I stayed here at Melis Cave, and I had a really great relaxing time. The swimming pool is perfect, where I spent most of my time. The location is great too, just 5 minutes walk, you will get to Urgup town centre where you could visit a viewpoint hill. You can also find the bus terminal and great places to...

The rooms are Melis Hotel are a cross between a room and a cave. The walls are cut out of rock, which makes for a very different experience and also helps maintain a constant temperature. The restaurant and bar are also cut out of rock and beautifully decorated with Turkish rugs, cushions and bric-a-brac. The grounds and pool area are...

Murat, our host, is so gracious and kind. Our stay could not be more enjoyable. The room is spacious, clean, well equipped, and quiet. We have a shower, small refrigerator, hairdryer, and TV. Downstairs there is a restaurant and bar. Outside we can sit, drink tea and relax in the garden. I will recommend to all family and friends. Looking...

The hotel was a stunning oasis of serenity surrounded by equally stunning landscapes. Staff was attentive, gazebos plentiful and comfortable. We spent many hours reading and relaxing in them. 5 minute walk into the centre of town. Parts of the hotel are over 900 years old and is one of the originals. Pool looked inviting, but we were there at...

We couldn't have been happier with the staff and accommodation at Melis Hotel. We had a problem with a flight we had booked accidentally and the staff were invaluable with their help. Highly recommended. Great location, service, food and gardens.

We stayed 4 nights in a cave room. Staff are friendly and helpful and room is huge and luxurious for 60 euro per night. The gardens are lush and green with plenty of nooks to sit after a swim and at breakfast. Just a few hundred metres down the hill into town for yummy meals and friendly encounters with locals....

Peaceful surroundings and beautiful big rooms! Stayed here with busabout tour group and could not be any happier. The buffet dinner was delicious and a bar is always a plus. Wifi works perfectly. Friendly staff. Only downfall is it is not far from a club so could hear the music at night.

I was disappointed with the service as soon as I checked in as the front desk staff was not that co-operative. But the two lovely dogs (owner's pets) compensated for the that. My room was spacious and nice. I liked the old greek themed decor of the room. I liked the breakfast as well. Services were much better in the...
