I travelled and arrived late with my friends this April 2017. We were surprised to find that the staff had stayed up to wait for us to arrive. They helped arranged a car to pick us up from Da Nang airport which is a 45 minute drive to Hoi An. It's a quaint little place, but conveniently located. I would say...

We had a great 3 nights stay there! The rooms are clean. Very delicious breakfast with lots of options like omelette, yoghurt, fresh juice, fruits etc. Staff is very friendly and welcoming! The location is perfect to explore the center of the city! Just like 10 minutes walk. I ' d recommend this hotel to other people. ps: awesome balcony...

I wanted to give the hotel a much better review then I have. Based on the room, it was spacious, had a fan and air-con, functioning wifi which in Hoi An can sometimes be a hassle. The breakfast was also fine, not the most spectacular but certainly got you going for the day and you could order as much as...

Our room was mostly very nice: lovely decor and furnishings, good bathroom; helpful and friendly cleaning staff, reception and security (with the exception of one very rude and unpleasant man occasionally on reception). Wifi was amongst the best we've had in the country. Cons include: the bathroom door wouldn't close; handle on a cupboard was faulty; no fly wire (and...

Spent a night there and the place is wonderful. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room is big and bathroom is clean. Surprisingly it has an indoor pool. Easy walk to old town area. I would definitely recommend whether you are traveling solo, couples or big group.

This hotel is brilliant! We had a family room which was pretty and clean with a view overlooking the river. There was a swimming pool which was well maintained and relaxing after a day in the old town. The breakfast was outstanding! The service was quick. There was a wide range of choices (pancakes, smoothies, fruit salad, muesli, fried eggs,...

Nice clean rooms, good sized. We had a shared balcony then moved to one with a private balcony for our last night. Staff as a whole were nice, one slightly grumpy guy but still pleasant enough. Swimming pool nice, good size, but cold, maybe down to the weather. Be careful stepping in as it's very slippy! Breakfast great value. Couldn't...

We found this hotel in Lonely Planet. It never failed to please. Pleasant and very helpful staff. Enjoyed cooling down in the pool. Easy walk to old town. Would definitely recommend. The hotel's rooms had fans and air conditioning. We missed being able to make a hot drink in our room, but two bottles of water was provided each day....

Stay in this hotel for 2 night with my family. The room was great, clean, big bed. Hotel near to old quarter about 15min walking. Have a pool which was great, but wifi here is terrible , I have to go down sit at the lobby just to read the news. The Staffs were very nice, breakfast... well... it's good...

The hotel is nice and they have an outside terrace which is perfect to have drink. The rooms are ok; not beautiful but they are clean and spacious. We loved our balcony with a little table and sofas. The wifi wasn't great and the AC always stopped working in the morning. The lady working at reception and serving breakfast was...
