Hotel is located across from the bustling part of Patong Beach, but set back from the main road. The building architecture and design are are charming throw-back to 70s - think breezy common corridors with views leading to your rooms, sprawling grounds and airy breakfast room with wooden windows. The Siam Pool tucked away next to the breakfast restaurant was serene and delightful, if the main pool is not your cup of tea.
We stayed in the Tower Wing Deluxe Seaview room; the sea views are awesome. Unfortunately though the nearby Bangla Road, which lies in a perpendicular direction to the Hotel, with its booming bass beats from the nightly loud party music could be heard in our room despite the closed sliding glass doors till 3am.
Free shuttles to Paradise Beach can be caught from nearby Bangla Road. Paradise Beach is crowded and there is 200 Baht entrance fee, but waters are clear. Walk the floating pier and bring bread for the fish. Food options are limited as there is only one restaurant. We caught the 15 min ride to Patadise Beach on a Tuk Tuk for 300 Baht, down from the 400 Baht thet asked for. Nearby the Hotel, the NAPA spa across the junction of Bangla Road/ Patong Beach Road ( turn right heading out of Hotel grounds, 3 min walk ) has good therapists ( Tuk and Kan ) and the spa is clean and bright. The basement of the Jungceylon Mall ( 10 min walk from Hotel down Bangla Road ) has a food court with good authentic Thai options and prices are decent.

We have been back home a week after a 10 night stay at this hotel. This was our honeymoon and it could have not been better. The staff where so welcoming, helpful and always had a smile for you. The room was amazing with a view over the pool, it had everything you needed in the room, it was extremely clean and the cleaner came every day so it always looked like we had just arrived, the communal areas where clean and tidy the pool was amazing we always got sun beds. It’s right on the beach with everything around you.
We had dinner in the hotel one night and would recommend you try it really good price with a great choice.

This was my 3rd visit and I wasn’t sure how it would be since the pandemic, particularly as some reviews were quite negative. I needn’t have worried at all. The hotel was clean, my room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were lovely. The breakfast buffet really caters to all tastes and I felt spoiled for choice.

Very good hotel! Deserves 4+! The location, as everyone writes, is ideal! Absolutely everything is nearby - the beach, the sea, shops, cafes! It’s very close to Bangla, the entrance is through a gate that is locked with a key, so there are no strangers! You come from a noisy street, and you are in an oasis of peace and quiet! Small, but very well-groomed, green area with interesting locations, large, clean pools, a good bar and cafe on the pool. The breakfast is wonderful, in a pleasant restaurant, there are even separate counters for vegans. The room is large, with a spacious terrace, I lived in 263, it is a two-story building. Silence at night, birds in the morning, beauty! Cleaning every day, 5+, they rarely clean so well in hotels, but I, of course, left a tip. I recommend it to those who want to be in the center of a seething stream, but want to relax in silence and comfort!

Not the newest hotel in Patong Beach. But I can write with confidence it boasts some of the most amazing beach views.
Approx 100 meters walk to the famous Bangla Night Walk Street, and an additional 50 meters will get you to Jungceylon Shopping Mall and the newly opened Central festival for High end shopping.
Whilst almost all Thai’s have great smiles and are quite polite. The staff at Patong Beach Hotel are second to none.
The beds are gracious in size, providing various options. I have the super king size bed. I’m 6ft 1inch and regardless of the position I sleep in, it accommodates well.
Buffet breakfast is similar wherever you stay, but once again the staff at PBH are only happy to accommodate special requests. They regularly hold lunch and dinner themed events.
Room service is 24 Hours.
A selection of two different pools with bar staff at call.
This hotel accommodates for all tourists, but particularly attracts couples, family & business visitors.
I use the board room for regular teleconferences and the wi-fi doesn’t skip a beat.
I sincerely recommend PBH, and a special thank you to Somlak the hotel manager and her team.

How colourful and romantic this was at sunset with the table settings for food and for guests beside the picturesque pool and heart shaped balloons floating around. Food was presented and served well and was delicious. Water melons were creatively carved into heart shapes. Local musicians entertained us with suitable songs and some guests danced for us. Wannee, a long time employee, hosted us well and made sure we had a good night.

This hotel was great. Catered for all our needs. We had joined rooms and there was so much space for all of us.
We were treated really well by the staff. They were very friendly and polite.
The food was amazing and priced very well.
Located in the heart of the Patong beach area, so getting around was really easy.
Will definitely go back there.

I was in the hotel for nearly a month as it was incredibly difficult to catch my flight back to the US. The staff were so amazing to me as a solo traveller. I had to pay for all my extra nights and not once did the hotel overcharge me or take advantage of me. They were all so concerned. This is what we lack in the US, genuine customer service. I had a nightmare trying to leave and thanks to Patong Beach Hotel and also I Asia Thailand who were all amazing, Reviews for both are 5 star

Our room was spacious and clean, bathroom large. Love it! Tea making facilities, TV and huge bed!! Decided to move from our previous hotel as wasn’t keen and chose the Patong Beach Hotel, fantastic place! Staff so attentive! Lovely and friendly. Had a meal in the restaurant at lunch time and the BBQ fish in the evening with soup and salad. Yummy!!

Yes, but I would highly recommend a different hotel.....I was there for 2 weeks and stayed at 4 different hotels and this was my least favorite one. try Beyond Patong just 2 blocks away but awesome rooftop pool and across the street from the beach for under $100/night
There are more places to choose from in the Patong area.
