My wife and I are just completing a wonderful week at Movenpick Myth in Patong through Luxury Escapes. Everything about the stay has been outstanding. It is rare that every single staff member in a hotel is so friendly and obliging and that sets the tone of the stay. We requested a room in a quiet location and were given a deluxe room in the sixth floor overlooking the pool. A large luxurious room with enormous King Bed, large spa bathroom and balcony which was everything we could wish for. There are swim up jacuzzi rooms for families but our room was so much better for our needs and extremely quiet too. The breakfast menu was very varied with fresh juices, crepes and eggs available each day and a wide array of global options. Our stay included cocktails each day, 2 dinners which were again outstanding and airport transfers and airport lounge. Movenpick Myth really is an oasis in the middle of bustling Patong with everything on your doorstep. Patong would not normally be our choice of location but I would not hesitate to return to such a wonderful hotel given the outstanding value offered through Luxury Escapes.

This is the best hotel I’ve been in the year. Everything was absolutely perfect, the room was clean very big for myself and with every facility you can think of. Restaurants service was amazing.I also recommend the breakfast which was amazing and with huge variety of fresh food and juice, or food that made in place. Also chocolate hour from 15:00-16:00 pm. *** only one recommendation for your Cosmopolitan it too sweet like syrup with ice. The hotel is located in an excellent location 10 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the bungalow and 5 minutes from the Chabad house. Excellent location and at the same time completely quiet. The hotel is amazing in its external and internal beauty. Many thanks to the cleaners who always made sure the room was clean and tidy. Make sure we always have fresh water. If there was a malfunction in the answering room, the response was exceptionally fast and efficient. The hotel has an amazing pool, an excellent gym. The breakfast at the hotel is outstanding both in quality and variety. There are options Many for vegans (I am one). I would like to focus on the exceptional level of service at this hotel: As soon as you enter the hotel, there are dedicated employees who direct the traffic so that you can enter the hotel area without any delay and park your car safely. At the reception you are always greeted with a smile and a willingness to help, for example I will mention you Bew who helped us get organized for the flight. As I said, the team of dedicated cleaners. In the kitchen there is a charming team of waiters who are always polite and smiling and help with anything needed. In the dining room we want to say a personal thank you to Chef Uttam, a special person who always came out to us especially to guide us on what is vegan and what is not. Always courteous, willing and careful to compliment his team of people, which indicates his modesty. In addition, he made eggs for us especially to answer the kosher issue. Truly a special person that you should mention in praise. On the entrance floor there is the bar at noon where there is free chocolate tasting which is really delicious and special and the bar from Back which gives personal attention and makes excellent cocktails. Finally, I would like to say a special thank you to the management team: Mr. Tikhon and Mr. Jermi. Exemplary managers who are in the right places at the right moments. Always available in the dining room and reception area always with a smile and willingness to help and assist. They are an address for every matter and every request and do everything to meet the guest's needs. This is not at all understandable in a hotel of this size, but it is definitely a correct management model to ensure guest satisfaction. We had great time at Mövenpick Pathong. The ViP hotel transfer service.prompt and friendly The hotel reception was quick, friendly, and helpful The hotel’s porter staff was friendly, greet the guests with great smiles. They helped us with our luggage, bags to the room Chocolate hours included with variety of treats such as chocolate fountain, creamy puffs We have beverages vouchers, however they are only limited to certain drinks The only things I was not fond of was the vouchers to use at The spa. The availability was limited from 10am to 1pm. You have to book few days ahead. It included 60 mins dry massage. I have to pay extra between 1000 bro 1400 bahts for body scrubs and facial. It too much The room was big and the bed was spacious. I love long pillows. The room attendant was friendly Supply us water everyday. The hotel was almost full, and it was still quiet and pleasant. The pool was very fun, the bar with the shakes and cocktails was excellent. The service is professional and courteous, the beds are huge and comfortable, the food in the dining room is at the level of a chef's restaurant. There is an Indian chef in charge, every bite feels like a trip to India. Sofia, the customer service manager, makes sure that the experience will excite you throughout your stay. From the reception, she was amazing. It is very difficult to say goodbye to the hotel, recommended in Ham. The hotel has a taxi service at fair prices. We checked twice with grab and the hotel's transportation service was cheaper and you leave the lobby in an air-conditioned van, compare prices, in both cases we stayed with them for a round trip service and the driver was waiting for us outside when we finished the attraction, a fun and cheap rest compared to the price they will ask you when you try to return to the hotel.

