My friend and I arrived on 3rd January and we were delightfully suprised how calm and relaxed this place was. Most mornings spent reading by the pool with not many other guest guests around: no need in claiming your sun lounge early! The pools were kept clean and immaculate and provided such cooling refreshment from the heat. The staff were amazing and so hospitable. We had a beach view room on the 11th floor which gave complete view of Patong Bay. The Sky Lounge is amazing with a duet singing in the evening and it truly is in the Sky being on the 19th floor..couldnt believe how under utilised it seemed to be every time we visited there. The lunch and dinners are priced in line with some local eating places and it was refreshing to not see price hikes just because it was "inhouse"..we ate beautiful meals in a calming environment. The buffet breakfast had a lot on offer.with the egg station (mmm..fresh omlettes or eggs however you want them cooked) great to get some hot food. The only small let down was the heat of rhe other hot food as it seemed to always be barely luke warm. Our room was always cleaned and replenished well and the front desk staff were exceptional in catering for us having to stay an additional night and a very early morning pick up due to a flight delay upon departure. I would definitely stay here again upon my next return to Phuket. The location is perfect! Thank you Andaman Beach suites for a well needed relaxing holiday for myself and also my friend.

On a sisters getaway our timing could have been better with the Corona virus closing down countries it was a scary time for travel; but having booked our holiday in 2019 and with Thailand having no declared cases we felt safe to go. So glad we did as we had an amazing time and the weather gods gave us the best weather for our 6 days with low to no humidity and clear skies. The hotel staff were so welcoming and our room ocean facing on the 11th floor had the best views of Patong beach. With tourist numbers down it made finding a deck chair pool side never an issue and we loved the infinity pool with its poolside bar. Highly recommend dining pool side in the evenings and enjoyed some amazing Thai cuisine. The Menu is not huge but the food is prepared to a high standard. Special thanks to Joy who always gave us such a cheery morning welcome to breakfast and Alan at the poolside bar.

Really enjoyed your stay at this hotel! Were with a baby for 4 years - everything is great!. Upon arrival, the deposit for room 3000 baht (almost $100)- refundable upon departure to reception. The rooms are clean, large, there is a place to piss off the child, the room has a balcony where you can leave clothes to dry (although if you eat at the end of the rainy season, as we do - it is best not to leave towels there to dry, because if it rains, they will become heavy and they will be very difficult to dry). The room has a safe (very easy to use), flashlight, kettle, refrigerator, tea and coffee, TV, hairdryer (not found immediately, you need to rummage through drawers of tables/nightstands), pool and shower towels, bathrobe, swimming pool slippers and rooms. The room was cleaned daily, very carefully and on time (usually between 12:30 and 15:00). We asked to clear the fridge immediately upon arrival so we wouldn't overpay for the minibar. The hotel only took breakfast, buffet, 6:30-10:30, you can eat at least 10 times in this period, you can take food to the room, we took snacks to the beach. Technically, the description saw that there is a 19th floor, where the restaurant is evening and a great view of the sea, but did not go up, we cannot tell. The hotel has 4 swimming pools- 2 large (upper, near the minibar is always warmer than the lower), 2 small pools- 1 deep by the fountain, 2nd for children with a slide. There is a small fitness center with treadmills, exercise equipment, tennis field, sauna, nice bar (almost not used), there is a children's room - one child mb is bored, but if several is going to - quite a great time. From the hotel near the swimming pools there is a separate path towards the beach, on which to walk 7-10 min slow step. The location of the hotel is very successful-sort of and in its backyard (checking in from the main street to a dead end), and very close to the beach and any entertainment. On the way to the beach there is a mini-market 7eleven, several pharmacies, massage any, several exchangers (the most profitable turned out to be a purple exchanger, the exchange rate for the dollar changed daily, but on average 1 $=33.52 baht, and 1 euro=36.3 baht exchange rate for the euro was stable), but eating more liked on the beach - after crossing the road to the beach go not straight/left, where the sunbeds, but right towards the wild beach - there are many "makoshnitsa" (local tents on wheels), where you can very delicious and inexpensive eat seafood, any freshly squeezed juices and anything you want. To JungleCeylon Shopping Center walk from the hotel walk min 15-20 slow step, small but for souvenirs quite enough. If you go to the large shopping mall CEntral Phuket Fiesta, it is better to already book a taxi over the hotel's wi-fi via the Balt app - it will be applied 250baht one way, and for the first 3 bookings on this app - there is a 10% discount, usually all drivers are English-speaking, which is a big plus.

