We came here as a group with RSD Travel. It was Nice hotel with interesting lay-out and good position for getting to other attractions, i.e. Balloon Ride, Turkish Baths. Caves etc. Outside needed a bit of TLC and shower-room was very dated but food was good and the downstairs bar was really nice with gorgeous log-fire and the bar-man was...

Friendly and helpful staff at the spa especially the lovely lady spa manager with long hair and sweet smile. Food is better than last night's dinner show restaurant in nearby town. Wifi is good. Good experience.

This hotel is close to the Hot air balloon take off points. A must do if you can. Adequate hotel with beautiful pools, although it was raining when we were there. Rooms are given the faux look of being built into the rocks. Bathroom was small, and one could easily look into the rooms if curtains were not closed properly....

The Hotel was Good but not Great. We were misled & paid extra for a 'Cave' stay but the place is Faux Cave ! Very dark and no reading in bed. The food was average at best and I refuse to accept a ruling that no drinks can be brought in ! I've paid for the room and short of...

The Dilek Kaya hotel in Cappadocia is stunning, from the lovely traditional styled rooms to the beautiful grounds. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food and restaurant was very good although the food selection was quite limited. Overall a lovely place to stay for all travellers.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour of turkey. The room was fine although a bit dark as it only had one smallish window facing a walkway so we had to keep the curtains closed. Bed was comfortable and the room, bedding and furnishing was clean. The room had a TV, room safe and fridge (ours...

As part of a tour group this hotel caters for the masses. The rooms are small and adequate,if not rather dark inside. It is not cave like, it's a purpose built hotel.the buffets offer your usual Turkish food. The swimming pool is clean and refreshing after the dust of Goreme. Wifi is erratic due to the demand from bus tours,...

Each room is unique in this hotel. If you are lucky enough to get a room that is part of the cave you will have a unique carving in your room. Beds were comfortable, but tub was awkward to get in and out of. The shower doors did not shut properly so you ended up with water on the bathroom...

Un fortunately the management allow coach drivers to leave their coach engines running for lengthy periods of time whilst loading and unloading passengers. In the confined parking area right outside the reception this causes unacceptable levels of noise and air pollution.
