Got a very worm welcome. My room was upgraded. Rooms are clean enough. The front desk people are very very helpful. A very few of them are little weak in English but that doesn't stop them to help you. They know how to handle things in better way. This place is near to Bangla Road, jungceylon shopping mall, local market...

Amata Resort is a clean lovely resort. It is located very centrally and easy to move around from there. We did not have any bad experiences with the staff, they were all friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed Singh and Kim's friendly interaction with us. Although our rooms were supposed to be upgraded I did not think it was because...

Let's start with the bad. Check-in was 2.00pm but on arrival room wasn't read and told to come back later. They said room was upgraded but hard to tell as I didn't see other room. They advertise a toir desk which is nonexistent, just some phamplets for Siam Niramat nothing else. And when you ask staff they have no idea....

Wow, disappointing in lots of aspects. I did not get a good vibe out of this place as soon as i Checked in, they totally ignored my requests for a lower floor room sent by email when i made the booking. Level 5 it was lol. Couldn't question because no one understood a word of English in this resort. Bed...

I visited Patong on my first wedding anniversary. The hotel is good and staff is decent. Whatever I asked for, staff provided quickly. Room and washroom was clean and wasn't stinking at all. Food and liquor was a bit overpriced however you can buy it from outside at cheaper rates.

We were there in the hotel for 3 nights. Room number 320 was provided to us, overall the room was looking good, but there were some kind of small insects or some kind of ants near mirror in front of bed. The room was provided with a balcony, but there was some old building or construction obstructing the view. It...

The reception staff couldn't understand us most of the time but the rest of the staff were amazing... so friendly and always helpful. No words can explain our stay with this so called hotel. 1) We were provided double room which is so small that even termites hesitate to make a living in that room 2) The room is located in 3rd floor and there is no lift available in the building. 3) On the day of check out we requested for bellboy...

This hotel is great, the location is PERFECT! We booked it through booking.com, for some reason our room was busy so they upgraded us to a superior room for the rest of the stay. Walking distance from every single interesting place in town and 5min from Bangla Road ;) The hotel has two pools, one in the Groudfloor and the...