A most impressive hotel, excellent location well situated and only a few minutes walk to Patong beach – a truly hidden gem, great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. Grand property with colonial style Sino Portuguese architecture, well maintained with high ceilings, just absolutely beautiful and magnificent.
We had a direct pool access room on the ground floor with attached spa, such an amazing experience of having a drink in our own spa and then a swim to stop by the pool bar all from the comfort of our room. It is an extraordinary experience so I would urge anyone booking the hotel to go for the direct pool access room for that special experience.
Team Myth Movenpick was welcoming, attentive and provided great service to please all guests. Although we did have a slight service hiccup at the start but once management heard about it, they up their game and made sure from that point onwards everything was smooth and top class service.
Talking about service, if you have the F&B director Jeremy – see photo taking over the egg cooking station to cook up a breakfast special truffle sauce egg specially for you, then you know this place is special! That was the best truffle egg that we ever had – thank you Jeremy for taking time for that extra special service and sauce! The restaurant in the hotel is very nice too and reasonably price, menu is excellent providing great choices – their signature Andaman seafood salad is to die for – so if you stay at the hotel I suggest one night in for romantic dinner with great food and wine, it wont disappoint.
The management, including Jeremy at F&B is very approachable. They are very visible in the resort and accessible, a sign that they are very much guests oriented and wanting to improve and maintain their 5 star rating – they are doing an excellent job, well done! On our departure, the management was there to bid us goodbye, and the top guy, Christophe almost missed us and had to stop our uber driving off to shake our hands and send us off. Thank you all at Myth Movenpick Patong for the excellent service and making our time there so enjoyable and so worth the money that we spent.

2nd time here, geez still such a lovely stay! As usual, we stayed on the room with pool access, and it's just super easy for us to just go into the pool whenever we want. Plus, we have a private jacuzzi as well! Our bed in my opinion is still the best bed I've slept in, from the different hotels we've tried. It just feels great on our skin, and what lovely sleep we normally have there.
Our stay comes with daily breakfast, 2 dinners, some massages, plus cocktails (got it on a deal). Breakfast is lovely, great selections and mostly tastes great too!
What is great with this hotel that always makes us want to come back is the services! The staff are just lovely, they go out of their way to tend to us. They are very hospitable, and we really feel cared for. I don't know all their names, but those I know, I'd like to specially mention them - Am from Barocco who makes our drinks and who gives us water even if we don't ask for it during chocolate hours; Pow who does the cleaning of our room; Tap and Wut and Coco who always say hi and drives us to the beach and to the mall; and to all who I don't know the names - you guys are all so wonderful!!! Can't stress enough how great you are and how you make us feel comfortable and welcome all the time.

From the greeting we received from Tap as we arrived at the Hotel to the friendly Reception Staff. Everyone that worked at this Hotel could not be more helpful. The staff and Chefs at the restaurant could not do enough for us, in particular Boo Boo who paid special attention to our two young granddaughters. The two rooms that we had which were adjoining were perfectly cleaned and probably had the biggest and most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. All rooms overlook the huge pool but are well insulated from any noise from the pool. The staff at the pool bar headed up by Gam Noi and Ton made our relaxing time at the pool very memorable. My daughter said that the staff in the Hotel made her and her children feel very special and she insisted that we do the rounds to say goodbye.
Would not hesitate to return to this hotel as i could not find a fault from start to finish

Start with check-in: the experience was bad, I booked the room directly from the hotel site, and as part of the policy, in check in time they are asking the credit card was used for booking to charge 1 Thai bath as proof of payment, they wasn't able to charge my card (I don't know why?!) at all other hotels I stay in Thailand it worked perfectly, and then they told me that they going to cancel my booking and I need to pay again by credit card or cash!, to the cancellation money I'm waiting until now, the refund not reflected yet! More then that, I needed to say bye bye to more the 1000$ from my cash money to pay the room again.
I stay in room with direct pool access, the room is nice, well clean, offer coffee and espresso machine. The bed is huge, and overall it's giving you all what needs for a good stay. However, when I get to the jacuzzi connected to the pool, (room pool access) I start to feel uncomfortable on my skin, then suddenly big amount of rust, start to come out of the jacuzzi and from there to the pool. I went out the pool and informed the staff. They send someone right away, and she take some photos, I never heard from them since then! Nothing done, no action, no apologize, nothing! 100% ignoring. Even things as that might happen (even it's shouldn't) the hotel need to make some actions about the incident and take responsibility. - Needless to say, I did not swim in the pool during my entire stay
Overall, the hotel is nice, excellent location, good for families with kids. The shower big and comfortable. But my experience was disappointing! Sorry Mövenpick , not good experience for me this time!

Prior to Covid, my wife and I had stayed here for 10 nights. This time the whole family from Thailand stayed here in 4 rooms. This was for 19 nights. The hotel was still as amazing as 3 years prior. The buffet breakfast each morning had a fantastic variety which was always fresh and never boring. The rooms had the softest pillows and bedding. There was also a selection of toiletries incase you forget things. Just at the bottom of the drive there is a 7/11 anyway. Bit sad that they changed to fixed large bottles rather than the small bottles of soaps (always like to collect a few for memories at home). Must save money. My wife said the body soap smell was not as nice as before, so housekeeping left a few smaller different soap bottles...what service!! The pool is the best. We had a cocktail at the bar which was great. Reception, room service, waiters/waitresses were all professional and recognised us due to the long stay. At breakfast we would play the game of - guess the room number with them. During the stay, it was my birthday. room service made up a card and elephant towels on the bed, late afternoon, a small cake was in the room with another card from the team. This was not expected. I have to say, we have stayed at many resorts in Patong. For a couple, we consider this hotel the best for us. It provides a relaxing space of the highest quality. Even if you stay here for a couple of nights before moving on, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Half board includes breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner, but not both. The food is really good and a lot of it. Can’t complain about any of the food there. The chocolate’s were great as well. The whole place is very clean.
There are more places to choose from in the Patong area.