Andaman Sky Lounge is on the 19th floor of the Andaman Beach Suites Hotel Patong Beach and is the perfect place to watch a beautiful sunset. We booked an outside table for 6pm, to make sure we had a table close to the front for the views and there is also a nice inside airconditioned area.
Drinks are reasonably priced considering it is a hotel with Cocktails for 200baht and a can of Chang 90baht, there is also a small Tapas buffet from 6pm until 7.30pm which is free. At 8pm drinks are buy two get one free for one hour.
We ended up staying for dinner as well and the meals were delicious. It was lovely spending a few hours up here and we will definitely return.

What an AMAZING holiday resort. We stayed at the Andaman beach suites for 10 days and we loved it! The staff and service is wonderful; they all go above and beyond. The food and beverage directer, Bus, was very friendly, sociable and helpful, he made us feel very welcome. The pool bar tender, Allan, was fun and outgoing, he made us feel very welcomed from the beginning. The restaurant staff (all of them) were so lovely. The food and beverages were all at a reasonable price. The room service and upkeep was above and beyond expectations. The facilities were excellent; tennis court, massage parlour, swim up pool, gym, darts, games room, all made our stay more enjoyable. Furthermore the hotel is central to everything. The furthest you will walk is 800m. And finally, all the staff had great English which made our stay very comfortable and easy. Would 110% recommend this hotel to everyone; friends, families and couples.

The hotel is in a good location, in walking distance to all the attractions in Patong. It is very close to the beach and you have a great view of the sea from your room. The rooms are large and comfortable and the kitchenette is well equipped. The rooftop bar is a very nice place to have a drink at sunset. The breakfast is not over the top, but good enough. At the same time, the hotel could use some renovations. It is dated, the furniture is old and not very functional - e.g. no drawers, only hangers. The services can also be improved, especially the room cleaning.

The best stay possible in Phuket, Patong. I must first of all state that we did not stay in this complex and only visited the restaurant/bar on the 19th floor. We were however incredible impressed with the standard, location and service that we will consider staying here on a future visit. The restaurant is terrific and has a fabulous a la carte menu with no end of fantastic choices from speciality Thai dishes to European food all of which is top class, presented beautifully and is delicious. I must recommend the clear soup and grilled pork shop with vegetables. The bar has a happy hour for cocktails which are fabulous and has live music to entertain but in a chilled, relaxed setting not loud. The view from the terrace is amazing and is quite romantic too especially as there is quite a good sunset viewpoint. We visited over Christmas and while there was an offer of a buffet supper on Christmas Eve that appeared good value, we didn't go as the a la carte menu was unavailable that day and chose to eat elsewhere. Overall, our experience here was terrific, all staff were dedicated and really attentive. I would like to single out Rio for particular praise as she really went to great lengths to ensure we enjoyed our food, drinks and experience that made our visit even more enjoyable! Top class venue and service, look forward to returning on our next visit!

It was our 5th time going back to this wonderful hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. From the moment we walked into the reception, it felt like home , being greeted like old friends instead of customers is a great feeling . Our room is situated on the 15th floor , the views are spectacular and the room always cleaned to perfection, Lek was responsible for this and she did a wonderful job. Breakfast was great , staff always cheerful and polite , they couldn’t do enough for you , my wife only drinks skim milk and they had a glass there every morning waiting for her for her cereal. The 19th floor is a must see at night, the singers are amazing and the views are unmatched. The pools were always immaculate , the surround’s also perfect. The hotel is in a perfect location for us, we hire a scooter from the shop just outside the resort and they are always reasonably priced. The restaurant out the front of the hotel (Ta nop) is one of the best we have found , and we ate there 17 of our 21 days in patong . There is a great massage shop just out the front of the hotel and plenty of 711’s for you to stock up on drinks and snacks.
We love this resort , and the staff, Ka at reception is like one of our family and she always goes above and beyond to ensure we have a great holiday . We cannot wait for November 2024 to visit our old friends again for another 3 weeks in paradise.

Andaman Beach Suites is a family friendly hotel located a short walk away from Patong Beach. Whilst set in a somewhat quieter area of Patong there is still plenty to do. The hotel itself is showing signs of ageing in certain areas but it has been reasonably well maintained. There are two sections to the hotel, the high rise which is a prominent landmark in Patong, and a smaller 4 story section next door, where we stayed. The hotel has many amenities for an enjoyable stay, a swimming pool in both buildings, gym, kids room for little ones, restaurant, sky bar (fantastic views over Patong Beach) and games room (great if you have teens). Our room, superior, was very modern in design, roomy, light, airy and spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee making facilities were available, room safe, hair dryer, good sized TV, WIFI was good and the bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was pretty standard fare with both Thai and Western options. At the price point, we booked through Agoda in low season, it represented great value. Just across from the Andaman is a wonderful brasserie, a must visit. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we can highly recommend as a mid range hotel in Patong for coiuple and families alike.
