All rooms have a usefull balkony, Especially the rooms to the north-east - no sun and a little windy. Big rooms and a very big shower-room. Situated in a noisefree small street. The staff is very helpfull and speak well English

Over the last three years we have stayed at this hotel without any problems.two years ago lost my keycard & the hotel charge me 500 Bart which was not a problem, but this year I found the keycard in a side pocket in my case. So I informed the hotel that I had found the card thinking I would refunded WRONG. The hotel said cannot refund because they renew there cards every year, but there was nothing wrong with the card as we had it recharged many times.PHOTOS ENCLOSED What a disgusting greedy way to treat a loyal guests who has stay at this hotel over 100 nights and in introduced four friends who have also stayed in total about 30 nights. Also I reviewed this hotel in March 2017 with a 5 star review but since then the hotel is poorly maintained and has lots of house rules stating they will charge you if you disobey them, Now guess what “yes”1000 Bart if you lose your card. We had booked this hotel from the 3rd to the 31st March 2019 & check out two days early because we could not stay one minute more at this disgusting, thieving,no respect hotel SO MY ADVICE IS AVOID,AVOID,AVOID and look at The crystal hotel with a pool and the same price. P.S we we’re going to Pattaya but our friends had cancelled so we are staying in patong for another 30 nights thank god my wife said don’t book yet and wait The thought of staying here another 30 nights makes me want to vomit 🤮 🤮 🤮

Can't ask for anything more. Situated in the Patong strip, easily accessible by walking to Bangla and the mall. Room was clean and staff are friendly. The in-room safe was found to be not working when we checked in, but they put us into another room which was even bigger, no questions asked. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends and family looking for a simple stay, who are looking to explore Phuket.

Small inexpensive new hotel near everything. Rooms have balconies with sinks, everything is new and modern, though basic. Seems that hotel is concerned with customers' ethics, so there are signs telling what not to do. Key deposit is 1000 baht. The hotel is about 5 - 10 minutes from the beach and Jungceylon mall. No breakfast available but plenty of food around, as everywhere in Thailand.

This hotel's located on a small soi with no nearby bars or loud music issues. And although the resonating base of a loud baht bus passing by reaches inside the hotel rooms occasionally, most of the traffic noise is light and subdued. The hotel is in a reasonably convenient location, being a 10 minute walk west to the beach or south to Bangla Road, Junceylon Mall, and Big C's grocery store. ATM's, mini-markets, restaurants, massage parlors, and travel stands are right around the corner, with most of the town's innumerable eating and shopping choices within a 20 minute walk. You'll also find an on-site laundry service on the next soi over, past the Bel Aire Hotel (40-60B/kg wash/iron). For catching a return taxi (700B) or mini-bus (160?) to the airport, there's at least 5 travel stands on the nearby street eager to a acommodate you. Overall, the hotel's in a north-central location which is a fine place to be for beach and town. The hotel is a 5 story building without an elevator. The upper floor balcony rooms on both sides, front and back, offer a rather unattractive but better than nothing city view. I found the front (east side) 5th floor balcony rooms providing the best possible view since they included some green mountain scenery in the surrounding background of ugly rooftops. The hotel lobby and hallways are really bright and clean, with the place usually quiet and not busy. Balcony rooms are on the ends with other interior rooms not offering similar window or light settings. My assessment is for 2 weeks I spent in two front side balcony rooms (3rd & 5th floors). The front office staff made an effort to accommodate my specific room request, and after 3 days I was happily moved to the top floor. My balcony room was adequately sized with basic but modern furniture - a comfortable firm bed, closet, safe, work desk, large balcony with outdoor kitchen sink and counter, fridge, hair dryer, and good electrical outlets. The (balcony) room had clean, light tile and was very bright with its large, 4-panel, sliding glass balcony doors. The TV had several English channels, including Fox News, BBC, and 2 movie channels - pretty good for a budget hotel in Thailand. The wifi was excellent, giving me fast enough speed to watch YouTube videos with few outages or logins required. The front office desk was staffed 24/7 with competent people, and the housekeeping service was excellent and friendly, as were the two lazy dogs laying around most of the time. So, all that seems to add up to a great hotel like the other reviews suggest. Unfortunately, the hotel falls far short of its potential by being plagued with several problems. The bathroom has a stupid open shower/wet bath floor design, a door that's always in the way, a toilet paper dispenser that no normal human being can practically reach, a hazardous toe breaking step, and a cold water only sink. And while the bath towels were quite clean and nice, the hotel does not provide any washcloths or hand towels - a standard for even cheap, basic hotels. Not only did the hotel not provide an iron and board, it didn't even have one available in the building. In fact, upon my inquiry for one, the response I received was a look of bewilderment on why anyone would want one or why a hotel would have such a thing. Such front office staff, though not rude, were consistently not friendly. They lacked all form of smiles, greetings, or chitchat that any hospitality business should provide. Continuing, the hot pot didn't work, the bathroom shower drain was clogged, the balcony doors were constantly squeaking from the wind, the air con blew directly onto the bed, and the numerous biting mosquitos in the lobby somehow managed to make it clear up to the 5th floor into my room. Day and night I had mosquito problems adding up to a dozen itching bites. And while the hotel is spared bar music noise, it is not entirely quiet. During my stay, there were 3 construction projects nearby making too much noise for me to enjoy the balcony much of the time. While this was only a day time problem, at night the ceilings came alive with people pounding, moving furniture, and making more noise than I can understand. It was an annoyance that hindered my sleep, and ironically, even the top 5th floor did not negate the problem. Apparently, there's activity occurring also on the roof at night. Finally, upon making payment, I asked twice whether there would be a charge for using a credit card. Twice I was assured that there was not any charge. After the transaction, I checked my receipt and saw that their bank had made a currency exchange from baht to U.S. dollars. This rate was specified on the receipt and was 3.8% lower than the day's correct international currency exchange rate (FX), which is what most Visa and Mastercard users receive. Upon realizing that the hotel had in fact charged me with a hidden fee of 3.8% (800B), after being reassured that there was no charge, I raised the issue. They didn't understand; I had to explain it to them several times. I asked at least 4 times for them to simply cancel or credit the charge and let me pay in cash. They never did. (By the way, I had the exact same situation occur at a different hotel afterwards, except this time the lower currency rate exchange being proposed by the hotel's bank was a hidden 7.1% charge (1470B!). I caught this before having the card run and was able to step outside to an ATM and withdraw the needed cash instead. I'm sure this is occurring to many if not most traveler's using their charge cards, but they're not even aware of it because they may look for a "fee charge" but don't check the day's FX rate. There's a lesson for budget conscious ones who care. For this hotel, they had no desire to do me right, even when I offered them an easy solution of paying cash to negate their mistake. Guests should also realize that the hotel is charging 90B/kg for laundry services while most of the town's places are charging 50-60. And, their airport taxi service is 800B, while the neighborhood rate at any of the nearby tourist stands is 700. These abundant problems don't rule out this hotel as a good, clean viable option. I might even stay there again, given the cleanliness, good location, and moderate price. But, it's not worthy of a very good or excellent rating in my view. It's a good place with problems that makes it ok, but no better.

Brand new structure. Immaculately clean. Good AC, Nice balcony. Large room. Quiet. I actually liked the location which is close enough to anything in Patong yet quieter at night. Phusita House is very Thai. The reception is there if you need them. They are not unfriendly, however, they will not engage you unless you specifically ask them for something. And that was ok for me. If you want a hotel where they cater to you then this might not be for you. If you want a really nice new room for a good price then this is a great place.
