I’m a travel agent and sold a private tour in Turkey to my clients. Everything went nice and smooth all over this spectacular country. Except Cappadocia Cave Suites. The hotel gave them a smelly and dirt room. They asked to move to another room and the person at the front desk made faces and also gave them a very rude answer. They asked for a bottle of water, and again an unpleasant attitude. BTW this couple is sweet and nice, and absolutely loved everything else. Vera VSTur

We have stayed here several times, each time a wonderful experience. Ercan, the manager, is friendly, professional and engaging. The owner, Mr. Bora, loves sharing with his guests, even playing his famous flute! The food quality, service and dining environment are truly first-rate, along with award winning local wines. The location is fantastic---between cave-dotted cliffs, views of the entire Goreme valley, and a short walk to the main streets of the town below. The rooms are each unique, with every detail for guest comfort. We each did a full spa treatment, including sauna, Turkish Bath and massage. The facilities are first-rate, and the spa therapist, Hasret, provided a wonderful personalized service from start to finish. We always feel renewed and rested after our stay…

Booked this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews. Absolutely in love with this place !!! its like living in a fantasy land ! Rooms are spacious and comfortable with running hot water in bathroom. Lots of small terraces & sitting arrangements outside each room. Perfect for enjoying the stunning view of the city and At 5am the hot air balloons seem to be so close that u feel like u can touch them!! Worth every penny !! Hotel Staff is very warm and welcoming ! Hotel itself is just a few mins walk from the main market and restaurant area. very convenient location and beautiful place to stay in !! We stayed in room 112 which a cute inside room with single bed for our son and the main room with a double bed for us ! Our other Room 109 was also perfect with a sitting area as you…

The moment we entered the hotel we had a unwelcoming feeling. They had a bellboy but only if we topped him he would carry our baggage through 3 staircases, otherwise you are supposed to carry it yourselves. Throughout our stay,in the restaurant and other places in the hotel, amongst the staff it felt as if the staff did not care that you were a guest at the hotel. No greetings at anytime. Poor quality breakfast. Terrace was no good for balloon watching. For the price they are charging absolutely poor service. Only location was good-close to the hotel There are much better hotels,we stayed at Koza cave for 1 night for balloon watching and they were such warm people. Avoid Cappadocia cave suites . Poor value.

For an authentic experience in a beautiful fairyland- choose CCS. From check in to check out, we had an excellent experience. We had the Fairy Chimney suite 2. There were 3 of us. My daughter and I shared the big bed in the room and my son slept on the sofa - that’s how they accommodated the third person. The bathroom is a jet bath with a hand shower that’s fixed upright. The rooftop bar / restaurant has a lovely view over Goreme. It’s close to the hot air balloon site. It’s a walk into town - very convenient. The staff are amazing. The spa - Hasrat - excellent massage. We had a fan in our room. There was an aircon but we couldn’t get it to work but it wasn’t an issue. Tours can be arranged at reception. It’s about an hour and 15m from Kayseri airport.

What a great stay at this hotel. It was in a perfect location to walk to any restaurant and shopping . The best views of cappadocia were from the many terraces of this magnificent hotel. Staff are amazing , so helpful and kind . The cave suite room was awesome. This hotel is immaculate and we were so impressed with everything . You will have no regrets if you stay here and this is coming from a very picky traveler . We loved our stay here and as we walked around town and saw all the other hotels around we are 100% convinced we made the right choice , also every morning you can see the balloons floating in the sky right from the hotel terrace as you have your morning coffee

Had a great time at this place! We have a fairy chimney suite and 1 double suite. Both were great but the chimney suite had the charm of the location with a lounge, several beds, spa tub and a perfect view of town and the location had balconies to view the balloons flying past in the mornings. Perfect location to walk to town and try restaurants in the area. Very relaxing stay.

We were welcomed at midnight by a smiling EMRE, who went out of his way to make us comfortable from the time we arrived until we left after 4 days. The staff were helpful, the hotel clean, and quiet. The views from the terrace were brilliant especially when the balloons were flying early morning. We cannot recommend this hotel enough, it is quirky, and delightful. Breakfast could be a littlel more exciting! Overall we felt privaliged to have chosen to stay here.
