The hotel is not expensive, but our experience didn't match even the low price tag. I'll start with the good things: - the room had a sea view - the hotel has a private beach - the breakfast was good - the internet was ok Unfortunately there were several things that made our stay really poor. The air conditioning was very noisy. You should either sleep with turned off AC or wake up few times during the night to toggle it on and off. The bathroom was bad (renovated a decade ago). There was no temperature control on the tap water (except on the shower). There were no nets on the terrace windows so you can't sleep with open doors/windows as you risk lots of insects to be your guests (we got 3cm flying cocroach one of the nights). The elevator smelled like mold. The private beach is ruined from the low tides (2 times a day). The water goes literally 50 meters away from the beach. On top of that the sea bed is all rocks so you can't go in the see at all. Combine it with the smell of fish and imagine what experience you get. On top of everything, the taxis from the hotel charge you about 10usd to drive you to Batong beach which is literally 2km away. Walking to center is not an option due to the lack of infrastructure. In general quite bad experience for us and we are sorry we didn't spend a bit more to secure our comfort in Phuket.

Looking for a place with a sea view or on a beach was looking like it was going to be a very expensive holiday. Everywhere ranged from about 5000-21000. Until we found this place. It is an old resort that could do with some refurbishment, although it is reasonable and not in a state of disrepair. So anyway... Very cheap but right on the beach. Lots of russians. You could imagine your in Russia and have an extra holiday. Staff - Mostly Burmese with a few Thai managers dotted about. Mostly everyone is fine. Only time staff were an issue is trying to get a decent coffee or food. The coffees in particular were very tedious. Lattes served layered with half a cup of foam. Getting just a normal latte without little foam and a dbl shot requires you to watch and guide them step by step. Food not great. Breakfast also not a great selection but for the price maybe ok. Got a bit boring after a couple of days. Room big and clean. Location out of the way. You will want a taxi or a motorbike. The hotel has 2 shuttles per day to Patong. Would probably go again because so cheap. Just don't expect 5 star

Not good hygiene in this hotel. Bad service and management at the restaurant. I'm going back to Thailand but not here. The beach is perfectly fine. The food / breakfast is ok. Outside toilets are without paper and soap. the area around the pool is poor and they do not bother to take out sun bad, these are stored in the conference room.

You are truely blessed to stay at this hotel. The private beach is absolutely stunning and much better then patong beach itself. There is also excursions on offer along the beach to visit and swim with the elephants ect. The hotel could do with abit of work but the rooms was very spacious and clean and amazing shower rooms and food was also very good. I would %100 percent return to this hotel, And planning to do so this year. It would of been good if there free shuttle service ran abit more often throughout the day but this hotel was an amazing experience would highly recomend!!!
