Hotel Sidi Mansour Resort & Spa is celebrated for offering great value, with guests often noting its reasonable rates and dynamic location. The cleanliness of the hotel, especially the rooms and swimming pool, generally receives high marks, although some guests suggest the bathrooms might benefit from renovation. The range of amenities, including its beach proximity and lively activities, are well-regarded, even though a few facilities were not accessible. Service at the hotel is frequently commended, with a particular shoutout to the friendly staff and engaging animation team. The vibrant atmosphere is a highlight, although it could impact light sleepers near the pool area.

A magnificent hotel with a very warm welcome, the employees are attentive and recommend many beautiful places to visit! The entertainment is always excellent and all the people who work are adorable and cordial, we quickly become friends with the whole team! The food is very good not to mention the beautiful landscape in the morning that we have with breakfast! The rooms are spacious and very well maintained, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Djerba in terms of quality and price, I don't think I could find anything better!

I spent there a week with my mother. The room was clean and had no defects whatsoever. We also really enjoyed the food which was served fresh and with different variations. Very close to the beach, you can either walk or take free pickup car standing next to the hotel. I have visited Tunisia 7 times in different 4 to 5 star hotels but this is the first time I saw animation team so dedicated to their job. Special recognition for Pikachu, Blacky and Jilani for their outstanding charisma and friendly approach in encouraging people to participate in additional activities. I also could count on them when I needed a help and info regarding moving around the town as well as avoiding tourists traps. I came back to work more recharged than I was expecting, to be honest.

Run away!!!!!

Where to start?

Reception , dining room and hallway not air conditioned a horror!!!
The rooms open with a key as in the good old days , a key for 4 and be careful if you lose a key you are charged 15 e .

The rooms have an old decor la Clim that makes an unbearable noise the cleaning done in hurry.
The worst is the bathroom ( proof in photo ) a smell of mold urine everywhere a cracked sink ....

The only positive point the swimming pool which is large and clean on the other hand the deckchairs are dirty and broken ( photo ) nothing is maintained in the morning we find plates and glasses from the day before.
The worst... The restaurant after queuing 20 min for 3 pancakes or 1 omelet if you are lucky enough to find a plate you eat in the heat on tables rooms.
Every day the same menu...:
The Worst Pension of My Life ....

Ah I forgot the Inn Beach
The only one that is dirty all the beaches around are clean.
On the beach meals are paid ... inadmissible!!!!
You ruined my vacation!!!!

Horrible !! Hygiene there is more than questionable. A priori for our room of 4 we were lucky. The restaurant and its terrace are cleaned with a sponge mop in the morning and roughly swept in the evening. The cart used to clear the dishes must not have been cleaned for at least 10 years. The employees' aprons are dirty as are the waiters' shirts. The tables are cleaned when they are, with dirty cloths. There is not enough glass crockery, for plates you have to wait for them to return, the same goes for forks and knives, for glasses and cups you have plastic cups. The MUST being the missing small spoons which are replaced by mini-spoons from small pots of ice cream. The deckchairs are broken and dirty, the swimming pool is not cleaned and the filters are attacked by mold. The staff is not fulfilled, their working conditions are terrible. Even if the price of the stay is attractive, a minimum of services is expected, particularly in terms of hygiene. To flee

Hello . The hotel is rather 2* than 4*. The rooms are no matter if they are 2,3,4 of the same size. With 4 in the room, unfortunately, you have to play in the maze because otherwise you can't go. Cleaning service only by name, I would rather call it a service that sometimes brings paper and towels. The kitchen is monotonous, breakfasts eggs pancakes and that's about it. Dinners practically every 2nd day repeated so no madness, only dinner was different every day throughout the trip, plus fruit melon and watermelon. Swimming pool at the hotel ok, service rather cup cleaners, it is in vain to look for a waiter from whom you can order something, you have to go to the bar, one active. The beach is flooded with seaweeds and grasses, not cleaned. It's good that you could take a taxi to other places where you can take advantage of the charms of swimming in the sea. Overall 2+ rating, I will definitely not be staying at this hotel for the second time

The hotel is in a dilapidated state. It must not have been renovated for a very long time. Furniture and paint on worn walls. Very dirty both the common areas and the rooms, armchair full of stains. Dirty mattress. Bathroom with a bathtub full of yellow stains, old shower curtain from the 80s... The sheets are not adapted to the size of the mattress, they are too small. The swimming pool is large, the deckchairs are in a pitiful state, it would be a shame to change them. The food is of very poor quality, in addition the buffet is so poorly arranged that you find yourself queuing endlessly to help yourself, lack of plates and cutlery, as for the drinks, they are served in plastic cups. Very poor quality plastics.
The restaurant room is not air-conditioned and a permanent hubbub makes it difficult to enjoy the meals which are already not great. The room allocated to us overlooked the street and right opposite a restaurant which organizes outdoor evenings with music until 3 a.m. Impossible to sleep because there was no soundproofing... it was just horrible and when we asked to change rooms, we were refused, it's shameful!
No WiFi in the rooms. If you want to relax, don't book in this hotel, they play music all day long until late in the evening and always the same playlist!
It does not deserve the 4 stars displayed or even two for that matter. We come back disappointed with our stay. The lack of hygiene and the very bad food are worst of all.

I’m mostly dissatisfied with the hygiene in this hotel, there was dirt everywhere: the drawers, the walls, stains on the carpets in the hallway, the sunbeds, the curtains. The rooms and the furniture are outdated. There was even a door separating us from the next room, which of course, was not sound proof.
The staff hardly speaks and understands any English, the animation is fun only if you are an 8 year old; the photographer is literally chasing you everywhere.
The beach: the sunbeds on the beach (and by the pool) are falling apart, they don’t serve alochol at the beach bar, and you have only 2-3 soft drinks available although you have paid for an all inclusve package. The bartender looks really unhappy that he needs to serve you. The beach is full of seagrass.
The drinks are served in plastic cups everywhere.

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing and unpleasant. When we arrived we found that the room was dirty and smelled musty. After reporting the problem to reception we were moved to another room, but unfortunately this room was also in poor condition with damaged furniture and a dirty bathroom. The facilities were not of the standard expected for a four star hotel. Additionally, the food was monotonous and some local items, like mint tea and dates, were inexplicably missing. If you are planning to stay there, I recommend that you remain vigilant and consider changing hotels, even on site. It may be necessary to insist and contact the travel agency upon arrival to express your complaints

We followed previous reviews, but unfortunately didn't understand why our experience was so different.
We come from France, it's a hotel for locals who are used to it by 80% of the occupants.

The hotel must have been excellent a few years ago, now it is in decay. The facilities are excellent, but at the moment they are completely dilapidated, without any maintenance. Closed restaurants, closed bars, among others. There is no air conditioning in common areas which makes it unbearably hot. Not friendly employees. Terrible cleaning, including the rooms, they didn't change towels, the bed was only pulled out by the ears, the bathroom was never cleaned, the bathtub was full of grime and within a week the floor was never cleaned.
In the rest of the island there was nothing special to see and there was rubbish on the streets all over the island, there were places that looked like a dumpster in the open.
A week of vacation to forget. Unfortunate.

Yes, there is table tennis. The wifi is free, but works only in the lobby and in the swimming pool area. If you want internet in your room, I advise you to buy the ooredo sim card, it has 25gb of internet for 25 dinars (around 10€).
