We stayed for four nights in the Chapelle suite and had a great stay. Tastefully decorated, very clean and room was comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child. Plunge pool is small but very refreshing after a few hours in the heat and dust. Staff friendly, breakfast decent. Good restaurant on site and lots of other options nearby.
Couple of minor items kept me from giving it five dots: while everything is super-clean, a little windex on the shower door and infinity pool would go a long way. The cave rooms have no AC and limited air flow. This would be fine if we had a fan but it was a real struggle to get one: staff promised one but they ran out so promised one again for the next night. Didn’t arrive, again, and we were told that it was our fault for failing to remind them…. Also our arrival coincided with a giant tour bus arrival which clearly overwhelmed the staff… had to ask 4x for a bucket of ice, each time being promised it was on its way. The horror. Also - for whatever reason our room was quoted in Euro but forced into Canadian $ by their bank at an exorbitant rate.
Anyway we had a great stay but just felt for the price point we could have had a fan and ice bucket in the 38 degree heat. The place is brand spanking new, clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and responsive when they aren’t overwhelmed.

Dear Guest Frankie Hummus, First of all thank you very much for your kind comments. We are delighted to read your detailed review that states that you had great time during your stay at Exedra Hotel Cappadocia. Due to the geographical location of our region, we would like to point out that there is no need for technological heating and cooling in cave and rock concept hotels. These rooms have heating and cooling facilities. You reservation room category, there is information that air conditioning is available in some rooms. We arrange our blockages from the part where there is an elevator due to availability. We have taken the necessary measures for the shower doors of all the rooms in our hotel. We apologize for the delay of the ice bucket. We reported the matter to the relevant department. Thank you for your valuable review. As Exedra Hotel Cappadocia family, our goal is to ensure that you leave Cappadocia with good memories. Thank you again for your nice comment on behalf of all our teammates. We will communicate your comment to our teammates Best Regards from Cappadocia...

The location is on top of a hill where you can see much of Capadoccia from you room. The service is good, witha bar opened 24h. The furniture is nice and also the bathroom. Here I met Merve, a very friendly hostess who is always willing to teach you a few Turkish words

Everything was fine, but there was an internet problem in the room. I did not encounter any glaring problems other than the connection and reception problems with the hotel's common wifi and the phone not receiving reception. The staff is quite good and sympathetic, there is no problem with hygiene 👍 the hotel has a different atmosphere, we can actually say that it is one of the best hotels in the region. Thank you to the entire team for everything.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable. The architecture is beautiful. But the service was very bad. Their staff kept saying strange things. Even the answers to the simplest things were too odd. They didn’t want to offer it because dinner was not included in my reservation when I asked. I never said I didn’t want to pay for that. I was redirected to 2 different servers and I don’t understand what the problem is anymore. I’m thirsty and I didn’t need to say I wanted water. The female worker who made an omelette for breakfast the next morning told Turkish guests how bad Turkish guests were. He was ⁇ the English Duke himself...their staff were generally very uninterrupted. I would never recommend it again or again just because the hotel is beautiful. Delicious food was a treat.

It was the worst quality hotel I have ever experienced in my life. There was no television or telephone in the room we stayed in. There was a very disgusting smell coming from the bathroom. Water was leaking into our bathroom from the public toilet on the side of the room. Since the windows of the room were wooden, it was as if all the noise outside was inside the room. For these reasons, we could not sleep properly until the morning. .The breakfast was served in poor quality containers prepared from the poorest quality materials I have ever seen, there were all kinds of foreign objects in the water bottle, and even the salt shaker had finger dirt from the previous guest. The employees were unable to bring a glass of tea, and when we asked for tea service, they said you should get it there. I was victimized with my two children and for three days. I had to stay one night of my reservation and leave the hotel. They did not give me a refund. It was the most traumatic experience we had. Unfortunately, my advice to those who are thinking of coming is to never come.

I stayed in this property for two nights on 24 and 25 October with a group of twenty-six people. The location of the hotel is stupendous from the outside: breathtaking views and a truly exclusive atmosphere. Unfortunately "living" the structure things go too well. The rooms, although very large and spacious and apparently very comfortable, in some cases are practically devoid of ventilation systems and this creates quite a few problems. The reception and dining room staff are very courteous and strive to provide a good service, unfortunately there is a certain disorganization which leads to confusion. On the second day of our stay, several rooms were not clean and the hot water was a "chimera". Then at dinner - our group's turn was at 8.00pm - at 8.10pm a good part of the buffet was sold out and in particular the dessert area was completely out of stock. When I requested a restock, I was told that it was sold out; at that point I photographed nothing and.. "as if by a miracle" after a few minutes a series of desserts appeared!!!!! . The same evening I expressed my disappointment to the management and was told that the next day they would resolve the problems... too bad that we left the next day. I believe that with better organization and general management it would make the property truly 5 stars, so 2 stars can be given as encouragement. Show less

The truly suggestive and original location of the entire complex is contrasted by the fact that the rooms are not sufficiently clean, without air conditioning (we had 3 of them changed and the thermostat present, which we don't know what it was for, showed 30.5 degrees in the middle of August in the end they offered us a fan). I understand that given the type of rooms (in the rock) it is difficult to install it but at least a portable air conditioner/dehumidifier would be the minimum given the high level of humidity present with a "cellar" smell and almost wet sheets. It should be noted that some rooms also have no windows. Poor cleanliness even in the pool area. Breakfast not sufficient as there is little sweet food compared to the savory food which is very abundant. Normal dinner. It's a shame because it would take so little to improve...

An interesting experience to have a hotel room that is a cave room! A very small window to the exterior, so a lot of artificial lighting. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom, bedroom and space to open a suitcase. The hotel is near the launching area for riding the hot-air balloons over Cappadocia. It is also nearby where the Whirling Dervishes perform their religious ceremony.

Rooms 122 and 125 on April 15-17, 2022. Quaint entrance, quick bellboys. Checkin was fast. I like that instead of making us wait they simply scanned our passports and gave us the key cards. Someone (not the bellboys) escorted us to our rooms to brief us of what to expect. The rooms were meant to look like they were carved out of mountains, they were small yet tastefully furnished. It had all the modern amenities and toiletries except for toothbrush and toothpaste. We had dinner at their resto, and everything was good and affordable. All the staff extremely helpful even those who cant speak english well. Breakfast consisted of a tray of dips and olives, eggs, cheese bread. For us accustomed to heavy continental breakfasts we found it somewhat inadequate. Its a sitdown dining, no buffet table. Checkout was also fast and efficient. This is a well managed hotel, and I highly recommend it.

Room is clean and in order. Food is good but not variety, can improve on this. The only thing you have to ask for a toothbrush and toothpaste while checking in since this is not provided in the room. Air-con is OK and you would still feel warmly nice
