Nice situation. Very big hotel, a lot of group tourist. Staff is friendly, even if there was a guy with a kalachnikov for the safety...I know that it's a rough period, but it's quite weird to see a civil with a gun... anyhow, the place is really central. the beach is close but not amazing. you can go to the... I was staying in this hotel with my family So first of all when we arrived we were kinda confused because hotel and its area was so spacious and big so we needed time to get used to it. The reception lady spoke English well and she was really sweet and pleasant. Staff was normal, maybe because we were during... More

Staff nice and friendly. Rooms are just huge, cleaned every day. Food very tasty and various and service in the restaurant was impressive high quality (I have "all included" in mind, did not have a reason to visit "a la carte", as all our needs were completely satisfied). Muhtar is the best water! :) As it was just the beginning... More

When we arrived(16/05), reception didn't speak English at all, which looked like they didn't want too as they understood us very well but kept on speaking in French to us and they seemed quite rude. We went to our room which we found horrible, bathroom was dirty, sofa was ripped in some places and wiped, balcony faced the back of... More

After reading various reviews on hotels in the area we where quite sceptic. It was therefore a joy to experience the very friendly, helpful and service minded staff at Hotel Regency! True, the building could need a new paint and some maintenance, like a lose light floating in the pool (I would expect that to be fixed before the summer... More
