Stayed for 2 nights as a couple. Very new hotel with brand new facilities. Check in and check out did take an unnecessarily long time and felt breakfast was a bit limited. Other than that location handy for the beach and hotel ran shuttle bus to beachfront a few times per day.
Did have a good few mosquitoes in the room which was no fault of the hotel would just encourage future visitors to take precautions while in Phuket!

Stayed for a week with family. And booked a family unit that was a room split into two rooms, one with a large queen bed and the other with two singles.
Service was excellent, staff were really friendly and were extremely helpful during the Phuket sandbox scheme with regards to giving us information on taking us to get pcr tests. Airport transfer was smooth as they waited directly outside the airport pcr test location.
Rooms are clean and very accommodating with all the essentials and more you would need. Maybe perhaps the tv selection could be better but not really a necessity. Balcony on room was lovely. Staff really do go the extra mile here to ensure you enjoy ur stay.
Location is a bit outside the main strip of Bangla road but is an easy 15/20 min walk to there or a 2 minute songtaew (tuk tuk service) ride. Great location for people with kids and for families as it quiet and relaxed. There’s also a 7/11 just a 2 minute walk down the street, which is a corner shop if people do not know.
If your are doing the Phuket sandbox scheme to get into the country, I can recommend this hotel enough, staff were amazing throughout the whole process.
Pool is on the rooftop not a deep pool but sizeable and very clean and well looked after. It’s obvious that cleanliness is a massive priority in the hotel as it should be given the current pandemic conditions.
Would definitely come back again and hopefully the rest of my stay in Thailand will be like this.

Fast check-in, efficient and very polite staff. Deluxe room 4026, touch switches that control most things in the room. Extra sockets with USB charging facilities ( more hotels should do this). The bathroom has a large power shower and the bed is huge and also comfortable. Aircon is extremely efficient and in the intense heat much appreciated! Unfortunately, there are no plugs next to the dressing table, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom but if someone is in the shower or using the bathroom, this is not ideal, however, I had an extension lead to overcome this problem. There is a lack of storage, a double wardrobe, and one drawer. There are also other storage compartments but these all have lifted up lids, and not really practical.
The pool area is not huge due to being a rooftop pool, the pool itself is adequate and clean and it does have a bar with happy hour 3-7 pm. OH says the gym is quite good for a hotel (and he is very particular about equipment🥴)
Breakfast has all the usual things and some unusual (for us British). There is the normal egg station doing omelets or fried eggs. They will also do bacon but you have to request it at the pancake/noodle counter. We were greeted by name each morning going into the dining room, how do they remember names? I often forget which child I'm talking to! 😂
The hotel itself is in a good position and has free wifi with a good signal.
My overall impression of this hotel is excellent and would definitely recommend it.😃

We were very disappointed by our stay. It’s a nice facility and in a decent location but they have some major operational issues. Here are some examples:
1. We were woken up by someone opening our hotel room door at 6am in New Year’s Day. It was very scary to wake up to someone opening our door! Luckily the chain was on the door. The next day we asked them to look at security cameras and were told it was allegedly a staff person who had the wrong room. 2. Staff is not well trained and they do not speak English well. 3. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30am but they were not set up at all! We had a time constraint and didn’t get any food for 20 minutes. Breakfast variety and quality is not good. 4. The air conditioning didn’t work well. Our room never got very cool. Hallways are not air conditioned. The gym was extremely hot too. 5. Bar took forever to make us drinks. Servers are not well trained. 6. They take a 3,000 bhat deposit hold on your credit card which they say will take up to a month to return. When you check out and they ok the room, they won’t give you any paperwork showing that you’re going to get your deposit back.
Overall, we feel that the value did not met the price paid and that the staff needs a lot more training. The service provided was the equivalent of a 2 star hotel.

Great hotel, very new. Good rooftop swimming pool, although its very small. Lots of restaurants around and they have a shuttle to the main Patong beach which makes life easier, otherwise the beach is a 4 min walk away along a very very busy and roughly driven road. Mr. A (concierge) was very very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with excellent food and service. Rooms are small and not very well cleaned (we always had beach sand in the room). Bathroom drainage was not good and water would pool in the shower area. They 2 lifts but located in the front facing are of the building and far from some rooms-meaning you have to walk alot if your room is at the far back of the hotel. Otherwise its a good cheap hotel

