Andaman Beach Hotel was truly an amazing experience for us!
The hotel has a bohemian style, with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. They kindly allowed us to view the room before paying, which was very reassuring. The moment we stepped inside, we thought, OKAY, BOOKED! :)
We were given a room in the back building, which had both a sea view and a poolside view! It was higher than the other building and seemed newly furnished. Since it was our honeymoon, they arranged a beautiful flower setup for us (I wish I had taken pictures! 🥲).
The room was spacious enough for two people, featuring a lovely little balcony where we enjoyed evening views of the shimmering pool and city lights, as well as our morning coffees! 🥰
The hotel is located on a small hill, but they provide a complimentary buggy service to and from the main road, which takes less than two minutes. This service operates until midnight, so after that, you can either walk up the hill (a five-minute walk, and trust me, it’s doable!) or take a taxi—which costs around 300 baht from Bangla Road.
Speaking of Bangla Road, the famous party street is about a 20-30 minute walk from the hotel, or a quick 300-baht taxi ride.

One of the best hotels that I visited recently, the impressions were positive, in principle, from everything.
Pleasant, polite staff. Starting from the receptionist, who could be contacted with any questions, to the service staff - the Thais are generally polite and pleasant to talk to. They checked us in immediately, gave us extra bed linen, and we transformed the mini sofa in the corner into an extra bed for the child. The room was always clean, water, coffee and other shampoos and towels were updated. The hotel is very clean, the pool is good, there is a gym. We chose a tour without breakfast, I can only write the opinion of the neighbors we met there - the food was quite good. But this is not my opinion. :)

The hotel is great! We took a last minute tour a few days in advance. And they just returned. We were on vacation with a child, that’s it. We took it without breakfast, and it was stated that there was no extra bed. Very fortunately, in the corner of the room there was a mini corner, which with its own sofa cushions on the floor formed a mini sofa! An 8 year old child gets his own spacious bed. For breakfast, we would have sprinkled them, it’s good that we didn’t take it, although according to reviews from vacationers, the breakfasts are excellent and varied, even with fruit. Patong Beach is nearby, 7 minutes walk. In general, it’s close to everything, cafes, 7-11, they bake pancakes nearby, it’s a 20-30 minute walk to Central Patong and the seafood market opposite it. We asked for a change, with a surcharge offered a room with a sea view for 1500 baht/night or a suite for 2500, but said to approach the next day at 12. We asked to see a room-- we were shown this room, which overlooks the overhead high-voltage electrical lines, and there are also cars and buses coming to the hotel. One of the worst hotel i’ve stayed in, even for a four star… golf car staff was super friendly, the only highlight of this hotel.
housekeeping TERRIBLE, we stayed four nights, first night was ok but ants were already walking on countertops, second night after housekeeping, took carpet and never replaced with a new one, same as the two small towels… never replaced your beach towels, some trash stays there for three days, the last days, they didnt even clean the countertops and i found out because the sweet liquid mark was still there and the ants were having a party there…
Their restaurant was HORRIBLE, we ordered pizzas because we saw the pizza oven, omg we got burned pizza, and one of which is a margarita pizza, there were maybe 10 grams of chese in total… burnt on top of the tomatoe chucks, 7-11 pizza was better and they charge 450 baht for one. Other dishes including breakfast were also very average, even if its a 4-star hotel, i thought they’d be ok to stay with sknce its an Accor hotel and it’s charging 1200hkd per night when we booked….

Great check in and services overall, we received a warm welcome from Lou and Preaw they were friendly and very responsive.
The rooms were clean and the hotel has multiple nice views depending on the room location, there’s a 7-11 about 200 meters which provides almost all your needs.
The only thing I noticed was that the laundry was not available after COVID 19, other than that it was all nice and great.
