We stayed here for over a week during our time in Pai and enjoyed it. Not only is it cheap it has a good location that is very walkable to nearby restaurants, shops and scooter rental outfits. We got a lower room (112) that was very spacious, had a comfy bed, nice couch, great AC mini fridge and a small balcony outside. Our room was very quiet, but we did have some noisy upstairs neighbors at one point. Our friends had a smelly room at the beginning and the staff did their best to rectify, but they had to switch rooms. We stayed here in mid March so there is smoke in Pai which gave our bathroom a smoky smell in the morning. Wifi is spotty at this hotel and we had issues during our stay, but the hotel has many access points you can switch between.

Me and my friend got a double room upstairs. The room is fairly big, the bathroom is clean the shower is separated from the rest of the bathroom. Towels are provided, as is coffee and a kettle in your room. There’s a mini fridge and two bottles of water are complimentary everyday. We had a small balcony where you can see Wat Pra Thet Mae Yen. WiFi is okay, sometimes can be a little patchy from our room. The front desk helped us print off some documents for us too. The mornings can be a little noisy with neighbouring roosters.

I have to say that if it hadn’t been so noisy at night and into early morning (seemingly from people upstairs - perhaps either staff quarters or hostel style bunk bed rooms) then we would have rated this as a 4. We were on the first floor (224). The room was spacious and the polished concrete had been done in a stylised deliberate manner to achieve a look rather than purely as a cheap option. As reported before, the shower pressure and temperature are fantastic. Rooms were kept clean, had beds made up and where necessary as I had “bled slightly from a scooter wound” bedding changed, coffee and water were replenished daily. Air con and fan worked great and the bed linen was very good. From the first floor rooms you have a nice view over the rooftops and out towards the hills and can see the White Buddha. Although not great at English, the staff were efficient and friendly enough although we only saw them at check in and check out. I would say the location is very good. It is 50 metres from “walking street” where there is a good night market and a big range of bars and restaurants, some with live music. We would love to recommend this place but you have to be aware there could be some noise at night.

Room was very nice and spacious, toilet and shower as well. They have a fridge for your drinks and a wide hanging rack for your clothes. It’s right in Pai Walking Street, close to everything. Highly recommended place to stay, would definitely stay here again.
