The Oceanfront Beach Resort has captivated guests with its serene, picturesque setting and spacious, modern rooms that offer comfort and elegance. Service experiences vary, with accolades for the friendly staff contrasted by concerns over occasional slow check-ins. Value-wise, the resort is generally seen as reasonable, though some guests highlight extra costs.
While the amenities, including dining options and pools, are a hit, maintenance and cleanliness have been points of contention for a few. Overall, the resort's tranquil atmosphere and beachfront location make it a popular retreat.

Detailed Reviews
We booked to stay here as its far enough from the crazy part of Patong, but close enough that its 10 minutes away by taxi/tuk tuk. Firstly, the hotel is open but they have some areas still under works so they are still getting by but this did not disrupt our stay in any way. We were greeted at reception on check-in, this took around 15 minutes and as we got there rather early our room was not ready for a couple of hours, but we knew this would happen and went to the pool whilst waiting. The facilities on offer here are amazing; the pool is one of the best I have seen. It's designed well so that every sun lounger is situated next to it. The infinity pool is incredible and gets the most sun and has a swim up bar, it's great to sit here and take in the sea views.
One thing that I was surprised about was the gym, this is one of the best hotel gyms I have used. Its a large room situated downstairs from the pool area, aircon is great here although could have been turned up slightly and another great surprising aspect was the snooker/pool room opposite the gym. I did not know this was here when we booked it but its something I have never seen in other hotels, but a very nice touch.
Our room was situated one floor above reception, the room was incredible. The bed was extremely comfortable, my wife suffers from a long-term back injury and she loved it. The pillows were probably the best I have slept on, ever. The room itself was very spacious, with a large balcony. The TV is attached to a bracket that allows it to pull away from the wall and face the bed, a very nice addition. The bathroom, toilet and shower areas are very modern, very clean and and the fact you can get into your wardrobe from the bathroom is unexpected, but great. The aircon in the room is great, the digital screen is easy to use and temperature is accurate. The view was beautiful from our room as we had a sea facing room, albeit the dozens of electrical cables hanging along the road in front. The room had tea, coffee, a kettle, there is also a coffee making machine that holds capsules the hotel also provides. There is a very small fridge too containing drinks provided by the hotel, the prices are average so you are not being ripped off should you use them. There is space to put your own drinks in there should you wish.
FYI, a taxi or tuk tuk into Patong (Bangla Road) or back to the hotel should cost between 200-300 baht, any more and the driver is trying to rip you off. The drive is literally 10 minutes.
There is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the hotel if you need items such as water, food or shower accessories like shampoo etc. although the hotel provides small shower toiletries.
Above all this hotel is extremely good value for money, I would definitely recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Oceanfront Beach Resort and Spa in Patong.
It was located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Road. I recommend making use of the free hotel shuttle, which runs every half hour in both directions and is an easy (and cheap) way to get into town.
Our room was serviced daily and included supplies of fresh bottled water. Our room attendant was Pu. She was very efficient and discreet and even managed to service our room when we were at breakfast (which we didn’t expect). She did a wonderful job, ensuring we had everything we needed.
The buffet breakfast was lovely, with a great variety each day.
The infinity pool overlooking the bay is a nice way to wind down. You may even want to grab a drink at the swim-up bar.
The staff are all very helpful and a pleasure to interact with.
You can chose from an ocean view room (which we had) or even a suite with private pool access directly from your balcony!
You won’t be disappointed!

Normally I will wait till I get home to write my review but we have been here 10 days and I couldn’t be more pleased!
This resort is definitely 5*** and more. The restaurant specially Tramanto overs tasty dishes with staff that only enhance the experience! Wot offered service second to none! Another of our favorite hangouts is the beautiful infinity pool with a swim up bar with Aof and Plume who added to the fun experience.
Aof always has a smile and also brightens you morning at the tasty breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet offers many choices to make it impossible for even the fussy diner not to find something they enjoy.
The rooms are absolutely beautiful as well as comfortable. The bathroom are modern and have a big soaker tub as well as a large rain shower.
Would I come back? Most definitely!!

Oceanfront Beach Resort is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed and absolutely superb value for money. The pool area is large, very quiet and relaxing with great views of Patong beach and the ocean.
This hotel is very new and noticed that it didn't seem at full capacity yet. The staff are extremely friendly and even provided a welcome drink on arrival. The rooms are spacious and modern with a large bath, waterfall shower, and separate toilet. Each room has a balcony with a view over either the pool or ocean. We had a sea view and it was amazing (especially for the sunsets).
The hotel provides a free shuttle service into town every 30 minutes, the drive takes about 10 minutes to the main street. We often stayed in town past midnight and a taxi back to the hotel was 300 baht.
The breakfast on offer at the hotel is incredible, one of the best selections I have ever seen. From fried eggs and omelets, croissants, fresh fruit, and a great juice bar. There is a gym downstairs with a good selection of equipment and even a pool table and snooker table in the games room which we did not use.
This was our first hotel on our trip across Thailand and definitely the best, already planning our next trip back.

