etc. Other than that I would stay here again in a minute and I highly recommend.

Stayed here for three nights. Excellent check in assisted by the lovely Emily and moved straight into our room. The room 614 is on the top floor and was very spacious comfy and clean. The TV had a few english speaking channels so that was handy, tea and coffee and water also provided. Breakfast was really good and catered for our tastes. Afternoon tea is served between three and five and is also very good. The evening meal menu was not to our taste and we both struggled with this.
The spar area was really nice and we both had Asian massages which were superb.
The hotel is in a good location and is a 20 minute walk from the busy town, a hotel bus or bikes are also available. The private beach is a 15 minute bus ride away and is really nice with bars and eateries, well worth a visit if u have time!

The hotel beautifully matched the Frenchy style of Hội An. The rooms oozing with minimalist luxury. The breakfast was good but the restaurant felt a little cramped with the staff keeping stock of items in the open right at the main door. The hotel had a great discounted Spa promotion, I went with the Traditional Thai massage which was amazing but definitely not for faint hearted as my body was put in positions never imagined before. The masseuse also had more strength in her one thumb than I have in my whole body. There is also a beautiful pool. We arranged for transport from Huế through the hotel which was expensive at 2 million for a pvt car considering that we made no stops at lookout points and was not provided with any water etc. The only benefit here was of course privacy.

The only downsides: housekeeping walked into my room without knocking and the bath tub wasnt sealed properly which was sad because the bath really looks very relaxing. The bathroom has no door only a curtain.

We stayed in many hotels during our Vietnam holiday and the Rosemary Boutique was by far the best property.
It is clean and comfortable and so relaxing.
The reception staff are lovely and helpful.
The housekeeping does a great job of keeping to grounds and the guest rooms spotlessly clean.
We had a lovely large, airy and bright room overlooking the pool. We could easily wave to our friends in the other rooms - so be mindful to close your curtains!

The location is about a 25 minute walk to the gorgeous UNESCO Old Town. The Hotel provides a free shuttle bus to/from the Old Town which needs to be pre-booked. Beware of the driver who is a cranky man.

The hotel also offers free bikes to borrow if you want to ride into the Old Town.
We caught taxis/Grab which cost less than A$3 each way.

Around the Hotel are some local style restaurants as well as street stalls; and a local market.
The very nearby Boom Pizza restaurant serves really good wood fired pizza if you're looking for a late night dinner (we arrived late at night).

Recommended.

This is a great Hoi An hotel. Gloria at the front desk is excellent with great advice around tours to do. We did the Cooking Class and The My Son tour via the hotel. Both excellent. And good value. Thang was the best host of the cookery class and tour - kind of a farm to plate option. My Son is highly recommended and one of the highlights of our Hoi An visit. Gloria organised a driver for the morning and take her advice about leaving early to beat the crowds
The Restaurant is expensive- there are good local options close by for food and coffee within easy walking distance

This was the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam on our holiday - and we are glad that this one was the hotel we stayed the longest in (6 nights). Highly recommended !

A truly magical gem in the middle of the "big city jungle" of Hoi An.
The hotel has been lovingly designed down to the last detail and is absolutely beautiful.
A great architecture of the hotel makes the pool in the courtyard a real oasis of happiness and on the terrace by the pool breakfast and dinner taste twice as good.
The rooms are very spacious with mega comfortable beds, great facilities and a balcony, which is really a highlight.
The location of the hotel is pretty good, but you can still use the hotel service of a shuttle to the beautiful city center.
Everything really fits here, a wonderful, beautiful city that offers everything you could wish for in the evening, from great bars, live music, fantastic restaurants and colorful lanterns to the flair of a vibrant and lively traditional city center with small streets and market and stalls. Also at daytime it's living tradition which still lives here in Hoi An. And so is the Rosemary.

The Rosemary is the perfect place to stay for this great experience called Hoi An! A very clear recommendation!

Nice little boutique hotel that is approximately 2.5km away from the city centre. There is free shuttle service too which makes it very convenient to shuttle back and forth. For the more adventurous, you can borrow bicycles too.

Very clean and excellent staffs who are very friendly (Emily) and accommodating. Will recommend and definitely come back again.

We stayed here for three nights and were so impressed with the hotel. Our Manage Gloria was very attentive and helpful as were all the staff. Highly recommend this hotel if in Hoi An. Free bikes were bonus and only 20+ minute walk or VND 30k taxi ride to old town.

We stayed 2 nights and we were delighted with our room and the courtesy extended by front desk staff. We were taken back by a salamander in our room, but they were able to catch it. This hotel provides a shuttle service right into Hoi An, in front of the market place. You can also walk (about 40 minutes) or get a free bicycle to move around. Although the hotel is only about a year old, there was a strong paint smell in the hallway. Breakfast is included and it is a mix of local and international and something for everybody. It would be nice if the restaurant staff paid attention to its patrons rather than busy themselves with picking up the dishes or replenishing the buffet.

There are a few bars and some good restaurants nearby but many more in Hoi Ann centre which is a 20 min easy walk or a very short and very cheap taxi ride. Also the hotel offers a courtesy bus to the town centre but I can't remember how frequent it is.
