We stayed in this hotel 2 weeks. Initially we wanted to stay only one week and change hotel but very soon we realized that four Points Sheration was the best value for the money we could get on this island.
The hotel is quite new. Almost one year old. It has been built with the state of the art technology: very efficient and silent air conditioning, very good mattras, very stable and omnipresent wifi (free), well organized parking for scooters and cars, very clean...
The breakfast itself is absolutely amazing. You have all kind of food which can please any guest from any origin. There is even Gluten free choice and soja milk.
I particularly enjoyed the fresh exotic fruits.
The location is awesome because you are 15 min walk from the busy center of Patong but yet in a calm location in front of the beach. The beach is located across the road just 20 meters away and the security guard of the hotel will help you to cross the road safely.
There are several swimming pool in this hotel and the one near the breakfast room has a pool bar. I enjoyed the Deck with its infinity pool and sea view. Evening you have a DJ with great music. Their cocktails and drinks are very affordable, specially during happy hour (buy one get one free).
I recommend also the restaurant of the hotel where you can have a delicious 'street food' for around 300 bats (almost 10$).
The hotel has different rooms, some with balconies and some with sea view.
If you want the sea view, most probably you should take into account that your balcony would also be facing the main road. However when the doors and windows are closed you won't hear anything because the rooms are very soundproof.
The staff is always nice and welcoming and they give you the feeling of being in a 5 star hotel. If you want to rent a scooter do not hesitate to ask Mango the concierge. He was very helpful and I could rent safely a scooter for 10 days through him.
In conclusion 4 points Sheraton Phuket remains in my memory as one of the best hotel experiences I ever had and would highly recommend.

One time a friend gave us the advice, “always choose the newest hotel to stay at when in Asia.” While this isn’t always possible or best, this time our friend’s advice led us to the brand new Four Points by Sheraton on Patong Beach,Phuket. I selected this hotel because it was new and modern looking, as well as having a great breakfast buffet and is located directly across the street from the beach. We enjoyed our sea view room with King size bed. The room was decently soundproof, with good blackout curtains, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and kind. The concierge (Fill) went above and beyond to help us book tours, arrange transportation, and help us speak with our airline in thai when we needed to arrange cargo. Everyone we encountered spoke great English. The pools have many sitting areas to choose from and all the restaurants at the resort have amazing food (the burger, mango sticky rice, tempura shrimp, and avocado bites from Sears Restaurant were our favorites). Each day our room was cleaned thoroughly and we even received cute towel animals some days.
This hotel was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Phuket Sandbox rules. They helped us arrange transportation, registered us in the SHA+ system, and arranged payment for our mandatory covid swabs prior to arriving. They even helped us when leaving the hotel by giving us a release form since we were traveling onward to another province in Thailand. We normally would not have been drawn to Patong due to its rowdy reputation, however during the Sandbox we wanted to make sure we stayed in a location with eating options during covid and figured Patong would still have options open. We found Patong to be very calm during this time with many food options open near by. Much is still closed on Bangla street due to covid, so it’s not as loud or crowded as normal. As for monsoon season, we stayed during the end of August and only had a few days of bad weather during our 14 days. Only 1-2 days we were in the room the whole day due to thunderstorms.

We booked a Superior Rooms (Twin Beds) for two months (Room 4212), and it was a decision that we certainly did not regret. The service in this hotel is impeccable, handled by associates who are very friendly, attentive and professional. As a person with dust allergy, I never encountered such problem in my room for the entirety of my stay which is largely credited to “Khun Aum” from Housekeeping. The room was always neatly cleaned, which helped in making our experience always relaxing.
With the attentiveness of the Housekeeping team to ensure that your room is thoroughly cleaned, you can be assured to have a great night’s sleep knowing that hygiene is not any of concern here for the duration of your stay.
Situated right on Patong Beach, the majority of restaurants, pubs and entertainment hubs are within walking distances which makes this hotel a perfect spot for you to settle in Phuket.
With the attentiveness of the Housekeeping team to ensure that your room is thoroughly cleaned, you can be assured to have a great night’s sleep knowing that hygiene is not any of concern here for the duration of your stay.

I had the pleasure to spend 2 weeks at the hotel in June 2021.
The newness and quality of the whole resort are great.
The beach front location is great (and that part of patong is beautiful and not too crowded with shops)
Used both pools, the fitness room and all the other public facilities. All are well kept.
The infintiy pool and pool deck were great. I can imagine when the hotel is full, it will be a very fun and energetic vibe
I spent a lot of time in my beach front room and the quality and condition were all very comfortable. Aircon was very good and wifi too :-)
Ate at Sears and Co each day. I had nearly all the menu. Everything was delicious and both the western and thai flavors were excellent. The front of house and cooking staff were all flexible to adjust taste as needed.
All that said, the best part of the stay was the staff. All professional, all friendly, all made me feel very speicial and welcome. In that way, I would welcome the chance to go back and already look forward to my next trip.

This hotel is located at the quiet end of Patong Beach which is just across the street from its entrance.
I was greeted by Koko upon my early arrival, and she was gracious enough to find me a room well before the check-in time which was very much appreciated after a long flight. She also gave me a hotel map and walked me through it, marking off each facility and restaurant. (She has mastered the art of writing upside down!)
My room is well appointed and well stocked with bathroom amenities. It also has lots of power outlets and a usb charger on both sides of the bed which is a god-send for a man who's whole life is run off an Apple suite of products.
In-room dining was excellent, with the menu offering a good amount of choices but not as many as to be overwhelming. I've had breakfast, lunch and dinner through this service and it was all very well presented and tasted great.
The cleaning staff appear to be assigned to the same floor each day which I find quite comforting as they become familiar faces and a great focal point for assistance if required. The team on the fifth floor are excellent.
I'm still staying here for another few days while on business.

