I was very surprised and disappointed with my stay. Three attempted break-ins before I was moved rooms. Gym poorly maintained. Lift maintenance out of date. Wifi almost non existent. Cleanliness poor. Furnishings cheap and nasty. TV signal almost unwatchable.

Ideally located service apartment near the beach and near to hard rock cafe and hooters. Cabs and taxi service are available just outside the apartment. Quite and affordable rooms. The only disadvantage is there is no breakfast plan in here, but rooms have microwave, fridge and watching machine which is does suffice the requirement

Stay here for 5 days. 2 bedrooms, 3 toilets, fully air conditioned with small kitchen where u can cook. There's swimming pool and small gym too. Walking distance around 5-10min to Jungceylon mall & Banzaan Fresh market, 15min walk to Bangla street & 15-20min walk to Patong Beach. There's food stall nearby too and family Mart (like 7-11) around the...

Originally, I planned to stay 6 months then extended 6 further. Total 1 year. Single bedroom. 20,000 baht/month. Water and electricity extra but not expensive. The inner alley where it is nested, makes this place quiet despite the nightlife of bars and discos just 10 minutes walk. All around is full of nice restaurants, convenience stores, massage, pharmacies and the...

Don't get fooled by the pictures they have advised on the website, rooms are small and horrible smell coming from somewhere. There is no service if you stay for 2 nights. There was a small kitchen inside the room but has got filthy looking cutlerys and pots. Plus no soap or water provided for drinking, only tap water available. Plus...

1. Horrible smell in rooms, that did not ease with time or ventilation. Believe it was coming from the drains. When advised staff they suggested to us to buy a spray. 2. Rooms are privately owned and look nothing like pictures provided. 3. Electricity and water is paid separate to room rate and upon check out and is non- negotiable....

I stayed with a colleague in a 2 bed (each en-suite) 75 m2 apartment for 10 days over the recent Christmas break. We booked through a Thai travel agent, who met us there at check-in to give us keys and explain how things in the apartment worked, so we had no reason to deal with the reception staff or security...

Great value for our money, easy access to the noisy Patong and shopping mall. The location is just a street behind Patong has privacy and quiet appeal. The evening security guard checked us in (6 pm arrival, reception closed, we did not know about it- would have been helpful!) but he was lovely and very friendly personal, an excellent asset...

“no maid to clean your apartment during your stay so keep it clean, this is not a complain just FYI there is a swimming pool, it looks great but we did not use so no comment... will try next time.”

“Best place to good food shopping is in the JUNGCEYLON market. However only way to get there is by foot which is quite a drag - no TukTuk will take you that short distance! Also when you go out late they are a lot of stray dogs in this area and when you walk up the hotel driveway you might be all over sudden sourounded by them - not a nice experience.”
