Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.

I loved this place! Fantastic location in the middle of Patong and very close to the beach but hidden away in its own little tranquil gardens means you won't lose any sleep from noise. I like the really sweet little bungalows with their own little terrace - nice to sit if you want a quiet evening, the room had a very comfortable big bed. Lovely pool area, very clean and never busy despite the fact I stayed here over New years. I had the breakfast only once during my stay (Didn't have it included in my room price but paid extra) and it was very good, a nice selection of hot and cold foods plus cereals and pastries. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Patong, 3 nights was not enough. The only small downside was that the wifi in my room wasn't working so the receptionist gave me the password to another one, it worked but was a weak signal.

The place is very cute. Beautiful garden! Guess one of the last Bungalows in Patong. The Bungalows are old, but they are still very nice and cute and clean. Great location, 5 min. walk to the beach. We would stay there again!

OK - it's definitely not 5 star, but the environment was delightful for me. I liked my feet on the ground and being able to walk just few metres to the pool. Each bungalow is separate, which gave the resort a unique feel. It was lovely having my own porch - particularly early or late - not in the heat of the day. If I wanted to sit outside, I just turned the air on full bore and sat just outside the door on my private porch. The gardens were manicured immaculately with heaps of colour. I had no trouble with either internet or air conditioning and I was not in one of the renovated rooms. I could imagine the owner being a bit of a gruff if you got on the wrong side of him, But the main receptionist, Skye, was an absolute delight. I think it would be crowded for two people, but you get what you pay for. The bed and bedding was beautifully comfortable. It was all very clean and I saw no rats that others mentioned. I'm glad I didn't order breakfast on-line. I think I payed less by getting a 20% discount voucher, and most days I chose to eat there so I had a full stomach for the rest of the day. If you want your feet on the ground and are not looking for a clinical same, same hotel room, you can't go past the delightful environment of this little hideaway very close to all the action of Patong.

We booked a twin room with twin beds. On arrival we were taken to a bungalow with a double bed. When we queried why we had been taken to a double room, we were told there had been a mix up with our booking but we couldn't change as they were fully booked. We left the property and we're charged for the full week. It's a con, they offer rooms which aren't available, it's just to get more money. Avoid the venue and choose a more reputable hotel.

The grounds and pool are great, Rooms are old but sufficient. Room maintenance is poor and 2 of 7 nights our air con did not work. When my wife informed the night manager he was rude and dismissive. When I went to see him he was more obliging but still very rude. This man is extremely demeaning and disrespectful to women and should be sacked. With no air conditioning we were eventually provided with an inferior room for two nights and were not compensated for the cheaper room or inconvenience. When we tried to sought this out through the day one of the reception ladies was also very rude and dismissive and would talk in Thai pretending she did not understand us when clearly she spoke and understood English. The other girl at reception was very polite and did try to assist. I can accept the maintenance issues and garden rats but this place needs a good dose of customer service skill training at reception and should immediately remove these two staff members from customer contact if they want keep repeat customers.

A large group of us stayed in several bungalows for a week. Pros: *You’re in Thailand Cons: * People went several nights without A/C * Most rooms were unable to access WiFi * Rats everywhere including in the rooms * Staff barely went out of their way to resolve basic issues and were incredibly rude when approached to attend to matters. Would not recommend staying here unless you would like a sample of what it’s like to exist in hell.

The grounds are nice and the staff are very friendly. It’s a short walk to the beach. We liked our simple accommodations. The cord on the hot water pot was too short to reach any of the outlets in the room LOL! My daughter got very sick on the last night we were there. Speaking very little English and have little fresh water, the front desk guy tried his best to help considering it was in the middle of the night. The Thai people are so very nice in general. I would recommend this as a very good budget friendly option.
