Stayed at the Nature Hotel for a week Nov/Dec 2024 in a pool view room - 6204. Had pondered booking a swim up room but on reflection decided (and agreed after) that it would be less private with swimmers and sun bathers able to peer into your room.
The room was super comfy, lovely large double bed with soft topper, choice of soft or firm mattresses. Bathroom had two adjacent sliding doors so you could make it private or open plan, or somewhere in between. Robes, flip flops, umbrellas, beach towels and beach bag were all provided. The shower was big with good water pressure and products provided were nice. We also had a nice balcony with table, chairs and a drying rack. The room also had a fridge with a welcome fruit platter and glass bottled water provided daily. A nice feature was electronic buttons for do not disturb/please make up room. And of course the aircon was perfect.
We were expecting only a continental breakfast but the buffet in fact was extensive and could surely satisfy anyone’s demands and usually lasted us all day. Lobby bar and pool bars served lovely drinks and we often made use of the 2 for 1 drinks at happy hour. Can’t comment on the restaurants for dinner as there are so many other options in the surrounding area.
All the staff were lovely, friendly and informative- from reception, housekeeping (who did an especially amazing job taking care of our room every day), and the restaurant staff too.
For us the location was perfect, close enough to make use of the free shuttle bus to Patong beach or the shopping malls, or even walk in to Bangla road - but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of you wanted. Closest beach is just a 2 minute walk away, and more to choose from as you stroll towards Patong. Some small and quiet, others busier and louder with a couple of European style beach clubs too. Transfer time about an hour once you get out of the gridlocked airport roads!
10/10 for Nature Hotel!

We stayed in Building no. 8 of us were 5 in 3 large rooms (room 8409/6/5) then we left for Phi Phi Don and came back and they assigned us another 3 rooms near the reception Building 4 (rooms 4308/5/7) all comfortable to improve the cleaning of the taps which contain a lot of limescale, otherwise large and comfortable. We left a deposit in Euros which was fully returned to us again in Euros. Choice of large international breakfast buffet with live cooking station for omelettes, etc. the food was really delicious! The staff at the reception were courteous and cooperative, the hotel's location is just outside Patong Beach but a quiet area and can be reached by scooter in 5 minutes from Bangla Road. Thank you The Nature for the lovely stay. I hope to return as soon as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Stayed here for 4 nights in the month of June 2024, Location is around 10-15 minutes away from Patong beach or bangla walking street. Hotel offers multiple pick up and drop services to the main town , however advance booking is required for the same. We did not opt for it. We hired scooter from Ta , the tour operator right next to main lobby @ 1000 baht for 4 days and we really enjoyed our rides ( best and easiest and cheapest way ). Wanted to give 5 star ratings to this hotel , however they messed up with my plan to surprise my wife on her birthday which was on 17th June , to provide with flower deco and birthday cake which they provided on the very same day of arrival which was on 15th June ( absolutely disappointing ) , and yes I did not take their cake as it was useless on that day for us. I reminded them again on 17th to provide me with cake to which they said okay and never returned back , neither did I bother them again as it was already ruined. Coming back to my review about the hotel. The hotel is huge and has 9 buildings in total. We stayed at building 6 which was pretty close to lobby , and other pools and never bothered to call for buggy services even on the date of check out. They have multiple pools with pool bars , jungle pool was my personal favorite , they have kids pool with multiple slides , and other things to play with. Staff try their level best to keep the pool clean but since they are surrounded by lush green they often get dirty. Across the road is the beach which is clean enough but rough for swim, you will not find any good restaurants at walking distance , they have 7/11 one on right and 2 on left , however the distance is between 300 to 400 mtrs which get really tiring due to heat. Hotel is located on kalim bay. Their morning breakfast spread is huge and had multiple options to select from. We did not try their ala-carte menu. They have roof top bar which opens at 5pm and views from above are mind blowing specially if you sit there for sundowner. We got voucher for 1+1 free drink and I enjoyed sipping on LIT while watching sunset. Overall if you wish to stay in Phuket on a quitter side this is the place for you.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately a single disappointment. As soon as we entered our first room we noticed that it was completely soaked. The humidity was noticeable everywhere, and even the bedding felt clammy. As it was already late, we had to spend the first night in this unacceptable state.
The next morning we complained to the reception and were given another room. Unfortunately, this one turned out to be just as wet as the previous one. Again, the air was moist, and an unpleasant smell was in the air. Despite the adverse circumstances, we had to spend another night in such a room.
After the second night, we had enough, and we requested a solution by email – either a hotel change or a refund. However, these requests were simply ignored. It was only when we complained to the reception again – for the third time overall – that we were finally allocated a room that was not completely damp and mouldy.
Of particular concern was the condition of the air conditioning in the damp rooms. There, clearly visible mold could be detected, which is not only unhygienic, but also harmful to health. The entire hotel made a run-down and unkempt impression – there could be no mention of 5 stars here. Cleanliness did not seem to be a priority, and the condition of the premises was simply unacceptable.
The reaction of the hotel staff – or rather the complete absence of one – was also frightening. Not a single employee felt it necessary to apologize for the inconvenience. This behavior suggests that the abuses at this hotel are known and complaints are not uncommon. We will certainly not have been the first guests to experience these problems.
Overall, this stay was a disaster. Neither the service nor the quality of the rooms met the expectations of a hotel of this category. If you are looking for comfortable and hygienic accommodation, you should definitely avoid this hotel.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The grounds are just beautiful. I was in building 8 which required hopping on a golf cart whenever returning to the hotel due to the walk up - the staff were always available with a cart to transport guests. The hotel has multiple pools providing spaces for different types of crowds. One pool by building 8 has a swim up bar, another pool that is set in a more natural surrounding with beautiful fauna that's more peaceful and a kids pool not far away.
As a solo traveler, I found the area by the swim up bar to be too noisy. Guests in that area were loud, rowdy and inconsiderate of other guests looking to just relax. Plus there was very loud music playing on the bars speakers as early as 10am. I would suggest the hotel monitor this area more closely to see if guests want the music and to assist in maintaining guests behavior.
The room I had overlooked the mountain and you could see Patong Beach/water from the balcony. It was a wonderful room - clean and spacious. I loved that the there was a safe in the room and a basket with two beach towels.
I also appreciated the location. Patong can be quite crowded. The Nature Phuket was set away from downtown - far enough away to be it's own quiet sanctuary but close enough by a short and inexpensive motorbike ride away. You can walk to Patong beach but it's quite hilly and sidewalks are not present right out of the hotel property so it may be a challenge for some.
On the grounds, I loved the Koi Pond - wish there were benches or chairs to sit around that area - it's so peaceful. I was fortunate to be there for the Chinese New Years and the hotel did a fantastic job with fireworks and the dinner buffet/show.
There is some great food to be had directly across the street from the hotel in a small food market and a street market is not far from the hotel where you can buy some great food and sit on the waters edge to eat. There are also a couple of very inexpensive laundry services within a short walk from the hotel.
Lastly, I enjoyed the neon rooftop bar every night. It was wonderful to sit up there, take in the views and enjoy the wonderful hospitality of the staff.

