I absolutely can't stand bugs, especially spiders but Roost Glamping actually helped me overcome uncomfortability. Roost Glamping turned out to be one of the best places I've ever stayed. This was my first time glamping or even camping, and I was impressed. You're surrounded by nature, but the tents stayed remarkably clean and bug-free. The employees are dedicated to maintaining 100% cleanliness and are incredibly helpful. Plus, they accept PayPal if you choose to dine at their cafe and do not have cash or a Thai Bank. Every morning, they dust off the front of your tent, and the staff always greet you with a smile. I would definitely return, as the photos are a true representation of the property, and the reviews reflect the excellent customer service and experience.

You won’t find anything quite like Roost anywhere in Thailand. It’s set in a lovely location out of the way from all the busy street bars surrounded by beautiful flowers and gives you that real outdoors feel.
The tents are super cute, very comfortable and very roomy. I’d highly recommend booking one with AC as the fans are super loud during the night. The entire complex is kept very clean and beautifully maintained. The bathrooms are set apart from the tent but next door so you don’t have to walk too far, again very clean, hot showers which was well needed.
The pool area again, beautiful, set off the restaurant/cafe which again very pretty and peaceful. The food was lovely and not too pricy. It’s out of the way from most things and bolts/grabs can be expensive renting a bike is cheaper but there seemed to be alot of people getting into accidents.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, I’d recommend staying here as a group of friends, solo travellers and couples it’s a lovely spot and just what’s needed after the busyness of Phuket!

When my wife first told me that we were going glamping, I must to admit I rolled my eyes in smug, self-superior judgement. However, after a moment or two of honest contemplation, the idea of camping with AC and running water sounded appealing.
Once we checked into Roost Glamping, there were no regrets. None. It was a great family vacation.
The food was delicious and all our meals were eaten at the poolside restaurant. The first night we roasted marshmallows at the campfire after we watched the evening movie on the big screen during dinner.
The pool was both sunny and shady. This made it easy for my kids to spend long hours in the pool without worry of sunburn, so long as they didn't spend all their time in the sunny areas.
The tent itself was big enough to stand in and the staff arranged a few cots for our kids. There were no problems with insects inside the tent and I loved the AC and ensuite bathroom located a few steps away from the entrance to the tent.
After checkout, I thought I had left some items in the tent. I returned that evening to ask if housekeeping had turned anything in. The staff said no but gladly took me to the tent (which was vacant) to check again with the staff. Nothing was found there, but I found the items when I returned home. A big thank you to the staff for helping me look even though it was my forgetfulness.
In summary, great place, great staff, and a grand slam for a memorable family vacation. Thank you Roost Glamping!

Ok, 1st of all. The staff is very very accommodating and patient. The tents are clean and so is the toilets and showers. The cafe and the whole spot is Social media worthy. I will define coming back here to stay. The glamp resort does have motorbikes and electric bikes to rent for the same price you can find out and about in Phuket. Rawai beach and Nai Harn beach are but a 3-5 minute motorbike/ electric bike ride away. The food, vibe and atmosphere of the place is *chefs kiss* love it here.

I have always loved camping so staying in these tents was such a great experience! The place is very cozy and nice. I loved the pool area, so easy to meet people, especially if you are traveling alone. The beds are super comfortable, there is no air conditioning in the room, but it had a fan which was sufficient. If you are looking to stay somewhere other than a hotel room, this is highly recommended. :))

It was suppose to be my 1 night quiet time.. But when i checked in, they were having a children's party..😅😅😅 it's nobody's fault, i just stayed in a wrong date, i think. 😁😁 I originally booked a fan room with shared bathroom, but when i arrive i change it to an aircon room with a private bathroom.. The room was cozy, very nice and a it's an expensive tent😅 but maybe because of the weather in phuket ( sunny day and rainy day) and the room with poor ventilation and lack of air circulation, so, molds are growing in the tent. It doesn't have a tent lock and the bathroom is outside your room.. The staff were the best and very friendly.. Food was great as well.. Over all, it was nice staying in this place.

