I stayed here on two separate occasions during my 2 1/2 week trip to Thailand, was very happy with my visits here. I stayed in a couple of different Seaview Deluxe Suites on the 4th floor. The location is great, as it has a beautiful view of the beach and water from the large private balcony (and even from the shower and MASSIVE jacuzzi tub), but is just outside of the extremely busy part of the beach. And, if you want to head into town to check out the action, you're only a short 1 mile walk (or 200 Baht ride) to Bangla. Also, there are plenty of restaurants, a 7-11, money exchange, and ATM very nearby.
The staff was all extremely friendly, and more than willing to help out with anything you need. They even stored my luggage for me for six days while I was out on a liveaboard dive boat until I returned for a couple more nights. The wifi was good speed for the area, and it seems that every room even has it's own router/hotspot to connect to. There are SO many light switches! I stayed there for I think 9 nights and still never got used to what they all do...lol. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with plenty of spare electrical outlets for charging devices and batteries. My one gripe is that when you remove your key card from the door (which turns off the electricity), not only does it turn off the air con and lights (understandable), it also turns off all of the electrical outlets. So, on many occasions, I would leave for the day with many things plugged in to recharge (laptop, underwater camera and strobe batteries, etc) and return to my room hours later to find that nothing had charged at all because of this. I never mentioned it to the staff and just made sure to always be charging things while I was in the room, but the maids apparently noticed that I had things plugged in and actually began inserting my spare key into the slot for me while I was gone. How's THAT for service!?!
I mentioned the view from the shower and huge tub, but the bathroom is top notch. Always plenty of hot water and decent water pressure as well. One warning about the shower, though. When you feel a brief spray of cold water (I'm guessing when someone flushes their toilet), count to 10 and get the hell out of the way, because hot steaming lava is about to come out of that thing...lol. In one room, it was exactly 13 seconds after the cold burst until it came, while in the other, it was closer to 20, so it probably depends on where you are on the water line. So, always keep at least a leg in the water so you'll notice the cold water warning.
If I were ever back in the area, I would stay here again without hesitation, and suggest for you to do the same.

This place might remind you of the older style hotels in South Beach FL. Most rooms are cleverly arranged with both ocean and pool frontage. That pool, BTW, is lovely and underutilized. Our suite was huge with a LR, kitchenette (no cooking), BR w balcony, enormous bathroom with walk-in shower and jacuzzi.
Breakfast is excellent with varied choices including today's 'soup with lobster bits' :-)
The location at the South end of Patong beach is close enough to the action without being annoying.
Special thanks to Mr Daniel at the front desk for arranging tours and being a great guy.

Homm Bliss is quite literally a Home away from Home! The staff are so lovely and are always willing for a chat at any time of the day from the traditional breakfast to evening mango mojitos watching the waves. Having a nut allergy in Thailand can leave some people wary but the staff were so accommodating and go above and beyond, always with a smile. With a lovely view of the pool and beach we counted ourselves lucky to be down the quieter end of Patong beach with the local food and shops less than 5 minutes down the road. The rooms are spotlessly clean and airconditioned leading to some amazing evenings watching the storms in complete comfort. Thank you everyone at Homm Bliss!

Recently stayed with a group of 15 persons and every one was very satisfied with this resort. Our stay was fall on NYE time and it was very hard to find a beach resort with reasonable prices and my choice was correct. Located almost at the end of South Patong Beach which was more quiet and was walking distance (15 mins) to Juncelon Mall and Bangla Street. Room with free wifi, safe, coffee and tea, complimentary water. Breakfast with various kind of food. Resort has two pools and I really like the one at the back of the resort, very quiet. Lots of eateries around.

Our second time staying here, we have not been for three years but the staff still remembered us and greeted us like long lost friends. We got a spa suite as love the large size (80sqm) of the room, it's more like an apartment with a separate bedroom. It is a little dark in the lounge area but Daniel from reception advised that the rooms will undergo a makeover in October to lighten and brighten them up. It has a large spa bath, walk in shower, kitchenette with large fridge/freezer. Excellent value for money considering it is right across the road from Patong Beach. There are two common pools and five guest suites with private pools (they don't have a bath). I am a large woman with mobility issues so need steps rather than a ladder for the pool. There are steps in to all pools but only a hand rail in the front one. The pool on the 2nd floor has 2 steps, then plunge but perfect to do laps and very quiet. I have suggested they put in a handrail when they do the renovations. Breakfast has small but adequate variety compared to our first visit but not at full capacity still just yet. There is a 7/11 out the front and it is a short (10-15 mins) walk to other restaurants or bars. Reception staff - Daniel, James, Ashik and Pae Pae have all been very friendly, speak great English and happy to accommodate any requests we have. Benz at breaky is always smiling and remembers our coffee preference. The others are all great too but I can't remember their names. Even the security man is helpful and kind. They have smaller rooms on the other side of reception but "all" rooms directly face the beach. It is a little noisy from passing traffic!

