Located on the quiet end of Patong Beach. 2 breakfast outlets but prefer the main one which is brighter. Good spread and service staff are excellent both in the restaurant and check in. We had a pool access room and it can be noisy if there are lots of kids Grab services are fast but prices are colluded!! Some good restaurants within walking distance. Good seafood place is Meg Khram

Decent location, right across the beach. Decent breakfast, although not many options for Indians / vegetarians. But staff are very reluctant to help, which felt sad. Will probably not repeat as not up to standards and Patong has many options for great hotels. 2 stars just for location. One night, we went to have dinner. at Sears (hotel restaurant) and the staff kept trying to push us to order room service rather than sit and eat. We were definitely not shabbily dressed (trousers and shirt, salwar kameez), so it looked like they were perhaps racist and had 'Indians not allowed' attitude. The hotel is a maze, which sometimes confuses even the hotel employees. There are elevators that go only till 4th floor but your room is on 6th floor, so you have to hunt for another elevator and no hotel employee may be around to help. One day, the elevator was under maintenance and when we asked someone at reception to help us navigate to room, we saw great reluctance to help us, including senior citizens with knee problems who could not run around. Someone finally reluctantly agreed to come and guide us, but even she got confused and had to ask others to finally reach our room. This left a bad taste.…

Food is excellent. The hotel buffet offers a wide variety of cuisines that are well prepared. The salt and pepper squid was my personal favourite. Service is very good especially Fern who was very helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised with the property. Everything appeared to be in great condition. We did have a snafu with the lock on our room door not working at an inopportune time but the front desk manager Hannah was helpful in solving this ultimately to our satisfaction. The grounds of the hotel were immaculate, the location was perfect. We got up early and enjoyed watching the sunrise while swimming in the beach. We also enjoyed the beach club connected with the hotel... The sunsets in their infinity pool were just breathtaking. I just wish they had a live DJ there during our short stay. The concierge gave good recommendations for local spa and food... I would recommend and hope that they look for a solution on the door locks so guests don't have to deal with that during their stays...We look forward to returning in the future..…

We just got checked into room 3114. The room is hardly big enough for one forget two people with cases. One tiny wardrobe with no space for anything. We have 4 cases to fit into a Tiny wardrobe no space to put empty cases and no space in the room. We paid a premium and the check in girl knew we have 4 cases and still gave us a room with no storage. We disappointed. We stayed at the Novotel before and same room has more space. I wouldn’t recommend this rooms for 2 people. I have to leave most of the clothes in cases. Have to move the sofa to put empty bags there. That is the storage. Though we do not have bigger pool access rooms, I understand you already met with our Assistant Front Office Manager Khun Konnika and she has offered various solutions for you. Did not feel that the front desk was helpful and a bit of fake friendly. The check in experience was not so great as this is the first time as a gold member upgrading was not possible. The welcome gift was not so great either. Not a very good way to start a family vacation

During check in it was quite busy and had to wait quite a long time and had many other guests had to wait as well because it was Songkran festival. The breakfast was superb and the food had many options, delicious I like it but so many people and overcrowded that I didn’t like and had to check out early than I originally booked to stay here I couldn’t handle with so many people. The room quite comfortably and not have much specious as they say you get what you paid for. The swimming pool quite nice we sat and relaxed there for a while but many smokers and we had to leave. Overall, if you’re looking for something reasonable price here might answer to your question and good location.

Good location. Cost 200 baht to bangla road from the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Amazing pool but some areas are in the shade so choose your spot as you prefer. Lots of sunbeds so enough for everyone. Our room was cleaned daily by Aom who did a magnificent job . She also provided excellent customer service ! We had access to the Deck beach club which is across the road and has a nice infinity pool and beautiful sunset views . The beach is just across the road and again you can view beautiful sunsets from here. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I am actually surprised that it’s not a 5 star as it deserves it! We stayed over for 8 nights.
