Massively renovated former Diva Hotel with hi-tech electronic toilet and totally Thai channels digital TV. Breakfast was satisfactory with hot meals, cereals, fruits, juices and hot beverages. Shower and bath are available. Just pool-view is available from my room.

Got a king double on a discounted offer. Room at the back with glimpse of pool view. Quiet, away from traffic of main road to front. Well designed, clean, comfortable and secure. Plenty of amenities. Novel toilet with bidet. Original room sliding doors to bathroom broken beyond immediate repair so moved to duplicate room on higher floor. New room safe not working, so swapped out very quickly. Reasonable size clean pool. Sunbathing area small but well kept. Gym equipment could do with fixing and updating. Hotel worthy of 4.5 stars, but I give 5 because of excellent attentive service. Special mention to Benz on the front desk.

Clean modern hotel, pool is great and has sun allday. Close to a good shopping center within walking distance. Lots of parking if coming by car. Food was exellent, staff were exellent, housekeeping was great. Can't fault it! We will stay again the next time we're in Rayong.

Excellent modern rooms with reasonable views. Hotel provides excellent hygiene. Staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating. Location was close to good shopping malls and provided easy access to outer Rayong.

I spend a month in this hotel during my business trip to Rayong. During this time in this hotel I find a comfortable and clean place to rest, (relatively) good WIFI, nice pool to relax, very tasteful breakfast and good service. In short.. I'll recommend this hotel to everyone who come to Rayong.
Next to this hotel, on one side, you have a shopping mall with almost everything you need while on other side there are (not sure how to call it) a night market where you can eat a local food in very affordable price.

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night on the business trip to Rayong. The room is nice, clean, and cozy. Bathroom has both shower and baht tub, separate dry and wet zone. However, air conditioning was not as cold as I want. It was warm in the early morning. Breakfast was not many choice but Ok. The hotel is located near shopping mall, just 5 minutes walk.

Good: - Easy to find - Next to Passione mall with a lot of food options - We booked the huge apartment room which was very comfy. Bed is super comfy. - Welcome drink was nice - Allowed us to check in early - Wifi is very good
Could be better: - Breakfast is ok but not great - Note to the manager - please provide a shuttle service....at least to and from the bus station 10-15minutes away. Even the cheapest hotels I've stayed in have provided a shuttle and you're supposed to be 4 star - Could be sound-proofed better as you're next to the busy road
- Not good or bad but if you're staying in Rayong for the Koh Samet ferry, it's far from Ban Phe ferry pier (35 mins and 2 songtaew taxis).
Overall the hotel is nice but I would probably try the Holiday Inn next door next time I return
