We stayed here for 7 days in the room called Pearl. We arrived in the middle of the night and were greeted warmly and given a superb cold platter in our room with tasty snacks. When we woke in the morning and opened the curtains...More
Lovely, quiet place with very good standards overall but not 5*. Food more expensive than in Kas town but very pleasant - huge portions. Some waiter a little over attentive - almost creepy! Upgraded room not really worth the 295€ but that depends on your...More
We visited here end of season, last two weeks of October, the staff were lovely but the hotel certainly needs some maintenance work over the coming winter, the decking in the garden rooms gave me splinters and some of the glass balconies were shattered all...More
Given the website spec we were expecting 5 * with usual standards associated with this , however at best 3 * . We paid full price for a late holiday in mid October & thought we’d give this hotel a try having spent several holidays...More
This was our third visit to the Peninsula Gardens but it had been four years since our last visit and we were sorry that it seems to have been forgotten on the maintenance side. The Gardens surrounding the rooms used to be beautiful but now...More

Hi, The Hotel is quite a bit more expensive than the town bars. However, generally the actual cost is on par with UK, the beer is bottled but I really enjoyed it. Spirits are the same as pubs in Uk. The cocktails are probably similar to trendy UK bars, however, they are excellent, Erin is one of the best mixers I have come across. Very cleaver with the garnishing and a few tricks as well. The wine is OK but very expensive, which is a shame as there clearly isn't a supply issue as most of it is available in local supermarkets.
I would still definitely recommend it, its a lot cheaper than Hotels in Ibiza, Mallorca and the Alpes etc etc.
Best wishes jk
