We arrived not expecting too much after some of the reviews , however we like to male our own judgement . We were greeted by Paul the manager , what a great guy , so welcoming and extremely helpful with great tips of places to go and see at the best prices , always had time to chat but left you in peace if you were chilling. The room was hugh , like a suite , lovely touches , just needed some areas finishing off properly but the comfort and tranquility made up for this , would defiantly return . Also the breakfast was lovely and very fresh , even made us a Thai speciality to try , a kind of pancake with condensed milk , was not what we would choose but was really nice 👍 the pool was amazing , very clean and warm ,so beautiful , nicest I’ve ever been in . The place it’s self on arrival had me worried as was down a dirt track ? But what a lovely surprise .
If you want peace and tranquillity but a short walk to nice cheap restaurants then this is the place to be , never felt so relaxed as I did at this place . Not for young party goers as too peaceful .

I love this place, its the third time I have been there and keep coming back. Its a bit off the grid on a very quiet side street with a lot of green and the main issue can be to find it the first time. The pool is massive, the manager is great, its the first time I got greeted by a manager in short t-shirt and barefoot but its a great guy that really makes you feel like you are at home. This time I got a nice surprise since the rooms have been completely renovated and with new bathrooms.
Can really recommend the poolside rooms, dont really know what is the official name for them but its really worth it since you are literally right at the pool for a couple of hundred THB extra its definitely worth it since they also have a larger television and a huge bathtub nowadays...

It's very impressive that you feel it's so quiet in hotel like another realm but it locates very close to restaurants, bars, coast and beach on the main street. Room is spacious, neat with classic furniture.
Owner and staff are very helpful and friendly, quick responds to all your inquiry. They know everything about town, can answer all of your questions on travelling in town.
My son was looking for a gym to train Brazilian Jiujistu at the first day of arrival, when owner heard our question about gym, he gave us the gym name and price of class at the second day, he even helped us talk to coach to get a best price which local people can not get. When my son visited the gym, he just fell in love with coach, team members because recommended coach is very senior and professional.

I have traveled around Thailand for 6 months and this was the best hotel that I have stayed in so far. Big rooms, Netflix for rainy days, very nice staff and a really nice big pool. Very quiet but can reach Naiharn beach in 5 min on a motorbike, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Great Wifi!

Stayed 5 days in this resort and it was absolutely great, was put in one of the new rooms and it was really modern and stylish. Pool was amazing, especially at night and the manager Paul made us feel at home and welcome from the moment we stepped into the property until the moment we left. Always a friendly smile and cooked the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. Can truly recommend this place to anyone that are looking for a nice and cool place in Phuket.

Travelled as a group of friends, had a great time around the pool. Owners borrowed us their BBQ and we had an amazing stay. Internet was great, area was really good, we had read before that Phuket was dead, but Rawai was fine, bars and restaurants was open and fairly busy. The hotel is on a quiet side streets, 300-400m away from where all was happening and the only noise was birds and frogs...

A great stay in a place that has everything you need.

Large airy rooms with views over a beautiful pool. Shower is great and rooms have a smart TV with access to Netflix etc.

Quiet enough to escape the outside world but also close enough to Rawai Beach and other musts like Promthem Cape and Nai Han Beach. There is a gym walking distance if you feel like burning off those Pad Thais.

Very friendly and helpful staff who are both lovely and give you useful tips. They helped me organise scooter rental at a very good rate. They also kindly allowed me to borrow snorkel and fins.

Keep up the good work guys!

Great place, good location, everything within walking distance but still very quiet. Nice big well-kept rooms, massive televisions with Netflix. Large crystal clear pool that goes the length of the building.

I am someone whole likes to see new places so even if my travel takes me back to destinations I have been before I like trying new hotels. However the last 3 times I came back to Rawai I have come straight back here. Its amazing, you walk in through the gate and you feel at home, very laid back atmosphere, very quiet at night, rooms are huge, staff is great, location is optimal.