Very nice place good environment, quite clean, it’s good for a weekend to have such experience once BUT the service is BAD
We are a family with 3 kids, 2 tents booked. The bed is really small, parents with one 2 years old kid in one bed is very uncomfortable for one night. No napkin in the room is not convenient.
The breakfast is quite good, lots of choice and delicious. But, the dinner is catastrophic. Since it was a Saturday, there going to be activities at night, quite a lot of families and kids, when we arrived at the restaurant, we found a table to settle down by ourselves, and need to call several times during 30 minutes the s’attrape to clean the table, and the cleaning is really rough, only put everything dirty on the floor. And after another 15 minutes calling several times the staff to order, finally one is coming and saying it’s about 1 hour to wait for the food. On the menu, there is not many choice for the kids instead of some unhealthy fried food, and all the restaurant smells like in the cuisine. I feel it’s ok we need to Waite for long time because the restaurant is quite full this day, but we should have been informed earlier one we have sat down, not 40 minutes after waiting, then be informed another 1 hour of wait. And no sorry no excuse me from the staff, they are quite busy and no time even to talk to us.
And the end we go out for dinner which I highly recommend, coz there are lot of good restaurants around.
Conclusion, nice place bad service, good breakfast, worth to try for a weekend don’t expect too much for the service.

Hi Gigi, Thanks for taking the time to review our property :) It is great to hear that you liked the setting of our property and enjoyed our breakfast :) We are very sorry that you experienced this service whilst staying at our property. The evening that you stayed with us we had not anticipated as many guests to turn up for our fire dance show and outdoor movie as did. It was very overwhelming the number of people who came for our event however this did mean that our standard of service dropped as we did not have enough staff on that evening. We have now hired more part time staff for our future events and this will help to resolve the issue. We hope that one day you will come back and stay with us again as we continue to improve our service. Kind Regards, Jona

My friends and I simply love this place. It has a very nice atmosphere. There are a lot of trees and the tropical gardens are really gorgeous. Besides, the infinity swimming pool is awesome! Absolutely perfect for everyone’s Instagram feed. 😚 We stayed in the Tikaokao private en-suite. The tent is pretty big and clean. It comes with air conditioning, lockable box, towel rack and laundry basket. It also offers beautiful garden views. 🌸🌿 Additionally, the location is superb. There are restaurants nearby and it’s only a few minutes drive to Phuket’s popular attractions such as Nai Harn beach, Rawai beach, Yanui Beach and Promthep Cape. Lastly, we’d like to thank the staff (unfortunately, we forgot to ask their names) for the friendly service. My friends and I truly had a lovely time here and definitely will be back again in the future. (We miss Mom-mam, the cute kitty too. 😻) If you're looking for a unique stay in Phuket unlike any other, you definitely cannot miss this. Strongly recommended! 💯👍

My Roost Glamping experience was so special and exactly what I was after for a quick weekend getaway from Singapore. I was looking for accommodation that felt peaceful with a little bit of a ‘back to nature’ vibe, well out of the hustle and bustle of central Phuket, whilst still accessible from the airport and easy to reach/get around.
The space itself is stunning, thoughtfully put together and almost quaint. I was lucky enough too stay in one of the Tikoakao Private Ensuite tents, which was immaculately clean and so pretty! The mattress is super firm (fabulous for your back!) but something to keep in mind if you prefer a squishy bed. The private bamboo en-suite was fitted with brand new shower/loo etc and also spotless. While I used the aircon both nights of my two night stay, I think I could have gone without- the tents are very cool and airy.
The central cafe/pool/seating area is a great size, and again, immaculately clean, providing a warm and welcoming space to chill by yourself or mingle with other guests. The food options are a little limited in the Rawai township (especially if you’re vegan/vegetarian) but the onsite cafe is unbelievably good with a really inclusive menu. The smoothie bowls are a must try!
Location is perfect. A two minute scooter roll down the hill or ten minute walk to the beach, and so peaceful. It’s also only an hour and twenty minute taxi from Phuket Airport to Roost. The staff are gorgeous and extremely helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my little visit and will absolutely be back!

If you are looking to sleep like travellers and eat like kings, you’ve found the right place. The tents were clean and bug free and the air conditioning was fab. The grounds are nicely kept, with clearly marked, lit, paths. The pool was clean and relaxing. The food was out of this world! We both ordered different things and spent the whole meal saying ‘oh wow this is amazing’. I could stay extra nights just to try everything on the menu. The whole place has a chilled out and relaxed atmosphere. The communal space was great for reading a book, making use of the free WiFi or just chatting over a glass of wine or coffee. The only improvement I could think of was water fountains to refill bottles. Lastly, the staff were all brilliant, super friendly and went the extra mile. Totally recommend staying here and don’t bother going out to eat!!!
