We paid for a basic room, so that was very basic, but the rest of the hotel is nice. Food was very good, we loved the club sandwich and spring rolls! The guys in reception were very helpful and polite, and the location is awesome, close to both beach and shops/restaurants. Short tuktuk-trip to mall and Bangla road. Would stay here again, but then get a better room.

Super nice hotel in Phuket 2 mint walking to Patong beach 10 mint walk to Bangla road

Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my family would surely choose it again next time we visit Phuket .

Baramee provide memorable experiences rather than plain service.

I have travelled many countries but way this hotel, it’s people it’s hospitality impressed me to my soul , they provided us morning tiffins if we wanted to go early. Cared just like a Family .

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent but little less in variety .The hotel staff team has always been EXCELLENT friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.Always with a smile

This is my second stay. The location is great if you want a relaxing experience next to the beach. The post pandemic experience is much better. New English owner/management makes the place feel like home, they cater to your every need. Food is excellent. Sports bar on the street level is redesigned and now the pool bar is fun. Great work to the new team! Thanks for a great patong experience.

I got a larger room with 2 balconies facing the road. The road is very busy, but the room has double glazing to keep the noise down. The room and shower were very good, but the bed was a bit hard for me. The internet was superb (no trouble movie streaming via a vpn). Staff were great, the breakfast was pretty good, and the pool is OK. 2 minute walk to beach, and about 20 minute walk to Batong rd. Plenty of inexpensive restaurants nearby, but no mini mart / 711 stores closeby. Only real disadvantage was the very busy road, which is a bit hard to cross. StilI was very happy with my stay.

Nice and cozy hotel, we had a room just above pool.
Perfect location, only few minutes walk from beach.
Clean Pool, good for swim and relax in jacuzzi.
You can also do your daily exercise, next to pool there's a gym.
Very Friendly staff and the Owners 😎
We recommend the Sunday grilli partys at the pool area. Delicuous Food.

Staff are excellent and helpful. The new owners are friendly. Room is clean with confortable bed. The pool area on 2nd floor is cool. Food is definitely a must try here. It takes only few minutes to the quiet side of Patong beach. Value for money for the deal.

The only thing I liked about this hotel is its close proximity to Patong beach. Everything else was terrible.
I stayed here for 3 nights from 12th to 15th February 2017. Here's the experience

Reception: Unwelcoming. They present you with 8-10 pages rule book and make sure you read each page attentively. And ask you to pay 1000 baht in cash. I was taken aback with this attitude. On top of that they hardly understand English. I never got satisfactory answer to any of my queries. Most of the time they throw a blank confused look.

Rooms: Very small. We opted for a 3 star facility through Make my trip; But the room dint look like one. So if you are booking through MMT; make sure the type of room alloted is well equipped to meet 3star rating. The room didn't have safety locker, no hot water in shower, TV was very basic with poor sound quality, room had a French window, which was opening balcony of house next to the hotel. Overall; very disappointing.

Food: breakfast had good range items but everything was cold. Even milk for coffee was ice cold.

Room service and housekeeping: No one answered the phone even at 4-5 pm in the afternoon. We had to go to the restaurant at the ground floor and order the food. They don't serve coffee in room. So we made it using coffee flask in the room. And kept used cups and spoon outside the room along with food plates. During checkout, housekeeping staff could not find the cups and spoon and asked us to pay amount for it. We asked them to coordinate with room service. After some time, they could find the cups but spoon was still missing and we were asked to pay 50 bahts for spoon. We repeatedly told them that cups and the spoon was kept outside along with the food plates. However the lady at reception could hardly understand anything and kept on saying; "we charge you 50 bahts".
We had flight to catch and the amount was small so paid it.
If you unfortunately land in this hotel; make sure you don't use any of their stuff. Because even if their staff loses it; you end up paying.

I'm going to share the experience with Make my trip with the hope that they will be more careful in selection of hotels.

I booked hotel for three days, upon arrival the reception staff behaviour was very rude and unacceptable. Management should take immediate açtion to train the staff.
Room provided was spacious. Good house keeping, near to beach

We went there as a couple.
The initial impression from outside was that it was a small hotel but it turned out the other way round.

At the reception the receptionists were not very conversant with English except 1 lady who could easily understand us

TMB bank is just next door which gave us the best exchange rate

The corner roadside rooms have open view on 2 sides and from the balcony you can get a view of the patong beach

The famous Bangla road and jungceylon mall is about a 20 min walk on the beach

For roadside shopping I would suggest shopping from shops while walking from beach to Bangla road as they give a good bargain of upto 50% which I don't find as we moved towards Bangla road

The restraunt closes down by 10 hence at late night u will have to eat out

However for breakfast the restraunt opens early morning by 6.30 which is good as all tour pickups are around 7-7.30

In terms of veg menu in breakfast we could get corn flakes bread toast baked potatoes fruits and salads with tea coffee

The pool has restricted timings ie 7am to 7 pm. Which leaves you less time if you have day excursions planned to phi phi/ James Bond island/ phang nga etc
Thus couldn't use it also it has a poolside spa

You can take the pool towels to the beach if you want

Also umbrellas are available at the entry for your use if required as it drizzles for about 30 mins at a stretch

Taxis from hotel to Bangla road will charge about 200 bath oneway and will not go by meter however you can hire bikes from hotel at just 200 bath a day and the gasoline is cheap 40 bath a liter

I would suggest a corner roadside room which is silent even tough near the road

The Bangla Street area is about 2 km away, and you could take a stroll towards it along the promenade on the beach area or in the street towards the Mall as well. There are modes of transport. From the Baramee resortel, there is a free mode of transport towards the mall, which stops at the entrance to Bangla Street every half hour or so during day time. Hope this helps?

They have a shuttle service at certain timings from the hotel to the main shopping area where there are lots of shops and restaurants.
