Booked what looked like a sea facing room on Booking.com (the room was described as having a view and the pictures were of the room with a sea view). When we got to Ateş we were given a non-sea facing room with no view for the same price so we were a bit disappointed. If you're set on a sea...

Cute Pension with an amazing view over the coast and a gorgeous breakfast!! The owner of the pension are very helpful, since they found another place for us after we decided to stay longer in kas. You can also borrow diving equipment for free...

Super friendly staff, excellent view at the terrace, delicious open buffet breakfast and great central location. The staff helped us for everything we needed at Kaş like places to visit, booking for tours and scuba diving. This is the only place we will stay again. Thank you very much for everything we felt like we were at our own home.

We stayed 2 days in Kas at Ates Pension. The food was great and the family very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and we had a view from the eating area at the top of their building that took in the whole coastline. We would highly recommend this wonderful and very affordable family run pension. .

Staff was friendly and welcoming! Location is alright. Rooms are tiny, not well isolated (could hear everything around, couldn't sleep!) Wifi not working properly. Breakfast was good. Cheap, but would not recommend that place! Better options around.

Our one night at Ates pansiyon was a very disappointing stay after reading the description and the amenities of the pension that was offered on booking.com and trip advisor . We are three with my daughter who is 7 years old. We picked Ates pension due to how close it is to the beach and that they offer FREE sun...

We stayed one night in Kas at Ates Pension. The food was great and the family very friendly and helpful. We left our car for three nights free of charge in their parking area while we went over to nearby Kastellorizo. They booked our ferry crossing for us and couldn't have been nicer. The rooms were very comfortable and clean...

Ates Pension became my home away from home during my stay in Kas. Their warm welcoming environment and cozy communal living room upstairs filled me with joy each time I walked in. The rooms are basic and clean, with hot water and a/c. The breakfast alone is worth the stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed because of friends and the terrace but would not recommend. Plenty of better choices for the price elsewhere. Owner was comically insincere. He would be friendly when I chose to have breakfast for a higher price then become childishly rude when I chose to decline breakfast. The family is obviously sick and tired of the business and it showed....
