Beware that food and alchoholic drinks may not be always available? Go to the restaurant early if your need your food warmish and available!! Tea, coffee, wine? and usually beer is available most of the time. Anything else, purchase yourself at your departure airport or on the plane. Rooms are cleaned daily, but be prepared for the odd hiccup! Towels...

Where do I start? On arrival, having made our own way from the Airport, we realised that we had missed the Thomas Cook Welcome. We showed our booking at reception. Myself, family and friends arrived at the Haroun on 22nd August for 2 weeks. We got to the hotel around 11.30pm to arrival drinks and food which was a nice touch. I have been reading the reviews on this hotel.Me and my husband stayed there 24 August for a week.All I can say is that it must have been drastically inproved in a few weeks. When we stayed there the food was awful raw at times. The pool had a broken tile which was covered with what looked like a table...

We stayed in this hotel for two weeks and only thanks to entertainment staff we had unforgettable holiday. Big thank you to Adel, Momo and Omar!!! Stayed here for a week with an all inclusive budget deal. The staff were really welcoming and friendly - we loved the Tunisian food - similar to Turkish cusine - the animation team worked hard to provide entertainment. Good value for a budget deal.

Having read the reviews before travelling we were weary about what to expect. We had booked this holiday as a last minute trip and paid very little for an all inclusive week so we're not expecting 5* service. Overall we really enjoyed our week, the pool was lovely and there were always plenty of sun loungers no matter what time...
