This is one of the best hotels you could possibly stay in Turkey, if not the world. The rooms are magical and the staff is unbelievably nice and attentive. We wanted to see Capaddocia but it was hard to leave the hotel because it was so great.

I really don't even know where to begin to describe this piece of heaven on Earth. If Urgup was bliss, then Kayakapi Premium Caves hotel just made the experience even more heavenly. From the panoramic view of the picturesque town, to the perfect room, to the exceptional service, to the mouth watering food, to the attention to every minute detail. Our entire stay was a joy to behold. And full marks to the wonderful staff at the inhouse restaurant for their warm hospitality. A special mention of Ugur who went out of his way to conjure up some extremely delectable dishes that were a gastronomic delight. But the greatest asset to this property is Nihal. She is the strongest pillar of Kayakapi Premium Caves and the most warm and gracious host. Words can't describe the effort she put in to make our entire stay a delight. I am giving the property a full star review and will add an extra star for Nihal. For me she will always be a star. And I hope she continues to shine brightly. We will come back for the view, for the service, the food, the ambience but mostly for the gracious hospitality of the remarkable Nihal.…

Jakuzi, türk hamamli, şömineli odalarında 2 gece kaldik, çocuklarimiz odadan çıkmak istemedikleri için peri bacalaranı gezemedik, çalışanlar son derece saygılı, maide restaurant irem hanima ilgi ve alakalarindan dolayı ayrica teşekkür ederiz, yazin havuzlu odalarının keyfini çıkarmayı dörtgözle bekliyoruz. Best place to stay I ever taste, rooms have pool, jakuzi, turkish bath and fireplace, my sons never like to go out from the rooms. Service and employees are frendly, and very helpful... Irem at maide restaurant was really interested and friendship on our difficult family demands. So thankful for her helps... looking forward to come in summer...

From booking to airport pickup to check-in to room condition to services to tours and to check out, I have no better way of expressing my gratitude other than to award Kayakapı a ten star rating. I am used to seeing faults but as much as I tried to find one here, I saw none. My pick up driver, Ozgur was super excellent, Mrs Agilli of guest relations was awesome and sweet, Seda, my tour guide was like a lost but found great friend, my Turkish bath was super refreshing, the food left me “useless” because I couldn’t stop eating, everyone treated me like a king and a friend. And whenever it was time to sleep, a blissful dreamland was waiting...my room. Turkish people are truly amazing!!! If you need to get away from all the madness in this world, please head straight to Kayakapı. I promise me that even your skin would know how much you care about YOU!…

Our Prime Room's max occupancy is 2 persons. Unfortunately adding 3rd person is not possible. You have to buy a seperate room for him or you need to upgrade your room for a fee. Please contact the hotel for more information.

The distance between our hotel and the general area of Erciyes Dağı (Mount Erciyes) is 88km and it would take around 1h15min with car to reach.

Hello,
There are 2 Airports in Cappadocia:
Cappadocia Airport (NAV) and Kayseri Airport (ASR). I would recommend NAV but ASR works also fine as there are more flights and it is only +10/15 minutes in comparison to NAV.
