After seeing the hotel reviews, I decided to stay in their apartments as recommended by some reviewers. They showed me my apartment but the smell inside was like a grave, so I asked them to show me another one. I noticed that the swimming pool was empty & it wasn't so much clean around the buildings. They have me another...

First of all I must speak about the staff - they are very friendly and helpful, they treat you as if you were the member of their family. Food is delicious and various, coffee is wonderful. The hotel is rather close to the sea, about 5 min walk. As well it is close to all the central activities like shops,...

Never ever again I will stay in this hotel. People do not make a mistake in you life! Dirty place, service is the worst on this planet for sure! The waiters are really impolite. The food was fresh but the same every day, almost no meat. My friend lost 5kg in two weeks :) The only person who is really...

The staff has been really rude, really arrogant without respect for the customers, expecially if they are not russian girls or turkish. Really bad the restaurant too and the service. My friend came to visit me and he had been threatened from the owner of the place to be killed if he didn t left at least 100 meters from...

Next night we got our own room. Seperate room was very tiny, but i dont mind that. Pool was also small. Reception was a...

In all my years of staying in Hotels abroad ( over 25 years) The Hotell Britania in Kemer Turkey was the worst experience I have ever had . Supposed to be a 3" it was more like 0". The rooms are three stories high and surround a small dirty swimming pool. Loud music wakes you up in the morning at...
