A lovely place to rest pre-flight away from Kampala chaos. Staff friendly and helpful- I needed to write a job application as my flight was unexpectedly delayed and they let me borrow their own computer. Good quality, reasonably-priced shop.

Spent one night on the way to Entebbe airport. Beautiful quiet garden and lovely pool to relax by. Incredibly helpful owners - they even came to check we were awake at 2am in the morning for our taxi. We will definitely come again and recommended to others. Thanks you.

At my first visit at Banana Village I was pleasantly surprised indeed. The lodge is off the main road just about 10 minutes from Entebbe. Tucked away from Garuga road, the place is very quiet and ideal for workshops. The rooms are fairly simple but good, clean and with good (square) mosquito nets. The workshop lapa is a great space...

Awesome location tucked away from the busy road. Wonderful and very helpful staff. Food is very good. I have stayed here on at least 9 occasions over the past 10 years and will continue to do so. Jemimah and Diana are the best!

Banana village is very conducive for family and its value for money. They have wide lawns for kids to run around, a swimming pool and a kids play area. The put in an extra bed for our son in our room and the staff are courteous and very helpful.

This is a wonderful if simple experience. The rooms are clean and large with good beds and better than average mosquito nets on the fourposter frame. Breakfast (the only meal we had) was good and cooked as we ordered. The manager was most helpful even though we arrived on a late flight. It is an African rather than a European...

We used Banana Village for a small work retreat. It's not a luxury hotel, but was clean and very good value for money. The staff were courteous, very responsive and well organized. They had some electricity outages while we were there, but were able to turn the generator on. They have a lovely garden and small swimming pool.
