To be frankly it was nice stay and I supposed to rate as 5 stars but a case happened before i checked out
I found a paper in the room stated that i have to pay 500 BHT because one of my kids (3 years) PEE in the bed. i went to reception to understand what happened as he is a kid not an adult person and very rarely pee in the bed.
The supervisor said they have to change to new one while in the paper clearly mentioned WASHING (Paper attached)
Addition to that all the hotels i have been visited they never charged for such things as they are using waterproof topper

Went for a nice xmas vacation with the family. 2 weeks to relax in Thailand. This place turned into a nightmare from the get go. Only 1 staff at check-in speaks English. No explanation how to get to our room. The Junior suite we got had nothing to do with what we saw online. Breakfast buffet is horrible. You have to remember that cheap hotels mean you are going to be surrounded by cheap people. I saw a staff bring a big fruit platter on the buffet, the thing got destroyed under a minute. Vultures. Cleaning crew getting to our room at 8 pm. If they came at all. Asked to get drinking water from the front desk, the only word they could speak was "tomorrow". Construction crew at 11 pm on a Sunday. Water pipe burst in the ceiling. No staff at the Pool bar. No beach towels available. Come back tomorrow after 1 pm. "WHAT???" I could go on for ever.
I lot a people blame the pandemic for their staffing issues. Well if you are short staff, don't fill your hotel up to the max. It's not good business.
We had a great time in Phuket, no thanks to them.

Very good hotel. Let's start in order. Check-in was quick, we took a 1000 baht deposit. The room is very nice, a large bed with its own kitchen, it was very comfortable. Everything worked great. There were mastitis on the window, they cleaned it up right away, cleaned everything up and resolved it quickly, even offering 2 other rooms. Care and attention. The balcony overlooked the pool. We're relaxing at the Bauman Hotel now. It's all good. Our number is 3215. Clean, cozy room. There's air conditioning. The staff do the cleaning every day if you leave a card on the door handle. Towels are changed, beds are made, coffee, tea, water and toiletries are updated free of charge for each guest. Thank you very much to pesronal and especially to our cleaning lady Zin! The hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool where you can always hide from the sun. Very happy with the hotel!

Hotel location is excellent, a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and main tourist area but far away enough to escape the noise of traffic and music. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned very well everyday. The food also at the hotel restaurant was excellent and at a good price.

We rested in this hotel in March-April 2023. This hotel is large and beautiful, unlike most hotels in Patong. My family and I lived in a large duplex suite with our own rooftop pool. The room was just amazing! The hotel also offers delicious and nutritious breakfasts. The hotel has a huge swimming pool on the ground floor. I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the staff and, in particular, the housekeeping staff Saow and Tuk and the head of housekeeping manager for their quality work and diligence.
