I found a paper in the room stated that i have to pay 500 BHT because one of my kids (3 years) PEE in the bed. i went to reception to understand what happened as he is a kid not an adult person and very rarely pee in the bed.
The supervisor said they have to change to new one while in the paper clearly mentioned WASHING (Paper attached)
Addition to that all the hotels i have been visited they never charged for such things as they are using waterproof topper
I recommend the hotel, maybe it’s not the season, there weren’t that many guests. Arriving at the hotel we were immediately checked in, every single employee was friendly, always smiling and ready to help you. 5000 rubles deposit. The room was given on the top floor with access to the pool , they asked to change it. They changed it to the same one on the 4th floor, only with access to the sea. We didn’t regret it at all, we listened to birds singing, frogs croaking, a rooster woke us up in the morning. Yes, there is a little error in the situation, but it doesn’t matter. Everything else is 100 %. Service, room cleaning, etc. Breakfast is good, 4 types of eggs, croissants, bread for toast, jam, butter, muesli, I won’t list everything. Of the hot dishes, there are spicy dishes, there are non-spicy ones. We go to the beach with our backs turned, from the porch to the right along the street, always straight, cross the road and straight again. 15 minutes. On the beach we always took sun loungers with an umbrella, 1 costs 100 baht. The sea was good, the waves were great to jump on them. There were a lot of vacationers,
different nationalities. The holiday was a success.
The only remark is that it is somehow necessary to prohibit passage through the pool. It is unpleasant when you are relaxing and people pass by in shoes for the street, and you are barefoot, and smoking in the pool is unacceptable. Well, here, probably, it all depends on the upbringing of people.
And we wish the hotel prosperity, with greetings from Russia, the Amur region.
I lot a people blame the pandemic for their staffing issues. Well if you are short staff, don't fill your hotel up to the max. It's not good business.
We had a great time in Phuket, no thanks to them.
Breakfast is decent. There is always something to eat. They even asked me to boil an egg for my child, and they did it right away. Delicious, there is fruit. Even the coconut soup. Decent hotel, polite staff, everything is accessible nearby, markets, cheap cafes, massage parlors. Close to the sea.
I recommend the hotel. Thank you for a comfortable stay.
The food also at the hotel restaurant was excellent and at a good price.
