We checked in to Mustafa to use it as a day room on our visit to Pamukkale. Its the most conveniently located hotel since its one of the closest to the main attraction.. Ideal to get back to the room quickest after a visit to the pools.. The rooms are no frills and very basic ( like most of the... More

Its a small family run hotel. The owner is very kind and hospitable. His service was highlight of our stay. Pamukale is a very very small locality. The main and only attraction is water pounds at walking distance from Hotel. We wanted to spend a day there and we arrived at Pamukale in evening. It was August but it was... More

Our room was clean. The heater and hot water worked fabulously. The location is ideal. Our dinner was not so good. The olives tasted bitter as if they hadn't been cured properly and the rest of the items tasted like they had been cooked using rancid oil.

LOVED THEIR HOSPITALITY. We reached so early in the morning no one was even around, but the owner was already ready for our arrivals and straight away gave us our room. Bigger than we thought it should have been. The aircond is the heater btw! That was cool, but yeah, Pamukkale was quite cold when we reached. The hotel location... More

Pros: Good location within a 5 minute walk to pamukkale and lots of nice restaurants They had backgammon sets you could use Cons: The staff were quite unfriendly We were overcharged for the dorm room and told it was due to "inflation" The hot water didn't work The wifi only worked occasionally and only in the reception area The jacuzzi... The hotel is very close to Pamukkale, it is like 3 minutes by walking. I stayed 1 night, considering the price, it was ok to stay. I ate pide (chicken and the cheese inside) I definetely recommend, that was delicious. They cook with the fire, it takes time to cook but It worths to wait :D

I used Instant World Booking.com to make reservations for this hotel for family of 6 persons in August, but when I got there I found out that I was tricked because they(Mustafa Hotel owner) did not work with Instant World Booking! Basic rooms but clean and nice. We booked on hostel bookers so expected a hostel, especially only paying $10 USD per night (20 Turkish Lira), but this place felt more like a bed and breakfast. The owner did not make us pay when we first arrived. He quickly checked us in and left us alone, which was nice because we... More

This place had excellent reviews on hostelworld.com, where I booked, so I was rather disappointed when I arrived. The positives: - 5 minutes from the travertines (but then, Pamukkale is quite tiny, so this is probably true of several places) - Good price - Welcoming staff - Good wifi signal The negatives: - Our bathroom was super dark. It had... More
