It has been a very good second stay for us this year the only thing was that we didn't like the single bed in the room it was too small for the baby to sleep inn and we wanted to change the room but the hotel occupancy was high and they were full so I asked if we can change but we couldn't so the hotel was full unlike when we were here in April, room was great service great everything else is amazing and we would definitely come back again and again highly recommended.

Phuket Graceland is like a tropical garden by the Andaman Sea. There were so many plant species around the hotel buildings that I often used the Google picture search function to find out what they represented. The hotel has several pools, including a rooftop pool that gives the impression of continuity with the main pool and the sea. The sea is just across the street and there are many street vendors selling traditional Thai food. Crossing the street from the hotel to the sea was not straightforward, as pedestrian crossings mean nothing to local drivers, but during certain hours an employee of the hotel was sitting there with a red flag to stop the traffic such that guests could cross. My room was located in the Sunset Deluxe area and I really appreciated its design and the smart TV with YouTube access, though the TV remote control was a bit weird (I found my way with it mostly by hazard). I also liked that breakfast was served from 6 am, which was very practical for guests who like me left very early on day trips to the islands. Cocktails were very cheap by European standards. The maracuja one is worth trying, they use real fruits and not syrup as in other places. A mention also for the hotel staff, as they were very professional and helpful. I saw that many of the previous comments were complaining about the old state of the hotel. That is true, but extensive renovation works are underway. Some buildings had already been repainted and the pool bar in the Sunset area is brand new. I will probably return to Graceland to see the results of the renovation works.…

We recently returned from Patong where we shared our time between 2 hotels. Our first stop was Graceland as we had read such great reviews. This was a nice hotel but certainly run down. There was maintenance happening while we were there and unfortunately we had a room right next to a bridge being replaced so when we sat out on our deck we were listening to banging and welding which took away from the relaxing time we were hoping for. On a positive the breakfast was delicious and had a fantastic range. We enjoyed our time but didn’t feel it lived up to the glowing reviews. For what we paid it was not what we were expecting. We would not stay again as there are definitely better options at a better price.

I know this resort is rated 4.5 stars but it was more like 2.5. The resort was really run down. Paint missing from walls, smashed tiles, room smelt like there was a sewage leak. Even the bed sheets didn’t look clean. This might have been 4.5 stars when it opened but it is false advertising to still have it at that. Only stayed 1 night before moving to a better resort.

Nice place, clean and big rooms,the breakfast is good in variant tastes(Not just thai food). Although everybody comes to phuket spend time on its islands if you want to rest in hotel it has enough facilities. The cleaning service is also satisfying.

Enjoyed our stay at the Graceland resort. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are 3 pools and daily activities - so our kids were very entertained. As a family we attended the yoga, pilates and full body workout classes. Kelvin, Asha and Dino were great instructors! We definitely burnt off all the yummy street food we’ve been eating during our stay. Also, the breakfast buffet was amazing. It’s best to go early in the morning. (Travelling from Australia).

This hotel is the best hotel that I ever been. It has great service and the staff was really nice. And I like how the staff is really funny it made the kids laugh a lot which made me happy. Which I think you guys should go to this hotel because I think it will make you happy.

View from rooms I was in were beautiful & very clean. Room Service Food, breakfast and Meals at Sunset Bar and Grill delicious. Cocktails good value also. The staff are kind but some did not understand much English - would recommend more training as there was a definite noticeable language barrier also when we tried to check in they couldn’t check us in until 3.30pm when the lady said our room would be ready at 2pm. Pools were very clean and the hotel has take. On the feedback from others on Tripadvisor and and we’re doing renovations on the bridge and around the hotel. I think it would be good to have the top floor pool as an adults only pool with a pool bar. I would also recommend pool towels available until 8pm at 6pm I couldn’t get a towel and the pool was open until 8pm and if staff could walk around more and ask guests if they want a drink or food around the pool areas. There is a definite need for more pool sun lounges around the pool as they were always full &/or if staff could come around and take the towels off them if people haven’t been at the pool for over and hour or two so other people can use them. The ladies across the road at Patong beach do an amazing massage also 😊…