We have stayed in 15 hotels in Phuket over the last 2 months this was definitely on the lowest end of our stays!
Meet and greet the face of the hotel was the receptionists who don’t smile don’t greet and just look sad as they hate their jobs! Unlike the luggage lads who were happy and smiled and created customers. I think they need more staff especially for check in and out as this is very slow.
Rooms are very small with a balcony that may hold one person standing up! The aircon worked well and the shower was a great touch with loads of soaps for cleaning a decent sized bed with sockets on one side. Our tv didn’t work shocker, decent sized fridge and free water.
Breakfast unfortunately we paid but never made breakfast but heard guests saying it was ok. We didn’t use the cafe or bar spaces
Pool on the rooftop look like a good touch until you arrive! It’s very shallow and very small 1.2m depth I believe with a pool bar and music that gets played like a disco way to loud to relax.
Gym is amazing for the size of the hotel no complaints
Location is very close to the beach everything is about a 15min walk or a 200bt taxi ride the location does have a seriously busy road in rush hour
I would not recommend this location for families and would not stay again due to the reception staff

Overall, I thought this was a nice hotel. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. We were accommodated with early checkin and were also able to arrange late checkout. I didn’t have time to workout but I did see the gym and it wasn’t large but seemed to be clean and have the main equipment. The room was clean but the shower didn’t drain properly. So the water would fill up and threaten to go onto the bathroom floor. We never told the hotel staff about this. We just dealt with it. I think the staff probably would’ve tried to fix the issue if we had told them. The dining area looked clean and seemed to have several options although I never ate there. I did grab a delicious passion fruit smoothie from the bar and one night I even ordered room service which worked out well. While in Thailand I learned that wash cloths aren’t used for bathing the way they may be in other countries. So we did have to request them and it was difficult to describe the cloth we wanted due to the language barrier. So it might not be a bad idea to bring along at least one of your own if you use wash cloths so that you can show the hotel staff an example of what you want. The hotels do have them available. They are just not always in the rooms. The location was a short walk to the beach and a short drive away from a large night market and mall. There are also several shops and money exchange places within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel lobby was quite hot because the front door is left open. Fortunately, we didn’t have to spend too much time waiting there. Check out time was quick and easy.

This was our first family trip to Phuket and couldn't have been better without Zenseana. The hotel is located at approx 2 minutes walk from Patong beach and provides excellent view of the sea from the roof top poolside. The room is well maintained with all modern amenities. The staff is courteous like most of the Thai people that we encountered and special mention should be made of Ms Rus, the lady at the 24 hr cafe at the hotel. She ensured we were updated about the sight seeing locales as well as served excellent pizzas as well. She definitely is our life long memory of the Thai people. Zenseana is recommended for family trips or even business or solo ones for the excellent location, a short walk away from the famous Bangla walking street and almost all the good eateries that Phuket Town offers. The day trips organised by the lady at the reception are an add on for a convinient fulfilling stay at Phuket. 100% will come again to Zenseana if we ever visit Phuket.

We spent two weeks at Zenseana. The location is good - near to the beach and not next to Bangla Road. Tip! Near the hotel is a good restaurant: Number 9.
Hotel has also a restaurant but unfortunately we can't recommend this. We orderd food from the hotels restaurant three times. First time pizza and burgers, pizza was not worth of the price. Next time we ordered everything seemed to be out and this was understandable as it was 1st of January. But what was not understandable was that i ordered lasagna and was given some vegetable soup and the waitres did not seem to understand what the problem was. Well they took the soup away and told us that they will bring me my lasagna. I waited for the lasagna (after the soup) for over 30 minutes and asked where my food was and got the information that my food is not coming at all. So if you order be prepared to wait for quite some time.
Hotel rooms are clean and nice. Bed is big and comfy. If travelling with a friend etc. the toilets may be a bit uncomfortable because of the glass wall. You can cover it but not entirely. One super annoying thing was the doorbell. Our doorbell started to ring by itself without anyone touching it. This happened in the morning, daytime and also middle of the night, so goodbye to a restful sleep. We told about this in the reception but nothing happened. Also our friends room had a broken toilet that was fixed after they had told about this for several times.
Pool is nice and has nice views. Water is super cold in the pool.
Breakfast has a good selection to pick out from. It is changing daily a bit. But quite basic Thai breakfast.
It is a new hotel so it is fresh and clean. Though we noticed outside of our room in the corridor that the roof is leaking.

Good location with Patong Beach being about a 10 minute walk away (the beach not the strip, that's an extra 25 min walk)
Stayed in a family room, we choose one double, one twin. We had a few electronic issues with the LED face that controlled the lighting and as I was there at the time HM Queen Elizabeth IIs funeral, I wanted to watch it live but our TV weren't working. The TV wasn't resolved, but the staff were very helpful and attentive. Wasn't thrilled about the deposit you have to put down at check in, which had to be cash, you do get it back.
Breakfast is decent, more selection of the hot food would have been nice, but given I went post covid, it may have reduced since, but I didn't mind as pancakes were made fresh from the kitchen and you had a choice if how you wanted your eggs. Has a pool on 6th floor with a nice view of the green hills.
There's a great restaurant about 100 yards away that does great sushi, No. 9 2nd Restaurant, and lots of other amenities such as massage parlours, fruit stores and other restaurants. Staff were lovely, needs were seen to, I enjoyed my stay.