I definitely recommend the hotel. We were greeted with a welcome cocktail, the staff was very friendly, special thanks to a girl named Gift. Cleaning every day. The room has bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer (normal, but I never even used my own hairdryer), toothbrush and toothpaste sets were updated every day, shampoo and conditioner and shower gel, in general, everything you need is there. We took a room with access to the pool and it was a complete delight. Beautiful room, beautiful view and you can swim in the pool all day without leaving your room. In fact, I think if we had a different number, there would be much less delight. The hotel does not have its own beach. The nearest wild beach is a 10-minute walk away and it is very beautiful, much better than the central Patong beach. You can snorkel, there are a lot of fish, hedgehogs, crabs and other living creatures. The hotel is located far from all the action, but we didn’t go to the center of Patong several times and couldn’t stand it and came back. It's very hot in the center, there are a lot of people like on a bus at rush hour.

Stayed here with my husband, my mum and stepdad and it was a really lovely stay overall.
When we first arrived, we were told we couldn't check in until 3pm and there wasn't many places to hang around until that time - So we just had to sit in reception. The trainee on reception, Ting Ting, was really quite rude to another customer when we first arrived and later was on the phone to a customer rolling her eyes, talking in Thai and laughing which was super inappropriate. So our stay didn't start off on the best foot. However, the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating.
When we went to our room and the room was nice but did need a little refresh in places - I would heavily dispute this was a 5* compared to others we have stayed in (I'm aware that makes me sound so obnoxious but it is true). We opted for a 'jacuzzi room' but the jacuzzi in question was essentially just a freezing cold plunge pool, so my husband only went in it once... not worth the extra money - a normal room is fine. Room was very clean when we arrived, cleaned every single day by the staff and, I have to say, the bed was so comfy! Good amenities in the way of tea, coffee and bathroom toiletries too. The only thing we didn't like about the room was the fact the wardrobe is in the bathroom. So, every time someone pooped your clothes were in there, which was weird and we had to use the wardrobe as that was the only hanging space, with only 2 small drawers otherwise.
The 'jungle pool' is pretty chilly too but lovely surroundings in the trees. The main pool, which has an infinity glass edge, is on the road too so everyone passing by can see you swimming around but we didn't care ha! The staff by the pool were absolutely brilliant. There were always free sun loungers too, so it wasn't too packed either.
The hotel is in a great location, it's just out of the main area, as such, by Patong Beach so it is quiet enough that you're out of it but it's close enough to walk to the bars and restaurant. It's surrounded by a ton of bars, stunning restaurants and hotels. There is also a cool rooftop bar located on building 3 - it's fairly expensive here compared to the rest of Thailand so good to take note of the pool's & rooftop happy hour, where it is 2 for 1. We only ate lunch here a couple of times when chilling round the pool and again, it was expensive for Thailand and wasn't all that but good for a quick and easy lunch.
Not 100% sure if we'd stay here again in a rush but it was a lovely stay overall.

Dear Amy Thank you for taking the time to leave the feedback, we were very concerned while reading about the service which was not satisfactory, especially with our trainee members. Here at The Nature Phuket, we strive to exceed our guest expectations and for failing to do so in this case, we can only apologize. the service experience as your mention does not reflect our standards, and we will follow up on this matter with the entire team and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We know we have what it takes to provide our guests with a quality experience they deserve, and hope you will choose to stay with us in the future so we can restore your faith in our operation. Excellent hotel, clean, stylish and quiet. The location on the outskirts of Patong makes it both central and peaceful. Outside the windows is nature instead of housing. The meals (breakfast) are not very varied, but everyone can find dishes of their liking, including the vegetarian menu! The service should also say a special thank you, all friendly and attentive to your requests. Aon, our maid kept our room in perfect order, cleaned at the right time and pleased with her positive attitude! In general rest we are satisfied, thanks to the hotel🤝🏻

Although the photos of the hotel are magnificent, the reality is quite different. The rooms constantly smell of damp and the floors remain wet from morning to evening. You should always be careful not to slip when walking in your room. They put an essential oil diffuser in your room to cover the smell of damp and musty. Clothes become moldy in suitcases. Absolutely no closets in the bedrooms. We had a room with a private jacuzzi, the only advantage of this hotel. I strongly advise against it because all the rooms are in the same condition or even worse because some even had a thin layer of water permanently on the floor of their room.
