For a budget hotel in Patong Acca offers pretty good value. You get what you need; good location although it might be too noisy for some, good bed with high quality linen and pillows, daily cleaning and a small bathroom. Free Internet is also included. It is possible to ask for rooms on the back side not fronting Soi Sansabai...

This place is walking distance from Patong beach and Bangla road. This criteria alone gives this hotel a distinct advantage. Had no issues here. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Its easy on pocket too. My friends room had a small balcony too.

Great location and a nice staff. If you're a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Bass notes from bars across the street can be heard, although not much, even in the back facing rooms. Had to chance to stay in the standard and superior rooms. Standard was a bit dirty and superior is worth the price.

Stayed here for 3 nights- comfortable room and facilities. Close walking distance to Bangla road which is a lively place, and also to patong beach. Aussie bar was a great place for food and beer- also the restaurant "the kitchen" is a must

The hotel is located in pretty busy area, so be prepared for noisy neighbors coming back or going out in the middle of the night. Perfect location if you seek the night life, which was definitely not our case. This was pretty bad experience in general, the room was a bit old, which is understandable, and smelled dump, but it...

Check in was smooth and had no problem at all. The place is quite well located as well. 5 mins walk to Bangla road and Jungceylon shopping area and 10mins to the beach. Room was above average, everything was clean, aircon was cold, hot shower was working. They do provide WIFI as well and there are minimarts located below. Would...

Again for the 4th time I stay in ACCA Patong and this time I would recommend their junior suite in the 6th floor, so big so calm with nice helpful staff, 5 - 10 minutes walk from the mall, banglaroad and the beach , you can find massage places restaurants and fresh fruits everywhere

Very cheap, outstanding location, helpful staff. It is no frills but the shower works, water is generally hot and WIFI is good. If you want a cheap place close to Patong action, this is ideal. Beds are confortable - only shower water could have been a bit hotter.
