Ozturk Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Pamukkale, you will not feel in a pension nor in a hotel but in a warm family ready to help and to advise at any time. The place is very nice close to the Pamukkale Natural Park, you can easily go on foot. Ismail helped us a lot with organizing our...

Very nice place and great hospitality! Updated shower and toilet amenities! Customer service #1. You cannot go wrong for the price and service. Very nice breakfast. This place is maybe 5 minutes walking distance from park. I would suggest anyone to make their visit here!

Ismael and his family made us feel quite welcome and very cared for right from the beginning to the end. They helped us arrange our tour of Pamukkale and the Hieropolis. We knew we were booking a budget hotel and all we cared about was cleanliness and comfort and our room did not disappoint. The pool was far too cold...

I stayed at Ozturk Hotel in Pamukkale during Ramazan,July 2015. Was very warmly received and treated as a family member throughout my stay(1night and left next afternoon). Although the staff may have a bit difficulty with english they more than make up with it with their warmth and hospitality. The rooms are very decent and clean and the food was...

This hotel was at least half the price of most we stayed in all over Turkey and was just as clean and comfortable as the rest. Lovely helpful staff and decent breakfast. Stayed here one night with friends to visit the pools. We found a cheaper price online and they happily matched it. The beds are standard Turkish level hard...

This was a good family-run hotel, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic, small, but clean. We stayed a couple of nights, and enjoyed eating there. Food was basic but good. The pool was a great bonus after a busy day walking, visiting Pamukkale and Hierapolis and other nearby Greek/Roman sites. We had a hired...

The staff were friendly and nice, and breakfast was great. Other than that, this was a a horrid place. We arrived in Pammukale having forgotten the name of our hotel (yep, we forgot to write it down), but went in to Ozturk because we recognized the name from our booking searches, and thought we probably booked that one. The staff...

Nice hotel. We used for a few hours in the morning and for breakfast which is just one pre-arranged plate; not a buffet as usually found in Turkish hotels. Internet connection was fair. Staff were friendly but none speaks English.

We made a booking through booking.com and arrived at the ozturk hotel after a long flight + bus ride. The staff member that was on duty when we arrived informed us that he had given away our reservation because it was after 8 pm and because another party from booking.com had previously not shown up. The hostel was now full...

“All rooms overlook the pool. If you have trouble with stairs, stay on the lower floors, otherwise the upper floors afford a better view.”
