Hotel room is traditional, clean and comfy. There's heater especially for the cold months. Breakfast at the rooftop with amazing view of the village is relaxing. Staff is accommodating and helps in planning your stay including airport transpo. 👍🏻

No one does hospitality better than the Turks. And if I may narrow down, Cappadocians do it best! We had such an amazing stay in the hotel. The people running/managing it were absolutely delightful and made our stay so comfortable and unforgettable! They were accommodated all our request and were very helpful with helping us plan our day. We didn't...

We decided to stay here again 8 years after our initial stay because Mustafa, the owner, was a very gracious host, made us feel very welcome, and made us great breakfast every morning. It was a great B & B experience. This time, while we were sorry to see that Mustafa now owns and manages a different hotel in town,...

We arrived at the bus stop early in the morning after an overnight bus ride from Pamukkale. The town was definitely peaceful and quiet. After figuring out where our hotel was by walking a few blocks and up a few small hills, we found it. Not to mention a local showed us towards the right direction. The hotel is very...

I stayed in 5 hotels over a three week trip, and Arch Palace was a favorite. I felt very comfortable there- lovely decor and very cozy- great place to relax after a day adventuring outdoors. I stayed in a less-expensive single room on the ground floor and felt like I had plenty of room-- big bed, small dressing table with...

I got the best service from Serdar, I assume he's the owner. He fixed my hot air baloon trip and tour itinerary for a very good price. Highly recommended and best value for money! Note: You can get a good view of the hot air baloons at the roof deck restaurant