This is my second time staying at their property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I even roped in some friends and they booked themselves at the same hotel. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The location of the hotel is at the quieter end of Patong and there is a 7-11 selling all your necessities right below the hotel.
I highly recommend that you book the Deluxe Sea View rooms or the rooms with jacuzzi in the balcony. You will not regret it as you can see the picture I've attached. You will wake up to the sound of waves and good sea breeze throughout. Bed was also very comfortable and clean. For drinks in the hotel, you should try their bar on the first level. They serve long island tea for 110 Thai baht!
From the hotel, its a mere 15 mins walk to Bangla Street where most of the party scene is concentrated. Even for a seasoned traveler, Patong will surprise you every time you head there. This trip was my second in 2 months.
Before I speak about the staff of Homm Bliss SouthBeach Hotel, do note that they are part of Banyan Tree Group which holds properties all over the world. Special highlight goes to Daniel, Pae, Ashik and Anna for excellent customer service. Sorry I forgot the name of the one who checked us in but he too had a very good command of English. The housekeeping staff were tirelessly keeping the rooms clean all the time and the restaurant staff kept making consistent long island tea for us. Security is also provided 24/7.
Rates of the rooms are affordable and won't cost an arm or a leg for such a view. So please consider this property the next time you head to Patong.

Looking for a beautiful, luxurious place to stay in Patong? Look no further than Homm Bliss, you will not be disappointed. My partner and I come to Phuket very often and this is the first time we stayed here - we have definitely found our home away from home now. This place offers everything your heart desires! Right from the booking process everything was perfect! The happy and friendly staff cannot do enough to make your stay more comfortable, the views are simply breathtaking, large and spacious suites which include a decent sized refrigerator, the bathrooms are huge and include a massive 2 person spa. There are 2 pools and the beach is right across the road. Housekeeping staff were so accomodating to our sleep ins after late nights out and we’d come home to the beautiful scents of oil burners. Second time at Homm Bliss and stayed for 10 nights in room 481 In Jan 2023 1BR Deluxe Suite Seaview.Previously stayed in July 2022 1BR Deluxe Suite Seaview. They were kind enough to put me on the 4th floor. The room has undergone renovations and a real pleasure to stay in. Great arangement inside with two 4k 55" LCD tvs so bring your laptop, HDMI cable and netflix ! Really comfortable lounge with breakfast bar and aircon works perfectly. Bedroom has a great desk which as i was working remotely for the 9 days was perfect. Wifi was decent and the huge bath is great to relax in. Bed mattress is firm which may not be for everyones taste but I slept fine and they are new. Be aware the road outside is noisy and the balcony windows are not great sound insulation. I had to wear ear plugs and then slept fine. The issue is the Tuk Tuk drivers who play super load music all night. Not a fault of the hotel. Breakfast has improved and there was more choices and an excellent spread. Coffee is made freshly and they served a great Americano. I ate in the cafe/ resturant quite a few times early evening and the food was great. The outside pool at the back has the sun all day and not to busy. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. So friendly helpful and make you feel really welcome. There is loads of parking if you hire a motorbike out the front and back. Really a great hotel and has my top recomendations. So much so i will be back in May.

Located at the south end of Patong on the beach this hotel is great value for money. We stayed in a suite room which is very large with kitchenette, lounge room, bedroom and large bathroom. The ground floor suites have a private pool (we stayed in one of these 3 years ago), while the others have a large double spa bath. It is a bit further away from the action (1 km to Bangla Rd) but there are bars and restaurants about 100m away. Staff are great and very attentive to any requirements.

The location of Homm Bliss is awesome, Patong beach is right across the road! There is also a decent sized 7-11 right at the hotel’s doorstep. Walking distance to many food establishments and entertainment too. About 15 min walk to the happening Bangla Road. We really liked the more quiet side of Patong Beach, while we are still close to all the action.
The hospitality of the hotel staff is commendable too! They always greeted us with enthusiasm and gave off a welcoming vibe. They immediately came out to help with our luggage once our taxi arrived.
The sea view from our room was enjoyable too. The facilities in the room was relatively well maintained, there was a small leak in the shower area but nothing too serious. Overall, great place to stay at!

Deluxe Room: 2nd floor and 3rd floor, trees and electric wire may block seaview partially.
Deluxe Room with Sea View: all located on the top floor (4th floor).
However, both room type located on the Bliss Rooms Wing, which means its not exactly 180 degrees facing the beach.
Personally I will recommend you to book Deluxe Jacuzzi Suite, its 180 degrees unblocked seaview and the closest room type to the beach, you won't regret it.