The past 8 days in Phuket have been wonderful! That is mostly thanks to this beautiful hidden gem. Here is the short version!
Location: When searching for a resort, I wanted to make sure it was close to Patong, but far enough from the hectic crowds. The hotel offers a shuttle to the Bangla walking street every 30 mins or so – or you can take a taxi or tuk for 200-300 Bhat. (Should NOT cost more) The resort is located in Kalim beach, which is not swimmable, but who needs that’s when there’s a magnificent infinity pool overlooking the bay! There are also great 5-star restaurants and street food vendors within 10-15 minutes walking.
Facilities: I especially enjoyed the pool area which offered two infinity pools, and a lovely swim up bar. Aof managed the pool during our stay and he is just wonderful! Always smiling and genuinely happy. Thank you! There is also an Italian restaurant which we unfortunately did not get to dine in. Breakfast each day was excellent! Such a huge variety of delicious Thai items and a fresh juice bar. A huge thank you to the breakfast team who also went above and beyond everyday :) This was one of our daily highlights.
Room: Our room (422) was the perfect location in my opinion. We got super lucky and were placed in a corner room right on the pool level. The room itself was so spacious and I cannot stop thinking about how comfortable the bed was! A warm thank you to our housekeeping team who also went above and beyond to make sure our room was spotless each day.
Our dream vacation was perfect from start to finish and that is all thanks to the professional team at Oceanfront. I wish you all continued success and many many more 5 star reviews! A special thanks to: Kathy, Prim, Aof, TJ, Arim, and the entire breakfast team. We cannot wait to return and also recommend to all of our friends 🤍

We were here for 6 Days and we loved every minute of it. On arrival we were greeted with a smile and on leaving we left missing the hotel and staff. The staff are really friendly and always catered for our needs. Our room was in the top floor as requested and we got a ocean and pool veiws which was all for a bargain price.
We enjoyed breakfast but I do get tried of the same stuff which seems to be quite common in the hotel industry. However their drinks counter at breakfast has been the best I've seen.
Quick shout out to Van who helped us book and reserve our activities. Slightly higher price than those on the street but I am wary of street vendors so I choice to go with the hotel so if something goes wrong I got someone to hold accountable. Another shout out to the pool bartender Aof and Plumin. Made us the most amazing shakes. Thanks to TJ, Prim and Too who took care of our needs on arrival at front desk.
Overall really loved it. One downfall Taxi are really expensive in Phucket and the hotel is quite far from the main strip of Patong Beach and other attractions. The stuttle takes about about 10 mins or so to get there but the uncertainty of when it returns is a headache as there's a lot of traffic at rush hour.
Hope this review helps them out as they deserve the recognition.

Stayed at the beautiful oceanfront resort for eleven nights. Rooms are modern, breakfast was amazing and the Italian restaurant was so delicious. It’s about a ten to fifteen minute tuk tuk ride don’t pay anymore then 200thb to get into town from the resort. The resort has a young vibe to it and we def spent the most time by the infinity pool with the bar. I would like to say a SPECIAL mention to “AUF” who works at the bar/breakfast he is honestly the best worker at the resort...he works sooo hard and still strives to walk around so happy with a smile on his face and made me laugh on a daily. So Thankyou “AUF” for making our stay so memorable :) management should definitely look after you...also a warm Thankyou to Pluem also! Kathy who works at reception was so giving and helpful whenever we needed something so Thankyou Kathy. All round this hotel gets a 5 star review. Def coming back next year!! Cannot wait to see how far this new hotel has come. Xx love olivia

We were staying in the oceanfront hotel and got our rooms made by these two beautiful women. They made an absolutely great job and we are happy to got the room serviced by these women. The room was everyday properly cleaned and they even had nothing against when we stayed in the room even when they were not finished. It was a great service and pleasure to meet them. Thank you :)

Staying here for 2weeks and it has by far exceeded our expectations. Rooms and clean and the view is excellent. The free brekkie is incredible and offers a wide range of foods from English to Thai! Location is just out of Patong beach soo it’s much quieter but close enough that you don’t feel limited. Infinity pool and bar are beautiful and staff are just the nicest and trying their best to accomodate you. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel has only be opened just over a month. The spa hasnt opened yet but that wasnt really a problem. The pool and bar area is superb, the rooms are really nice and the staff are truly wonderful, so helpful and friendly. They were all excellent but Vi, Hua, Ped and Narong were exceptional.
The location is about 3 miles from Patong beach, for us this was great as we didnt want it too noisy but it was close enough to get to. There are free hotel shuttles every half an hour to Patong. My daughter and I hadn’t realised the shuttle didnt operate at lunchtime so Hua went and got a vehicle and took us down to Patong, this is an example of how good the staff are.!
I would definitely stay here again.

Yes, I wide choice of vegetarian food.
We didn’t walk got a Taxi there and back short distance….and safe!
Hi,
We had to book our PCR tests separately ourselves. We had to do a test on day 5 at the Junglecylon hospital not too far from the hotel as part of the Sandbox programme and then for our return flight we went to the medical centre in Patong on the long stretch along the beach for a fit to fly pcr test which was easy and quick.