We chose this hotel to stay during our 2 week stay in Phuket under the sandbox program. We could not have been happier with our choice. Normally I do not stay in four points hotels but I need to say that the service here was far better than most 5-star hotels that I have stayed. I am not sure where to start in this review:
1. I had a comment about something in the room which was not a big deal, but the GM (I forgot his name, an Australian man) contacted me right away and went far above what he needed to do to help me with the situation. It really impressed me and I appreciated it very much. He also made a point to see me at breakfast to check up on everything.
2. The kids club. My son spent a lot of time in the kids club which was great here. There were 2 ladies who worked there during our stay and I apologize that I have forgotten their names. They were fantastic!!. My son couldn't wait to go back there everyday and they played with him and made sure he had a great time while suggesting different activities for him to do. These two ladies deserve a raise for sure
3. The gym. New quality equipment. More than enough equipment and the gum attendant was constantly wiping down and sanitizing all the equipment
4. Breakfast. Again, awesome. Very big selection and high quality. eggs to order is always great and I do try to eat healthy which was good here as they had a lot of healthy choices (unhealthy choices too for those of you who like that) Also, that were very proficient in making sure everyone wore masks and plastic gloves while taking food from the buffet. I appreciated that
Overall we had a great experience and had so much fun that we extended our stay for an extra week to make it a 3 week stay.

We spent 17 days at Four points by Sheraton under the Phuket sandbox program in July. We have been very impressed by the quality of the service. Special thanks to Emily and Mook at the reception who have been so helpful and made sure that we would make the best of our stay. We chose to upgrade to a balcony suite and later on an ocean view suite which allowed us to enjoy great sunset views. The infinity pool is great to chill out while sipping a fresh coconut or cocktail. The breakfast buffet is remarkable : an amazing variety of high quality thai and western food every day. Service is impeccable and attentive, particularly Khun Pla and Bum. My son and I enjoyed the well equipped and modern fitness center and booked several classes with coach Know for Pilates and Thai boxing. We can only recommend warmly this resort to relax in a family and classy atmosphere. The Wifi was adequate for remote working as well if you must.

We stayed here one night right after the hotel opened. Not a large property but the design makes efficient use of the space available, from the lobby to the pool area to the restaurant, and of course, the guest rooms.
The hotel is located across the road from the Patong beach area, but the main part of the hotel is set far back from the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach so guests can enjoy privacy as well as peace and quiet. Adjacent to the beach and road is instead a separate pool and lounge area with a bar for guests who want to relax and enjoy the pool with views of the beach, ocean, and sunset.
The lobby of the hotel is designed as a large open area and includes a small bar so guests can meet and just hang out or have drinks with views of the lagoon style pool with pool access rooms on either side. Our room was on the 2nd floor so no pool access but nonetheless comfortable and well appointed. The rooms, like the property is not large but the smart design does not make it feel cramped, in the least. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room was quiet, even with the pool just outside. We slept like babies!
As for the restaurant, we enjoyed dinner there that evening and breakfast the next morning. The restaurant follows the same theme, not large but well designed. Both meals were buffet style and although not a massive amount of menu items, only high quality ingredients are used. Everything was delicious.
In conclusion, our 2 days and 1 night at this hotel was extremely comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable. After this experience can't imagine staying anywhere else in Patong.
The hotel is located across the road from the Patong beach area, but the main part of the hotel is set far back from the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach so guests can enjoy privacy as well as peace and quiet. Adjacent to the beach and road is instead a separate pool and lounge area with a bar for guests who want to relax and enjoy the pool with views of the beach, ocean, and sunset.
The lobby of the hotel is designed as a large open area and includes a small bar so guests can meet and just hang out or have drinks with views of the lagoon style pool with pool access rooms on either side. Our room was on the 2nd floor so no pool access but nonetheless comfortable and well appointed. The rooms, like the property is not large but the smart design does not make it feel cramped, in the least. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room was quiet, even with the pool just outside. We slept like babies!

The newest hotel in Patong area, and one of the most popular Marriott’ hotels in Phuket.
The location is remarkable, it’s just right next to Patong beach, where is relatively more peaceful than central Patong. Room isn’t very spacious but comfortable enough to stay, but water system isn’t stable as the water turns very hot suddenly; breakfast is quite good with lots of options; restaurants are ok but not many healthy options offered; the most memorable is the super large swimming pool, which is quite satisfy for swimmers.
Service is somehow fall behind other Marriott’s hotels due to lack of enough staffs to serve such large numbers of guests coming in a sudden, I understand that but hope the hotel can improve the service soon.
I would like to specially thank to K. Sam, K. Know and K. Ja, who are personal trainers at the hotel gym, the weight training session and Thai boxing course were professional with lots of fun which make my stay active and healthy, their hard work deserve encouraged and rewarded.
This is my second visit, I will come back for the third visit soon.

Rooms are spread out across a large area. There are three pools and the beach. There’s a golf buggy service to get around the resort The resort is remote and I didn’t see bus stops. However the hotel runs daily free shuttle to Phuket town and Patong.
My family with kids took 2 pool access rooms. The way the hotel is designed, there are limitations: It's in an inverted U with pool access rooms on the inside of the U and the restaurant at the bottom of the U. There is a walkway to the restaurant on one side a some cabanas on the other. Thus,I don't think the avoidance of noise and cherishing one's privacy are on the record. Thus, rooms on either side is a toss.
Rooms lining the outside of the U look into neighbouring properties and not to my liking.
On balance the location, breakfast, the front office staff makes up for it.
No beach mats but take two pool towels each person from pool kiosk
Most beach clubs do not charge an entrance fee but a minimum amount for ordering food or drinks and payment for beds/chairs by the pool/beach.
