This was a clean and functional room, with toilet. It was nice but not special. Quite a walk in my the Thai heat to get to the beach. At the end of the road was the rubbish collection not so sweet smelling.

The older receptionists are helpful and speak english quite well, even though one of them is a Chelsea supporter. We got dirty bed sheets when we got there but they changed it right away when we let them know. Close to the beach and close to the Jungceylon.

I was very disappointed with this hotel because I had originally booked a standard room for this hotel and when we got there the lady in the front lead us to a different hotel next to it. The building was smelly, no elevator, the AC was making loud noises, washroom was filthy, the staff does not seem trustworthy and not...

Owner was very nice, pleasant and welcoming. Everyday, the sheets were being changed. We had water , tissue, soap and toothbrush being replenished. Receptionist was wonderful and helpful. Such a nice place to stay at for vacation.

The staff here were lovely and helped when we wanted to arrange taxis. This place is 15 mins from the beach which is stated. the air-con leaked- obviously an on going problem. The hotel over booked and so 6 of our group of 6 ended up in unsatisfactory accomodation next door and so moved hotels meaning our large group was...

On the 2nd to last day my friend could not find her bank card, she had put it in her make up bag which was usually locked...

It's a quaint little hotel in Patong city.Rooms although not big are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and efficient . It's cheap and real value for money. The location is a bit away from the beach or Bang La Road which you probably expect going by the price tag.

“Don't select top floor rooms as the stairs are quite steep to climb since their is no lift service. Moreover, the A/C takes time to cool down so you always need to put down the curtain in the afternoon..”
