We stayed for 3 nights in a large double room with a sea view. Lovely clean and welcoming hotel. Great breakfast buffet. And amazing Thai food. Quiet location but very easy to find. Nice pool. Al and Jo, UK

Steve is an absolute asset to this property. The management are pathetic and their policies would require severe modifications before I would recommend anyone to stay. Despite a complete mess up with room allocation and 2 moves the eventual room was satisfactory. The arranging of a non guest 60th birthday within 3m of our room was a complete invasion of... More

This Hotel is off the beaten path so to speak, but offers very spacious rooms and some pretty outstanding food from there restaurant, the pool was quite large with a swim up bar. Located on the Bay there really is no swimming from the beach because of the tide being out and when its in it seemed very shallow. Plenty... More

Chalong Beach Hotel and Spa is a fair clean and comfortable hotel, its not a 5 star such as the "Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort" but its great if you are on a budget. The hotel is very popular with Russians who get quite loud in the evenings and the hotel seems to be used for a lot of one... More

This is a large hotel with spacious lobby and rooms. Our room had a king bed and single and had a large fridge, lots of cupboard space, a separate bathroom with shower and bidet (no bath). There was also a three seat sofa and coffee table in the room, with tea and coffee making facilities and a safe. The shower... More

First off- this place is in the middle of NOWHERE!!! There really is nothing. Oh except a Tesco. We spent a lot of time at Tesco. So the hotel room itself was nice, everything was clean etc but no wifi in the rooms, which is unexpected when you are paying the price you do (this was supposed to be our... More

I am saving your wallet, time and good mood if you do not go here. The whole time I was here they basically just tried to rip me off. They overcharged me and argued with me when I pointed this out. They did not speak or understand English and were rude. So much for the customer is always right. This... More
