The hotel staff are super nice and helpful. My daughter's birthday is on the checkin day. Staff member Summer, Pai and Bell prepared a cute cake for her and presents. Even the mirror in our room is decorated with her name on it. She is absolutely surprised and delighted. Thank you so much for such a warm welcome! Our room is a gem as well. It's right by the pool with direct access. All in all a fantastic experience.

I had such a good experience at the Marriott, I was given great customer service by everyone, one in particular though was Pond. He introduced us to the top golf and made it so enjoyable for us. It wasn’t something we knew we was able to do and it turned out to be so fun and enjoyed every minute of it because of Pond. Thank you so much for the experience Pond! If you visit make sure you look for him he will look after you.

Had a wonderful stay at the Marriott, Merlin Beach. The staff were super friendly and hospitable, loved the whole ambience of the resort filled with activities. The in-resort dining is also great, though one scope of improvement is Thai Pantry - although good, the food wasn’t as flavourful as authentic Thai food and was more tailored to European palette. Overall, great experience.

Hotel is very nice, especially big thanks to the reception team, Cindy and Ana. Buffet was great Too and Oily, a lot of choice many dishes. Also they have an excellent pool with many palm trees nearby. Another plus is a local hotel cat which you can spot in the hotel.

5 out of 5 The service was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and thoughtful. The manager Nina was exceptionally hospitable and went out of her way to ensure our stay was smooth. Nina, the manager, was always checking if we need anything and ensuring my mother-in-law’s needs was met, she was on wheelchair. New, Warm, Annie who is the assistant executive was equally helpful in ensuring our needs are met. We will definitely be back again.

Fantastic 4 days! Best service from Nina Manager from day 1 of our stay. Staff Manager New @ Merchant Kitchen is also friendliest. Waitress Warm at the restaurant was attentive to the spot. Ms. Annie, Executive Assistant Manager, who is also very helpful in helping arrangement for my party of 10. Mr. Yuf, the all friendly coordinator for our daily 2pm FootGolf. Dinner with Muay Thai is also a unforgettable experience.
