It is a tiny family run hotel with only 24 rooms.
Surely good located not far away from the beach - ca. 400 mts - and only 700 mts from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Road's night entertainments.
The owners and the whole staff are simply outstanding: kind, helpful and always smilin'.
The rooms are very big for the standard of the hotel and have a private terrace. Exceptional cleanliness!
Super restaurant: thai and italian cuisine both delicious.

We booked here the day of through Agoda after being unhappy with accommodations we made elsewhere. The photos on their site do look better than it really looks but thats pretty much the case at all hotels. It was more than made up for by the friendliness and service of the owners. The rooms were nice they all have the balcony. The pool is nice and well taken care of but doesn't get to much sun. It is very close to the beach. Now back to the owners. I left my bank card in an ATM on a Saturday night. The next morning the owner gave me a ride on his motor bike to one of the bank branches that is open on sunday. We were there 45 minutes before they opened so he just showed me around the mall it was in and then we went back to the bank. They said go to the money exchange the ATM was at and ask them, so he drove me over there too. Overall it was nearly 2 hours he was helping me out. The next day he asked me if we'd like to be next to the pool cause a room opened up and he moved is right next to the pool. My only complaint is that the in room wifi does not appear to be compatible with apple computers/devices. It is but is very inconsistent. I think it may be a case of the router kicking off apple users when a new one logs on. The wifi in the lobby worked well but not in the rooms. Its not a big deal but something that should be addressed. Overall this is a cozy hotel, that is a short walk to the beach and with great owners. Also, try the pizza from the restaurant... its great.

Its been about 6 years since I last visited Phuket and Patong Beach and its great to the hotel hasn't changed much. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Yes the linen is a bit thread bear in places and the pool furniture could do with an update but as I said this is a great value hotel. If you want soft towels then stay at a resort at 4 x the cost. Giordano the host and his wife are very accommodating. They booked tours for us at a much lower price than shown on the brochure an they serve really great Italian pasta and pizza the best I would say in Patong. The fact that lots Italians stay there says a lot about the food. The thing I like is that about a kilometre from Bangla Road or about a 10 to 15 min walk so its in a quite location. Its a great walk I should point out as it gives you a chance to check out the fresh seafood and other restaurants along the way.
The only issue is the call to prayer from the mosque around the corner. Most of the time you don't notice it but if you were a light sleeper then it may be an issue. All in all still a great hotel and place to stay.
It also has great wi fi which is free.

We booked this hotels as for good reviews on tripadvisor. It did not meet our expectations though. Rooms are worn out.Mold in bathroom. Rooms full of mosquitos. Most of time there was nobody at reception and only not fluent in english restaurant staff was available for any inquiry. Overpriced for what is offered. We recommend to check out another hotel in Patong's vast offer.

Upon arrived at the hotel. The receptionist told me that their credit card machine can't be used due to thunder lightning which can be accept as for my side I already spare money cash money for my food and transportation, and we are not getting a good exchange rates from withdrawn the money through ATM. So we prefer to pay the accommodation by credit card instead of cash.

On day one we was provide with the water bottle and toiletries. But on day 2, the housekeeping only clean our room but didn't provide with water bottle and toiletries.
There is no hot water for shower too.

We already put a note that we need only halal food for breakfast. On first day the waiter still put a pork and ham into our plates. Breakfast choice is very limited and they didn't provide us juice on first day. We stayed in BNB basis before, the food even better and they also provide fruit to us.

The only good thing about this hotel is their room is huge. But nothing to shout out as their customer service is poor, language barrier, and not worth for your money. Better find a good backpackers lodging than this hotel.

Rooms cleaned everyday from top to bottom....spotless.
Nice small pool area that gets sun from morning to night.
Free Wifi that was good enough for me to stream Game of Thrones with no buffering....JOY!😃
Laundry service very handy.
If something's not on the menu they'll make it for you if possible.
I arrived with a bit of food poisoning and the management checked in on me and gave me advise.....nice people!
TV had news and a movie channel in English.
Quiet bar/restaurant area with a good pool table for spending some time now and again.
Staff can't help you enough and if there's a problem it's fixed immediately.

I'll definitely be back!

Mr Jade across the street at Sunset Mansion for motorbike rental or taxi tours(nice new land cruiser).
He'll hook you up!

This is a budget hotel with standard necessities. Very close to happenings, yet this place is very peace and quiet. Old, but clean.

5 stars for - cleanliness, service, friendliness (owner/manager and staff), location, lazing activity by the pool.

We rented a car, there was also parking in the compound. Otherwise you can park along the road.

Halal food outlets just accross the road for breakfast & dinner. Not sure about lunch.

Oh yeah, good wi-fi connectiviy.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in phuket, first the hotel is clean and have the minimum standards needed in any hotel in thailand, room rate is so cheap compared to other hotels offering very less service standards, the owner and the team are simply great! Always welcoming you with a smile and ready to help! The food is delicious clean and never late
I highly recommend this hotel if u decide to
Stay on patong beach!
Keep it up 👍👍👍
