We spent a total of 9 people about 1 week at Banana Village and are very happy with our stay there. The occasion was a professional workshop. But also for the private short holiday this hotel is certainly a cheap alternative to the mostly overpriced larger hotels of the region. The rooms, other equipment (for example, swimming pool !!) and...

The hotel is away from Entebbe center, in a quite location, 1.5kms away from the main road. The compound is medium size, with huts for the guests (2 shared rooms with basic services) and a main building for the restaurant. The swimming pool is outside the compound, and it can be used by non residents, paying a fee of 3...

The eco friendly Banana village resort was a pleasant surprise! Having gone there as part of a team conducting a workshop ,the facilities were just what the doctor ordered as I can say! Luckily for us, the weather was cool and there was no need for even the pedestal fan that I had actually asked for in my room. The swimming...

Located near the shores of Lake Victoria, the setting is peaceful and serene, the staff are warm and accommodating. This would be the top choice if and when I return to this lovely city. The grounds are tropical and well kept the monkeys are beautiful on the site and the place is totally charming.

We booked a room for 3 person after the Easter-Weekend and still got the special deal for Easter. The huts are very nice, with a self-contained bathroom and running warm water. The pool area is very nice and is perfect to just hang out. You should definitely try the grilled fish there, it really is amazing. You can also arrange...

I visited Uganda for three weeks in April 2017 with my friends. At the end of our journey we stayed at the Banana Village Ressort in Entebbe for two days and really enjoyed it. We slept in spacious huts with our own bathroom (including a warm shower!). The hut was clean and the beds had mosquito-nets. Breakfast was included. If...

A lovely place to rest pre-flight away from Kampala chaos. Staff friendly and helpful- I needed to write a job application as my flight was unexpectedly delayed and they let me borrow their own computer. Good quality, reasonably-priced shop.
