Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

We had a slight problem with the location of our room when we first arrived, but the staff worked quickly and efficiently to resolve it. Our whole group ended up with rooms near to each other right by the pool. We especially enjoyed the time we had to relax on our small patios. The lovely plantings and comfy seats were very enjoyable.

In addition, breakfasts were good and we had dinner here one night also. Rooms were kept very clean. Access to a small, quiet beach was within 100 meters, literally a 3 minute walk. The location was also very walkable with laundry and restaurants and a night market nearby. Highly recommend!

A lovely hotel and lovely staff.
These guys work so hard to make your holiday happy.

Very near to the beach and at the north end of the town , it is good.

The food is very nice cooked by a chef who understands Asian and western cuisine.

I loved this hotel. It is a super cute small tropical hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, and it is a 2 minute walk to Patong beach and a little cove. The room had good aircon and comfy beds, and I had a nice breakfast by the pool area which is lovely. It was exactly what I was hoping for.

If you have booked to stay here be aware the pool is green and looks like a filthy duck pond that will cause sickness/gastro.
We stayed here two years ago before the new manager took over and it was a great little place to stay, run by Thai people. Thank goodness we booked elsewhere.

Pool needed to be closed by government and also some repair need to be done, that's why it was not under service and not maintained. We apologize for it. We have now new management and repairs are progress. The pool will be finished soon and more nice than before. We hope to welcome you again!

Cute little hotel with a nice and clean pool. Also very clean rooms. Situated apart from the busy roads, but close to the beach. Staff is very helpful and even assisted us in rescheduling our trip as we had to stay one day longer. Nice choice of food as well.

Amazing place, quiet. Our room was in front of the swimming pool, like more other rooms. Restaurant not so special, small pool but really great place and kind people. Will go back again. The rooms were nice and clean.

The hotel is great and so is the location, but I would like to point out that my family had items stolen while staying at this hotel.

I have two wallets, one for Thai Money, and one to leave at home. I decided to leave a bit of cash and a debit card at the hotel in case something happened to the wallet I used for going out. I hid this wallet in one of the small bags in my luggage. Unfortunately, someone took all the cash and replaced that debit card with another person's debit card. Not only that, but they also took out 5000 baht out of my card on that same day.

My aunt also had her small coin bag and a flashlight stolen. Unfortunately, we realized this after we left the hotel to go to another island, so we were unable to physically talk to report this to the hotel staff.

Of course, this is partially our fault as we left our valuables out instead of putting it in the safe. But who would really expect the hotel staff to open your luggage and search for wallets? And what are we supposed to do with everything else in our baggage? If something like a flashlight could be stolen, what else should you think to hide? I would have thought that this hotel would be more professional than that. So for those who want to stay here, just be careful, because something as simple as a flashlight can even be stolen.

We stayed here with a group of friends, about 4 months ago. Our friends organised it, as they'd stayed here before.

I really, really like this place. Family-owned and the owners treated us like family. Also, we had an incident with one of our group who was in a motorbike accident. The guys at the hotel could not have been more supportive, and a huge help to the guy in the accident - that's when you really see the benefit of staying somewhere like this. The whole debacle would have been alot more difficult for us to deal with, if we hadn't had their support.

The food is so incredibly. Mama-San's green curry is awesome and the cheese toasties she's whips up... I swear, I ate them 3 times a day :)

Small pool, but great to just hang around and have a couple of drinks pre or post other adventures in patong.

In terms of value for money, this place could not be beaten. Rooms were very clean, but basic and all had good balconies. No views, but you don't need them.

For a base camp for exploring Patong and as a place to spend a cheap weekend away, I really don't think there is a better hotel. Would definitely, definitely stay again.

My title says it is great to come home to at day end. One day in the bedlam of Patong, I chose to just stay put at the pool. Its not large, but, with the fountain running, and the great and friendly service, I was more than content to sit there , read and relax either on my pool facing balcony, or on the pool deck.

This town is so concentrated with people, that you really do not have to venture far for anything you need. There is literally anything you need anywhere here. Scooter rental, $ exchange kisosks, groceries, massage, street restaurants at every third doorway that you really do not have to go far for anything. There is no difference where you are in relation to these things, you might as well stay here.
The beach is a one minute walk down the quiet street until you cross over the main beach drag.
The room is very large ,such that there would be ample room for a cot if needed.
The attention to detail for such a cute small place is amazing. What they have accomplished in such a small space is a haven for relaxing.
Staff is always at the outside central desk to help and book things, as well as follow up on your plans with no prompting.
An attendant saw a 1/4 " piece of plant by the pool, so he stopped to pick it up. Not a big deal, but is shows a mind set and discipline.
On several occasions I had to be back in the room during clean up, and I saw the bed pulled away from the wall, for cleaning. First of all the floors are a clean white tile,so the room is very crisp, but I have never seen a hotel staff move a bed to clean properly until I saw this.
Bed is very comfortable king size
Beach towels. If you need them.
There is a LARGE. Frigidaire in the room, as well as a safe.
Water bottles are provided every day over the 8 days I stayed there.
If you rent a motorbike, there is covered parking for plenty of bikes so that you don't cook when you sit down.
Owners and operators are always there and are friendly helpful people.
You feel like a person when you stay here, not faceless as in large hotels.

I have no regrets at all nor do I feel I missed anything in Patong .
The hotel really was my home upon return from every sortie
