These are two bedroom condos right by the water. We are an older couple -50's and enjoy a quiet time. This place is perfect! Although way expensive in the summer, off season and shoulder season really great for what they offer. The rooms all have a deck where you can sit outside an enjoy the view, the rooms have two...

Stayed here for one night November 2016. We got lucky as the weather was in the 50's. The lower condo we stayed in, C-8, had a view of the pool. This 2-bedroom was very clean, very comfy. One room had a full size bed, the other had 2 twin beds. I am unsure if the 2 double couches in the...

These lovely condos are right on the beach. Views are amazing. There is a lovely boardwalk across the dunes to the beach. Outdoors: a large pool, outdoor shower facility to rinse off the sand, tennis courts and sensitive and pretty landscaping. The condo we stayed in is a two bedroom , two bath apartment with enough privacy to share with...

These are condo style apartments. My favorite parts of staying here is the beach and the pool, and balconies for each condo. The soaps have been recently switched and while an improvement they are only okay. Hotel staff is great. Many of the units need bathroom and kitchen renovations (like most places in montauk). I also would prefer if some...

We enjoyed staying here. Rooms were clean, view was lovely, nice and quiet. Reception was very helpful too. We didn't have a car, next time I would so one can get around quicker and see more. Come prepared food wise as there are no options to buy groceries nearby (within walking distance). Beach assistance was fabulous. We took a train...

My family and I have been coming here since they opened and we have seen the resort through many times. I must say, having just returned from a week here, they are on top of their game and have never been better. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously kept and our room was beautiful. Gary is a most charming fellow...

We are a family of four with teenagers and spent one night here in a two bedroom condo. It was a delight, we wish we could have stayed longer. The condo was beautiful and airy, the kitchenette, dining room, and living room were all very comfortable. I was surprised at how big the refrigerator was, usually the refrigerator in rental...

We called at the last minute for a quick anniversary getaway. The person on the phone was extremely helpful in helping us make arrangements. We have stayed quite a few times with the Dune Resorts properties but not here. When she made our reservation she noticed that in her system. We had a 2 bedroom suite on the second floor,...

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. We loved it! It was spacious, had a good sized kitchen with pots, pans, glasses. There aren't any spices or oil but you can pick up at the grocery store. The beach is walking distance and from building B you get a side view of the beach and sunset on...

We spent Christmas there and it was great - quiet, private beach, nice balcony with great view. Room was clean and well-appointed. Like the efficiency - really convenient, especially in the off season with not many restaurants open. Nothing fancy, but was not required.
