After a long search looking for a hotel reasonably priced over the New Year festive period in busy Patong Beach I finally settled on Liv Hotel. What an excellent find! This is a very modern and super clean hotel with great sea views. Beach is just across the road and the location is far enough away from the maddening crowd to escape the neon lights but close enough to be in the centre of the action if you wish. Great for families and couples. Nice pool with plenty of space to relax in. Considering this is a boutique hotel the facilities were first class. A special mention to all the staff as they were excellent especially Mart the barman who looked after us so well. Highly recommended to stay and if I am back here I would stay again.

I very much prefer a boutique experience over the bigger brands and LIV Hotel delivers on all fronts. Room is spacious, modern, clean and new. And the view of the ocean is priceless!
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They answer emails in a timely manner and set us up with airport transfers, restaurant reservations, car services, and a few other special requests. They are very attentive and it is much appreciated.
The hotel is in a convenient location near everything, but just far enough on the end of the beach to have a peaceful nights sleep and escape the craziness of downtown Patong. The pool is wonderful and perfect for cooling off during the hot days.
I love this place and would definitely return. I strongly recommend LIV Patong Hotel. Our stay was excellent!

The best hotel in Patong, Phuket!! Liv Hotel is situated in the more quiet area, right on the beach front. The hotel rooms are modern, very spasious and very clean with extra beach towels in a beach bag, flash light, refrehments and daily fresh towels!! The staff are super friendly and helpfull. Nick, the hotel manager, is the best and went out of his way to make us feel at home. The food was excellent, especially the fresh fruits and salads on a daily basis. I booked 2 seaview rooms for totally 7 nights but they settled me 2 ROOFVIEW rooms on 2nd floor, viewing the roof of the reception office! As a result, the 2 rooms were both dark! I disliked it when they said there were no room to change. The hotel was like a renovated long-lasting dom and therefore it gave the feeling of a govement's estate. Rooms were neat and nice. Breakfast was not at abundent choice. BBQ was so nice. Restaurant staff were not hospitable enough to smile at guests anytime they saw. Hotel location was great 'cause the beach was just a few steps away. We loved its location but we believed next time we should find another beachfront accommodation.

First impressions on arriving was a huge relief after not opting for a resort hotel, I was worried that this would be not as advertised. It is well presented and immaculatly clean.
As a family that spent most time out and about exploring this was perfectly located. It is at the bottom end of patong beach so easy walking distance to the hedonistic centre, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Rooms are immaculate and fresh.
Staff were great and accommodating to various needs.
Buffet Breakfast is basic but clean, well presented and available almost all through the morning, there are specific breakfast which can be ordered individually. It's generally western based, toast, pastry, Continental etc eggs any way to order, and a bespoke pancake machine which went down well with the kids. I would also add that we did order from the evening menu on one evening and it was every bit as good as the various hillside restaurants we also visited.
It was generally exactly as advertised and well priced. This is not a resort, but an excellently presented well priced medium to small sized hotel with everything you need for a decent holiday.
Big shout to Manhit the security guard who looked after the kids like they were his own, very thankful.

HI Nick Yes, our hotel is clean and well looked after to allow our guest a great and memorable stay here. Bing located in the chill side of Patong allows Families to come sped time together out of the noise of the night life area, but with n a short walk to the shopping and restaurants that Patong has to offer. Our breakfast buffet is good to hit before you head off on your adventures. The pancake machine is a hit for kids of all ages. Our security team here is very personal and makes sure guest safety always comes first. We truly look forward to seeing pool side here at LIV hotel. Rooms brand new fit out with really large LCD which has decent channels.Internet speed was decent. Very comfy bed and decent noise insulation from outside road. Slept like a log, I am a very light sleeper so a good indication of the hotel. My favourtie part of the room was of course the view and being able to open the balcony doors and let fresh air in from the ocean. The swimming pool all though a little overlooked if you are self conscious is clean and appears well maintained. A little shallow for my taste but i understand being the size of the pool which is great for a quick dip and the beach directly opposite for a longer swim. The Restaurant is excellent with a lovely breakfast and excellent choice for an evening meal. Nick the operations manager runs a tight ship and you can see by just how spotless everything is and is extremely knowledgeable and friendly to cater for your needs. You can tell he has a genuine passion for the hotel which is beautifully maintained and ensuring the guests comfort. Infact i would say all the staff are very friendly, polite and willing to help with any questions or requirements you need. The hotel is secure helped by a very friendly security guard who takes pride in his work and genuinely cares for the hotel guests and has your back all through the night. 7-7am. I had an excellent stay and really would have no question recomending this hotel to anyone, solo, couples and families alike.

The room was great, bright, modern and very big. Bathroom is modern. Breakfast is simple but pleasant with good coffee and a menu to complete the basic buffet. Staff was really welcoming and the views from the 3rd floor were great. The beach is across the road (not overly busy), sandy and in a quieter area of Patong so it was great for us. Easy walking distance to town/markets/ restaurants. The pool is not very big or deep (1.2 meters).

New boutique hotel at the quieter end of Phuket yet the lively town is easily reached on foot. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. A kettle is provided along with tea and coffee. A brilliant touch is the supply of good sized beach /pool towels in a beach bag.

Firstly, this was a totally unexpected booking, due to the COVID Virus we had to find a hotel quickly after flights being cancelled and what a little gem it turned out to be!
The hotel is at the far end of Patong but within walking distance to everything.
The hotel rooms are lovely, clean and spacious and also on the seafront so beautiful views from the room. the balconies are quite small but still managed to get two chairs on to admire the view.
The pool area is also small, however, it doesn't feel too bad as the bar area next to the pool also has plenty of seating.
Breakfast was al a carte, think this may have been due to the limited number of guests rather than the norm? We also had several meals here, from lunchtime snacks next to the pool to evening dinner, all of which were delicious!
We found all the staff to be a credit to the hotel, always helpful and smiling, even in the extraordinary circumstances and the fact the hotel would close after the last guest left due to COVID.
This may have been an unexpected booking but we are so glad we found it and will certainly return once things are back to normal, hopefully, next year!!

This hotel really surprised me (in a good way)… I don’t know what I was expecting, but it was very comfortable and relaxing. I’d consider this to be a small boutique hotel. I got one of the full balcony rooms on the fourth floor that overlooked the ocean. The view was nice for Patong beach. I found the room to have stable internet, and it was very clean with excellent AC (a must). They had a small mini bar, and a tote bag with beach towels that were a nice touch. The staff were all very friendly, and they even had an American working there who was very friendly and helpful, I felt like they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I spent a day just hanging out by the pool and ordering food / drinking, it was a really relaxing break in between a jammed pack trip. The location is great, a short walk (2 mins) to the beach, as well as restaurants and a 7-11 right next door. Personally I was a little disappointed by Patong in general, but this hotel and the staff made up for it. I also opted for the breakfast, which was really good and worth it in my opinion. Thanks for a pleasant stay!
