The hotel is built into what used to be a Monastery, in a cave. We got a room on the 2nd floor, quaint and clean. The sink in the toilet was a bit of an issue, as the brackets were falling off due to the breaking down of the sandstone walls after drilling holes in it, but it didn't create...

We thought this was going to be a budget hotel, but discovered it was very comfortable and with plenty of atmosphere. The staff were tops and Mustafa was a delight - really friendly with ready laugh, he helped make our stay there really enjoyable and fun. He also followed up on any question we had, he genuinely wanted us to...

From the moment İ enquired on google for accommodation Mustafa and his team gave me excellent service. On our arrival they were friendly warm and could simply not do enough for us. Even when my husband was injured Mustafa and his team went out of their way to assist. If you never stay in any hotel in your whole life...

Possibly the most comfortable bed in my entire trip. But the best part was the exceptional helpfulness of Bekir, who went beyond any usual service to help me replace my broken camera.

Mustapha (the Manager) and Bekir made the stay at this unique hotel in Urgup one of the highlights of my trip to Turkey. Both provided top-quality service and advice with smiles and a genuine warmth that is rare, even at the best hotels. I will give people staying at the Palace one piece of advice: do not challenge Mustapha to...

Mustafa, the manager of the hotel, is really nice. He welcomed us perfectly. He was very helpful when we asked him questions about activities, restaurant, bus and so on. THe hotel in itself is simple but nice and clean. The breakfast room is impressive, and the food in itself is very complete and good. We totally recommend this hotel. Charlie
