When arriving in Phuket from Australia (we were back packing ) we wanted some were luxury to stay for a few nights as we had been In hostels for the last few months. We booked at the airport. When arriving the staff were so friendly and welcoming they helped us up with the bags. The room was amazing, the hotel had just opened and you could tell. Everything was perfect! The mazzive tv and air con! Only problem was when you when out to the balcony the air con fan was their which made it really hot!
The location was ok was about 20 minutes to the beach and 25 to the nightlife walking! But every time we would start to walk we always saw a tuk tuk which are so cheap!! Also we made friends with a group of boys that had peds!! This hotel would be perfect if their was a swimming pool near by! Also the nearest restaurant was 29 minutes away so the seven eleven shop next door was lethal at times lol!!
All the staff were very help full and was very keep in tell you were to go out and the best restaurants they even went clubbing with us!!!
We loved it so much we stayed for another week and the hotel manager gave us a really good deal it's worth
doing!!! Thanks for a brilliant stay!!!
I would reckoned travellers wanting a bit of luxury for a few nights couples and friends!!

Big and clean room for 250bath in low season. Not new, but well keep. Need a motorbike or a 20 minutes walk to access the main shopping and entertainment area. Just check the map to know if this place suits to you.

This place is clean, cheap, quiet.
And you can find Thai restaurant, laundry and minimart or motorbike shop just around.
Friendly staff.

A very nice and clean hotel. A bit far from Patong beach and Bangla rd. Rooms are quite big and very clean. The staff are very nice. The free wi-fi is a good addition to be able to keep in touch and the massage parlor is a good place to relax.

We arrived at the hotel late evening. This was booked via MMT and when we showed the voucher to the receptionist, she acknowledged having getting a communication regarding our stay but said that their tie up with OYO had ceased and something about rooms not being available so they had transferred our booking to some other hotel (OYO Minotel) near the Patong Beach and arranged for a driver to drop us to the hotel. This was something not anticipated because we had booked something and been delivered something. When you are in Foreign lands you feel stranded and all that MMT could do was apologise and issue a compensatory amount of INR 2500.00 (which by the way i haven't recieved post completion of the trip by 2 weeks). All things aside, please do not go ahead to book this hotel vi MMT or OYO.
If you get some direct link or hotel website, go ahead as the review were good which led me to book it.
But talking about my experience, it was terrible since even though the receptionist knew about our booking something didn't added up. They took the money from MMT but never revert or cancel the booking if rooms were not available or had there been any issue with OYO instead hooked us up with a different hotel.

This was the worse hotel I could have stayed in. Made my time in patong less enjoyable knowing I had to arrive back at this hotel .

So let me begin the first night we get there check into our rooms the bathroom is full of dirt really filthy and unclean far from it call the housekeeping to come and have a look at it . The housekeeping arrive and brings with him a glass cleaner for the bathroom are you joking . So we decided we will purchase our own cleaning products from the supermarket in the morning meanwhile we will have to do with what we have .

The beds were so uncomfortable hard as hell and could not get a decent sleep next morning back would always be in pain so avoid .

Asked for a iron, they did not have an ironing board and gave us the worst iron.

They complained and asked for a bill f 200 bat because we cleaned the room well with the towels and that would pay for their laundry services to get the towels cleaned one towel yes one towel . If housekeeping regularly did their job we would not be in this situation .

There was a bad vibe we got from the manager anyway who was rude did not once give a smile and I think basically lost the will to leave . Right from when we entered we got massive hackies and she in short was a racist who would have thought in patong eh ?

Please avoid regardless and look for a reasonable hotel elsewhere

The hotel is furnished well, is a large room and is clean. The staff are friendly.

However there are some drawbacks.

1. Location
The hotel is about 20 mins walk to Bangla Street and the beach. I would not recommend that one walks to the hotel late at night as it is not so safe.

2. Price
While the price appears to be low, one is able to get another hotel of the same standard closer to the city.

3. Reusing toiletries
I was horrified to find that the shower caps were reused between residents. If they are doing this, I wonder what else is reused!

4. Facilities not as advertised.
The description for the room stated that it included a hairdryer and a separate shower. Neither were in my room.

5. Hotel was not known to the airport shuttle and I was dumped in the city.

Overall, one should be able to get another comparable hotel for the same price in a better location.

This was our second visit to Thailand in the past 2 years and we have always stayed in hotels that we booked on either Booking.com or Agoda.
Of all the hotels we stayed in Thailand ,this was actually the first hotel that looked exactly like the pics on their website, every item , every room, every facility is exactly as described on their website, so in short, you get what you see
But the real truth is, you get much more than that
We have stayed at the PT Hotel for a week during mid October 2013, and I can truly say the PT Hotel was the best part of our holiday in Phuket
This hotel is maybe not the most glamorous hotel in Phuket but you will have to go a long way to find one that provides a more personal service
Long before our holiday even started we were impressed with the prompt and professional service we received from their managing director Marco, the way our emails were answered, immediately and in full were already an indication on how seriously they took customer service
On the day of our arrival we were personally met by Marco and he personally showed us our room. The room was immaculate and was exactly as indicated on their website; He quickly became a friend to us during our stay
Everything in the room was working perfectly and the hotel itself was spotless
You could not believe that you can get so much for so little money, but what impressed us the most is the way the staff treats you, they make you really feel special in every way
They arranged our pickup at the airport, our trips to the islands, our scooter hire, and anything else we needed, we just had to ask.
The lady that does the tour bookings (I am embarrassed to say I cannot remember her name) spend hours on the phone looking for the best prices on any tour we wished to go on, she is an absolute star, all the staff we encountered were quite proficient in English
It is very clear that they take the well being of their guests very seriously
I can recommend this hotel 200%

I stayed in this hotel as it was one of the cheapest I could find. Therefore the room was great for the price. Third floor, balcony. Air con was perfect. Bed is rock solid! Like sleeping on concrete but very large. Water provided was a nice touch. The breakfast was ok. The dinner I had here wasn't great, far better places outside to the left. I was staying alone and not confident enough to rent a scooter and do I found it very isolated. 30 minute walk to the beach and main strip. Being alone made this a bad location for me. But other people were happy with the travelling...

I have booked our vacation at this hotel on the strength of the advice I read on Tripadvisor,
We will be going in October this year
I booked through Booking.com and this morning I sent an email to the hotel with a list of question and also to confirm our booking
Within 15 min I received a reply from the managing director himself giving prompt, clear answers in perfect English; he answered each and every question fully
He further welcomed us to his hotel with a gift of upgrading our room free of charge
We are not even there yet but are already treated like royalty, Cannot wait to actually start my holiday there
It seems that everything I read on Tripadvisor about this Hotel is true
